Room was nice with a king bed. Shower was terrific. Staff were all totally friendly and welcoming. Gym was good and pool was tops. No included breakfast but it was available for extra purchase. For the area, it is one of the best

Granted, we stayed at this location for a concert in the area. We preferred to stay away from “casinos” and found the hotel with great amenities for who we are including a pool, a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors, a very nice room with an extra comfortable bed and close to all the fun.

Enjoyed the pool with the kiddos. Breakfast wasn’t explained to us & no one cared to explain the “flow” or process for it while in the lobby. Additionally, the carpet in our bedroom was dirty. Appeared as they didn’t vacuum after the previous occupants.

Bathroom fixtures were cheap and poorly installed- faucets and handles weren’t secured well and sink ‘joystick’ handle wouldn’t turn off unless you messed with it. Long hairs on the floor in the bathroom that were NOT from us. Thermostat wouldn’t adjust at all and there was no way to turn on the fan to circulate air. Overall feel of the bathroom made the entire room feel very cheap and crappy. Bed was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were super friendly and polite and professional. Loved them. But for the price of the night’s stay, the quality was nowhere close. I would not book this hotel again.

There is some type of alarm in the ceiling of the room that flashes a white light on an intermittent interval. We spoke to the front desk about this, but if this is common to all the rooms, this is definitely something that should be addressed as it is very disruptive in a dark room when trying to sleep.

Very clean, quiet hotel. Nice they had a bar in the lobby with very comfortable seating. A better breakfast option would be nice. Also, the bed was comfortable and wide enough but if you're over 6 for it is way too short

The curtains in the first floor room blocked out all of the light from the street lights in the parking lot. This is the first hotel I have stayed at that has accomplished this. Amazing!!

First we waited almost 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the counter. Someone came by and said that they were in the bathroom and we continued to wait. (2) We booked a King room and received a room with 2 beds. We went to the front desk to ask and we were told we "booked through Expedia" so we had no guarantee and we got bumped by real members. So ticked off. Expedia help desk was awesome. They were prepared to move us to a different hotel or offered us a refund. It was almost 10pm so we just kept the room and took the refund.

Kenny and Kelly at the front desk were very friendly. Kenny let us know where everything was located and the times for breakfast. Our room was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. There was a rule that from 10 pm to 6 am that there couldn’t be any noise or you could be asked to leave. The location was great. Lots of places to eat and two casinos (if you like to do that). If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be back!

Front desk staff rude and not helpful. Checked in and was told no King bed rooms which is what I booked. I was told I’d get discounted rate and complimentary breakfast. Went to check out this am and front desk girl said no record of complimentary breakfast. Told me “I dont see anything…go ask Bistro….uh I guess.” So rude and no follow up. Plus staff who checked me in didn’t make a record? No follow up.

My family loved staying at the Courtyard Suites. Everything was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and make our stay in the Omaha area enjoyable. The hotel was clean and super quiet yet not so quiet that we felt judged by any noise my family with 2 small kids were making. The location was super convenient to everywhere we went. We couldn’t walk anywhere, but since parking is free we didn’t mind driving. 10 minutes to the zoo. 10 minutes to downtown. This is definitely going to be our go to spot whenever we come back to Omaha.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for the limited breakfast menu. The rooms were bright, well lit and very comfortable with a large TV. We had prepaid for breakfast. The menu in the room listed many items including pancakes, french toast. When we came down for breakfast, we found a new menu which did not have what we wanted.

My check-in was very slow, as there was only one person on-duty (about 5:00 PM) She was waiting on another person, so I had to wait about ten minutes for my 3-minute check-in. We were disappointed to find out breakfast was not included. The breakfast offerings were few and over-priced. We drove to a restaurant and had an excellent breakfast for 50% less cost.

This is a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was open until 10pm on a Wednesday night. I would stay here again. They even called me shortly after I left to tell me I had left a few items. Not all do that.
