We had a 5 night stay. A few miles out of town but definitely worth it. No contact check in and check out, but staff was readily available if needed. Great view of Branson from the balcony or the gazebo. There was a nice fire pit, but the wind kept us from using. The room was well maintained and overall it was very quiet. Excellent food and service at Steamy Joe’s Cafe onsite.

The property was excellent. The only complaint that I have. Change the key pads on the door. Put a cover or something over the pad. Covering the pad with your hands so that the numbers would pop up was frustrating sometimes. The way the sunlight was beaming down had an affect on it as well.

We loved our stay, and would probably stay again. Our only downside was that the WiFi didn't work out entire weekend. Luckily there was enough cell reception and I could use the hotspot on my phone. Steamy Joes was yummy, and the staff were all lovely.

We were in a lower unit. The good: spacious and homey feeling room. Bed comfortable. Nice deck outside and firepits. The poor: The people above us were constantly thumping around. Bathroom toilet leaking (entire bathroom in need of updating) towels and wash clothes worn. Electronic door lock worked 30 percent of time, complete hassle. First time I ever stayed in a hotel/motel without a clock/radio on the nightstand. We wanted to try the restaurant but it was very busy. I believe it is the only option in the area.

When we first walked into The exhaust fan did not work in bethroom The whole room felt wet and musty. Mold in backdoor window and bathroom ceiling. The towels were hortible. They smelt dirty and looked 30 years old. No mictowave or daily housekeeping. Bed linins wete vety out. the room, it haf a musty smell, nathroom door was off hinged

Everything was great except for the cleanliness, the comforter was not washed and there were stains on the sheets and curtains. The Jacuzzi tub was never cleaned out properly or the jets because I found a rose petal stuck to the underside of one of the jets and ball of hair in the filter. We ended up running a full tub with hot water and there was a lot of dirt, hair and other things that came out so we had to disinfect and clean the jet lines and tub ourselves. Other than that the property was beautiful.

We were charged a $35 “cleaning fee” and when we arrived the bath mat by the tub was soaked so badly it made it difficult to walk on the tiled floor and the shower curtain had mold on it. I really don’t want to be charged a fee when the bathroom wasn’t even safe.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful on the outside but when you really looked around in the room, pretty dirty. Toilet had a hair on the lid, sink was dirty and clogged, I found several hairs of others on all of one of the beds pillows, so I am glad I had my own pillow from home, or I would have been without. Also, I know you can help the people upstairs and beside us , but to hear them walking, flushing and talking was a bit annoying but I’m sure the hotel is older. Otherwise we did enjoy our one night very short trip to Branson. I would say , if I was the owner that the service that you charge your quests 35 additional dollars, needs to be way more “on point and really watch all the hairs and dirt and grime. Thank you

The unit we had provided 2 separate bedroom areas and 2 televisions which was nice. However, bathroom surfaces were not clean--hairs and crud found. On the night stand in one bedroom, there were cup/coffee stains plus a pair of used eyelashes. Gross.

Beautiful views and cute place to stay. I will say the bathroom needs updating and so do the window units. I’m very hot natured and the unit wouldn’t cool down the room and it was in the low 40s outside (stayed mid November). But overall a good place to stay.

The stay was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Great views of the city. We could park right in front of our door and leave in and out quickly. You get a 20% discount when you eat there. Food is decent. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly! It’s located very close to all the fun. Would stay here again.

The Bradford Inn was nice. AC unit was very loud. Shower was a little strange. Open to the main room. Had to step up a stair and then over and down into the tub shower. Not very safe for an older person. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

The room was comfortable. I've slept in more comfortable beds. Heating system was very loud off and on. Light outside the room brought in too much light when going to bed. Second night we unscrewed the bulb. Forget about eating at the restaurant it was packed for breakfast. It must be pretty good. I saw many cars coming in that were not hotel guests. Loved the easy access to the room. Our TV connection was less than realible. The place was clean and not far from entertainment.

The room was great, very clean. The walls and ceilings are so thin. We heard the dog above us off and on all night and early in the morning. I don’t know that we will stay here again because of the noise.

The rooms were very nice and nice little patio we hung out on and played cards. Really loved the jacuzzi tub! The only things that could have been better: While the mattress was comfortable the fitted sheet must have been old. As soon as you moved or rolled over in bet the sheet pulled off the mattress and wadded up. The AC units were really loud too but all in all, I will stay here again.

For the price this place was outstanding. I would have given five stars but for two problems. The first was that hotels.com said this place has a kitchenette in the room. It does not. And when I emailed the manager I was told they do not advertise a kitchenette in the rooms. I sent them a screenshot of the list of amenities from hotels.com and never received anther communication until my check-out email. The second was the bathroom smelled of urine. However, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the views from the balcony breathtaking. There is really no contact with staff, similar to an air bnb. My stay was very pleasant overall but they need to change the hotels.com amenities list. Also, the restaurant on the property is outstanding. It is a mom and pop type of place and the service is way above par. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They really work hard at making your dining experience pleasurable.

We loved our stay at The Bradford. It is not a traditional hotel in that there isn't a front desk and staff. We received our instructions to check in timely and everything worked perfectly. Our room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. The coffee shop on site offers a 20% discount if you are staying at The Bradford. We thought it was just going to be a coffee shop with some pastries, but it served a large variety of breakfast items. We were shocked how busy it was concerning it was a good distance from the Branson Strip, but it was very good so be sure to go early! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Arrived at Room 28 about 6:00 pm and it was not good. The air conditioner was not functioning on a hot day and had a very offensive odor. There is no one available after 5 pm, just a phone number to call. I called and left a message that the room was not acceptable and promptly left the room. No call back received. Sent an email requesting a refund, the reply was a refund of 1/2 my cost for the room. I replied how could housekeeping/maintenance not check the room. Asked for full refund. Hotel did refund full amount. Would not recommend because of lack of response to a problem, and hassle to do business with.

I love that the property feels tucked away but is still close to all the things we like to do. Really enjoyed the views, especially at night from the back deck.

The place was really nice, clean, comfortable. The check in and check out procedures were really easy and hastle free. Close to many attractions, Silver Dollar City was only 7 minute drive, Belle Show Boat was only 9 and to main downtown Branson was only about 12 minutes. Everything was close with the furthest at 20 minutes. It was a nice and simply drive to get there and the views were great.

Loved our 1 night stay at the Bradford. It's close to Silver Dollar City and not in the same direction as Branson so traffic was non existent heading out of SDC at 9:30pm where as traffic was very backed up in the lanes heading east towards Branson. The nearby Steamy Joe's cafe had a great breakfast at good prices and 20 percent discount for guests at the Bradford.

We loved that this property was close to Silver Dollar City and the main strip but away from all the noise and traffic. It has lovely grounds and a breakfast and lunch spot on the property. It was an extra large room and very comfortable furnishings. The air conditioner didn’t keep it cool enough running full blast and this was in cool mild temperatures. Other than that, it was great!

Looking for a quiet place away from the traffic and busy road way, this is the place! Eight minutes to Silver Dollar City, eleven minutes to Sight and Sound Theater. Walk out back to the deck and watch the sunrise come up over Branson then a great breakfast at Steamy Joes! We will definitely be going back to The Bradford!

Nice place to stay. I would recommend staying on the second floor if you are a late sleeper because you can hear the people above you walking around pretty loudly. Other than that it was quiet, clean and just away from all the crowds of Branson. We didn’t get a chance to eat at Steamy Joes. Way too crowded, maybe next time. Although it’s a 3 min drive to Billy Gail’s, which has some fire breakfast!!! I would stay here again for sure!

We stayed 3 nights and it was lovely! We stayed on the back side of the property and had a gorgeous view! Great food, excellent coffee, super nice people! The deck and the fire pit were fabulous!

Unique hotel with spacious rooms. Parking is cramped and no coffee pot or microwave in the room caught us off guard. The tub and shower liner needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. While the restaurant had great reviews we were not able to try it. The wait just to get our name on the list was over 20 minutes and the greeter seemed overwhelmed and a bit scattered so we gave up and found our meals elsewhere.

The stay was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Great views of the city. We could park right in front of our door and leave in and out quickly. You get a 20% discount when you eat there. Food is decent. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly! It’s located very close to all the fun. Would stay here again.

The room was comfortable. I've slept in more comfortable beds. Heating system was very loud off and on. Light outside the room brought in too much light when going to bed. Second night we unscrewed the bulb. Forget about eating at the restaurant it was packed for breakfast. It must be pretty good. I saw many cars coming in that were not hotel guests. Loved the easy access to the room. Our TV connection was less than realible. The place was clean and not far from entertainment.

We loved our stay at The Bradford. It is not a traditional hotel in that there isn't a front desk and staff. We received our instructions to check in timely and everything worked perfectly. Our room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. The coffee shop on site offers a 20% discount if you are staying at The Bradford. We thought it was just going to be a coffee shop with some pastries, but it served a large variety of breakfast items. We were shocked how busy it was concerning it was a good distance from the Branson Strip, but it was very good so be sure to go early! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Whether was raining but the Bradford was beautiful, the room we stayed in had a separate area for the kids and it made them feel special to have that. Area was perfect, close to everything but not deep in the traffic. Check-in and out was so modern and convenient. Would stay again and would recommend.

Was a great quiet area and just a short drive from Silver Dollar City and other tourists attractions. The bathroom and room was very spacious. And the bathroom included a bathtub.
