I booked this hotel as it was near where I needed to be and showed it had a pool. Upon check in I was told it was currently shut down and would reopen in 20 days or so. They told me it was listed on site and through booking company - it is not. They knew I was very disappointed by this, however made no effort to reimburse me a part of my stay or offer anything to make up for this. I am going back to Edmonton In 2 weeks and will not be staying here, more then likely would not recommend it down the road.

Clean property and rooms. Staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Very spacious rooms with plenty of space to put your belongings. Good water pressure in the shower. Good wifi. Close to Walmart and eateries. Only 2 drawbacks was the warm tones in the room with cool tone lighting, balance felt weird and wish there was a closer convenience store. Will stay again.

The room is clean. But no trash can in the bathroom. We just have to move the one under the table. The pool area is not great. Water is dirty. Obviously hasnt been clean in a while. Even in the hot tub, you can the the white particles floating (dirt). The restaurant crew specially the Asian Guy is very nice. Food is ok. Excellent service. Overall, its ok. Just not the pool area part.

We stayed two nights. The room was clean and appropriately set up. The room was not serviced after the first night. Had to request coffee and towels. The public areas; hallways and elevator were dirty. The check in was average. There were a lot of smokers staying the first night, Had to walk thru a lot of smoke to enter the hotel. Hallways smell of smoke Saturday night. We just didn't feel very welcomed or comfortable here.

We were staying in Room 1129 on Aug 5 & 6 2023. We found 'Bugs' on the Bed sheets & told the receptionist then she took pictures. She was very nice & moved us to a different Room. It was an unpleasant experience 😚!

The first room we got had someone’s earring left on the night table and hair in the shower. The AC also did not work, finally after 2 calls to the front desk we got a new room. The AC worked in the new room, however there was a massive stain on the bed. The front desk didn’t seem to care about a massive stain on the bed sheets their guests have to sleep on. They tried to offer free snacks as compensation, really? Cleanliness is a 0/10 absolutely disgusting and i will never stay here or at any of their other hotels again.

Overall a good value stay at a good location. Window mounted A/C unit has no on-off feature so it just blows through the middle of the night that made for a disrupted sleep.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Could add more in-room convenience. Example: there is only one hook in washroom for towels. Could add more. Shower is not great; too small and too less pressure. Room lights not enough. Room has only one main light and 3 night lamps. Thermostat on wall does not work at all. AC has to be operated through AC unit.

Pool area wasn’t clean . Hot tub Luke warm . If you have a room facing Walmart be prepared for constant noise of semi trucks in and out , running all night . Otherwise the room was good, clean comfortable. Gym was good , open 24

The hotel does not live up to four points Sheraton expectation.When we entered our room it had an overwhelming smell of sting cleaner. The furniture in our room was very scratched, damaged and liked awful. Pillows were awful. The design of the shower is ridiculous. You have to stand in the shower to turn the water on. Blasts cold water before it turn warm and no shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.

We had booked our reservation 2 months in advance, prepaid room, called the week before to confirm our reservation, only to arrive 45 min after check in to be told there was no room for myself and two daughters. Service and treatment by Asiz and management was absolutely horrendous. We were simply told they had oversold, and even though my room for the night was prepaid and confirmed over phone with the front desk the week before, it simply "wasn't their problem". Shame on the management and Asiz for ruining my daughters and I weekend we had been counting down the days to and leaving us stranded for the night.

We were going to WEM, and it ws very convenient. The property and room was nice, new and clean. The staff were nice and helpful . The pool area looked nice, but we didnt get to use it while we were there. The breakfast was good. On th cweekend, it was buffet, but on the weekdays it was a la carte and though we had 3 people staying in the room, we only had 2 vouchers and ended up orderi g a 3rd breakfast, though we could have gotten away with splitting 1 of them. The other comment i had was that there weren't enough towel rails and hooks in the bathroom . We had no placecto hang towels

Great hotel near West Edmonton Mall. It’s in a line of many hotels but on the nicer end of the road. Clean rooms, underground parking, good office area. Backs onto a shopping area with Walmart, restaurants, goodwill, gas stations, etc.

Clean and professional. Beds were comfy, however the pillows were so incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Parking was hard to come by with so many hotels so close together. Our room was facing the Walmart loading dock at the back of the hotel and it was LOUD when they had a truck arrive in the early hours.

The property is next to a busy road so lots of traffic noise . Would have likely been better on the other side of the hotel . There is a Walmart next door so very convenient if you needed a thing. The staff is friendly . There seems to be limited parking but there is an underground parade with a lot of parking. Overall I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights, friendly staff, clean establishment and spacious room. Only drawback is while booking it was mentioned Full Breakfast is from the menu that we can order at the restaurant, but we got continental breakfast buffet which we didn’t enjoy and was a kind of disappointment. Other than that everything was okay. The Grab and Go restaurant dinner items was good except butter chicken, which was not up to our expectation. Overall good.
