No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.

The room was was described. Beds were comfortable and location to the airport was perfect. We did not have hot water, reported it to the manager but didn't hear back. Overall our stay was fine.

Very friendly staff the stay was really good and elevators to get to the floors easy had a really great experience would definitely stay there again they even check in on us too definitely need a smoking section for the smokers though even down the stairs away the building one gurus told me go across the street and it was raining

The staff was kind and helpful. Joan showed us our room and gave us a quick overview or our room and the property. When we requested towels and linen, the staff promptly delivered. Joan also came to our room for us to pay for our add on day from our initial reservation. Krunal was helpful in adding our additional day when I contacted him via email after I booked the original booking on Expedia.com. Thank you for a great place to stay for my wife and I to get married here in Manila.
