What I’m realizing as I stay at more and more top hotels is that 5 stars unfortunately is inadequate to frequently flush out the nuances whether positive or negative amongst places. So the good: the people working here are amazing, friendly, helpful beyond the norm, polite. The actual hotel is beautiful. The staircase legendary. The breakfast divine. I’m happy and satisfied. But if five is the top then sure it’s not perfect. There is no gym on site. The rooms are spacious (or at least our suite was) but given the neighboring buildings, a bit dark (I was pining over the windows at the six senses across the street). And if I’m being picky we only got chocolates on our pillows 1/3 of the turndown nights and they didn’t replenish our water until the last night. This place is amazing. Stay here! I will again.

Had an amazing stay at Singer Palace. From the second we walked in they pampered and spoiled us with everything we wanted and more! We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every morning on the terrace. Honestly was one of my favorite moments of the trip. It’s also a nice quiet retreat from the crowds outside as it is greatly located walking distance from Trevi, the Pantheon and the Colusseum. Highly recommend!

Just beautiful from start to finish. The bed is just heavenly. The rooms and bathrooms beautifully appointed. Gorgeous linens and dressing gowns. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The coasters and placemats and ornaments are just stunning. The marble staircase. But most of all the Team who are, without exception, so welcoming and just fantastic. The breakfast is divine. The Sicilian, blood orange juice will be in my dreams. The eggs and datterino tomatoes just the best I’ve tasted. We spent a lot of time in Jim’s bar, their gorgeous rooftop bar. We ate in the restaurant which wasn’t busy so lacking a bit of atmosphere but excellent nevertheless. Special thanks to Frederica and Jonathan who were so warm and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of every major sight in Rome! The staff is excellent and ready to help with all of your needs. The food is delicious and the rooftop bar is magical at night! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Selene and Ilenia who showed us our room and oriented us to the hotel and the neighborhood by map. Everybody we were in contact with at the front desk, restaurant or room service were extremely helpful and worked to make our stay very special. Daily breakfast was exceptional, including a surprise birthday celebration for one of us! The first night we had dinner in the hotel restaurant was superb and Vincenzo provided outstanding service. The location of this beautful hotel is within walking distance of many important sites in Rome. The place is maintined meticulously. We enjoyed our room and all the amenities. The hotel staff truly elevated our experience in Rome. We are now experiencing Italy-withdrawal after our Roman Holiday and we would definitely return to Singer Palace Hotel.

We had only 2 days to spend in Rome so we wanted to fit in as much as possible. Between the very friendly and helpful staff and the wonderful location we had an amazing time! The hotel reached out to us months in advance to assist in arranging transportation and tours. The location is perfect and very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon among others. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We will definitely stay there again (hopefully soon!). A special thank you to Greta for getting us last minute dinner reservations!

The location is amazing, it is walking distance from all the must-see sights in Rome. The room was very tidy. The breakfast at this place was wonderful with a great selection. The location is phenomenal. Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto and Synagogue, Spanish Steps, even the Vatican is in walkable distance. The room we stayed in was small (for American standards) but clean and well kept. The staff members were all extraordinary, always kind and helpful. Food and drinks served at the hotel were superb. Rome in itself is an amazing city, traffic is extreme and would not recommend driving.Taxis are cheap and widely available. The only con is the hotel was pricy, but the service provided definitely justified the cost.

My wife and I stayed at The Singer Palace only for one night of our honeymoon. We were greeting upon arrival with cold beverages at check in. Luggage was wisked away to our room. Lobby and staircaise is a marvel. Once in our very nicely appointed room a knock at the door with prosecco, berries and sweet honeymoon written in chocolate. Made us feel special! Staff was the best! Rooftop eaterie and bar was an exquisite view of Roma with very tasty options. Location was central and prime for walkable site seeing. At check out we were given a jar of jam as a gift and thank you. What an exceptional experience, 5 star!!

This is possibly among the best, most welcoming , friendly as well as high quality hotels that my husband and i have ever stayed. The staff were so welcoming, extremely helpful, tactful and friendly - a feeling that couldn't staff do enough for us without being overbearing. The breakfast were truly outstanding, not a buffet ( thank goodness) but a beautiful menu of cooked, or continental food, fressh fruit and oatries and fresly made coffee or tea- all of which you coukd order as much as you like. Again here the staff were wonderful. Everything about this hotel was perfect. High quality decor, comfirts, location and food. If it had disappointed in anyway i woukd say. But it exceeded expectations and i would definitely recommend it and consider going back. There is so much more to do in Rome and this hotel is perfectly situated.

From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Excellent 5 star property! Check in was amazing! The young lady who checked us in reviewed our itinerary and arranged taxi rides and even a boxed breakfast for the early morning excursion we had arranged. She was extremely helpful and we were very impressed with her follow through on everything! Breakfast was a la carte and delicious with amazing variety. Everyone was eager to help! We definitely would like to return when we are in Rome!

Just beautiful from start to finish. The bed is just heavenly. The rooms and bathrooms beautifully appointed. Gorgeous linens and dressing gowns. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The coasters and placemats and ornaments are just stunning. The marble staircase. But most of all the Team who are, without exception, so welcoming and just fantastic. The breakfast is divine. The Sicilian, blood orange juice will be in my dreams. The eggs and datterino tomatoes just the best I’ve tasted. We spent a lot of time in Jim’s bar, their gorgeous rooftop bar. We ate in the restaurant which wasn’t busy so lacking a bit of atmosphere but excellent nevertheless. Special thanks to Frederica and Jonathan who were so warm and welcoming.
