The room was clean and functional. There was a small leak from the bathroom sink and there were a number of areas that could use an update, including the swimming pool which was quite unappealing.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, but tired looking.I saw notification they are refurbishing the rooms. Location is great, within walking distance from Yogyakarta Tugu train station, about 10 to 12 minutes, and also about 20+ minutes to Keraton and the presidential palace.

The best part about this hotel is the location we’re in the middle of the action everywhere. The bathroom was very small and tiny and definitely needs an upgrade despite the room upgrade that we were promised. The Wi-Fi kept continually needing to be reconnected. For some reason seems like the restaurant and the laundry, etc. are all out Source so we could not charge it to the room Meaning we have to pay cash. I was surprised how expensive hotels were considered. It’s not a huge city.

Stay was good, my parents love the convenience. Breakfast option wasn’t available upon booking. Had to pay extra on the spot, the Hotel did not send any welcome email for us to communicate.
