Quartos super amplos com uma mini cozinha bem completa. Banheiro super espaçoso. Café da manhã muito conturbado. Bem desorganizado. Não tem mesas para todos os hóspedes, fica tudo muito sujo e remexido. Sem muitas opções e repetidas. Somente um elevador funcionando para não sei quantos muitos quartos! Utilizamos a escada praticamente todos os dias. Ainda bem que estávamos no 3 andar!

Tutto piacevolmente positivo. Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole, scrivania comoda e adeguata per lavorare in camera, bagno grande e bello e funzionale, cucina con microonde e frigo comodi per “sfruttare” al meglio la camera (la cucina dubito che qualcuno la utilizzi veramente)…. Sauna e fitness aperti 24/7 non stop (anche se io non ho utilizzato questo servizio)…. Macchina per il caffe, cappuccino etc. sempre a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti…. Non ultimo supermercato sotto l’hotel (basta attraversare la strada) aperto fino a tardi! Che dire, consigliatissimo.

I arrived late, after 22:00. The door from the parking garage to the hotel was closed, so I had to exit the garage, dragging my suitcases, walk in the street to the hotel entrance. The entrance was closed because of the late hour, so I had to walk a few more meters to the entrance of Moxy Hotel. Check-in was possible at Moxy. After check-in, I had to move to the actual Residence Inn building through a connecting passage. I was dragging two heavy suitcases, which made the walk from the parking garage to my room look like an obstacle course.

Great time at the Marriott! Parking is a lil tight. Like everywhere else you do have to pay for parking 🙃. Marriott was awesome and staff polite enough to have a late check out. Thank you 🙏.

The hotel location is central and walk friendly. The staff were great and professional. Housekeeping could improve as the room was generally really clean, but we notice fragments of broken glass on the room floor. We've requested it to be cleaned again for everyone safety which included our toddler.

Cleanliness was far less than expected in Germany. It was in fact the worst I have experienced in my last 35 years regular visits to Germany in all categories of hotels. We had booked stay for 5 nights and the room was turned only on the 3rd day. Further the kitchen was just at the entrance of the corridor to our rooms and there was always a strong smell. The corridor itself was not so clean and there was at times smell. Size of the room was good and condition of bed was acceptable. I suppose if the reception lobby and corridors are upgraded a little bit and kitchen taken to some other location or atleast kitchen door not to be in from of corridor leading to rooms the hotel would look much cleaner. Needless to say the rooms need to be turned everyday , this cannot be compromised.

Teníamos dos habitaciones la 4008 la recibimos con sangre en e la colcha y sucia. Solomon cambiaron 2 días después. Poca comodidad en esa habitación. Al segundo día enviamos un pantalón a la lavandería y lo perdieron porque nunca me lo devolvieron cuánto me pagarán por esto?

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasnt for the one broken elevator that cause wait times to be excessive for the one remaining working elevator working 9 floors. Then there is a disco or Hispanic bar nearby that you can hear the music past midnight

Terrible. No parking. No entry to hotel. Has to enter thru another hotel. Who has ever heard of that? No prior notification. I have a child and was walking around with luggage trying to figure out the entrance. Then the extremely rude reception woman was so nasty! I couldn't believe it. I wanted to walk out but we were flying out in the morning. I have stayed at many Marriotts but this location, entry, parking and staff were horrible

Hello. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I had a terrible experience , starting with a dry welcome, a terrible room that was part of a garden and a dozen men drinking outside the room parting, moved to another room though smaller than my booking - terrible room —- and when asked about check out process, same receptionist asked me to leave my key in the room… and while exiting I was separated from my luggage that was stuck behind the glass of the entrance and myself outside —/ delayed from my drive as none would answer the ring !!!!! Terrible .

The person taking care of the breakfast area in the morning was very attentive and hard working. Didn't have any interactions with her but she kept everything stocked, clean and attended to other guests' needs. Inconvenience was with the front desk closing after certain hours at night and having to go to Moxy Hotel for help - especially with needing extra towels and wash clothes. The room service person cleaned the rooms but didn't leave enough towels and the last three days, didn't leave any wash clothes.

I was frightened by a male cleaning staff in the hotel while using the public female toilet on the reception floor. He sneaked in the female toilet knowing I went in. The light in the hallway was shut down too. No matter I stumped nor screamed, the light wasn’t turned on while I try to walk out of the area. I had to call the police after being frightened by him.

The hotel is easily accessible by the S-Bahn and only 2 stops from the Frankfurt main station. The included breakfast is excellent with lots of variety and the staff keep it clean and well stocked. The location is great for walking to the old town and we had a view of a medieval tower right outside of our room. We also ate at the tower cafe and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Frankfurt.

The location of the hotel is real good for tourists. There's a major shopping district right next to it. There are many choice of food too. Frankfurt's new old town is within walking distance, and there is an ancient defence tower sitting right across the street which is very cool!

Overall it served it's purpose as we were only there for one night in order to take a flight the next morning. Location was great(once we found it!). We used the Galleria and tower as reference points. Easy 15mins walk to the aldstadt and river. Near the S bahn which we used to get to the airport. The room was very dark, we were on reception level. The next time I would request a room higher up. The room is set up for self catering which is good if you're staying there for a longer time. Breakfast was a very casual affair, different. The staff were good, we had a problem with the remote control and it was resolved straight away.

Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und auch das Zimmer waren wirklich super. Das Frühstück wäre in Ordnung gewesen wenn rechtzeitig aufgefüllt worden wäre. Leider war alles immer sehr schnell leer und es hat ewig gedauert bis wieder etwas nachkam. Da war die Organisation wirklich schlecht.
