I have stayed at The Baxley a couple of times. It’s great for me as I like to come and go while visiting friends in the area. It’s great to have a communal area if you want to have a quick meal. The shared bathrooms are clean and well looked after.

Perfect place for a short stay, Charlotte was super friendly and helpful receptionist allowed me to use amenities on check out before while in transit. Seperate 3 bathrooms are very nice, clean. Approximately 20 minute walk straight down to the famous Bondi Beach, with plenty of shops, cafes close by. Quiet and homely, the beds are like clouds, plenty of room, kitchen, computer, Iron boards, etc all available, mini bar in rooms. Thank you team.

Modern and well designed. Actually looks like the photos! Shared bathroom was beautifully maintained. Single bed was luxurious and the room had a fridge and sink. Very attentive and super friendly reception. My only concern was that the fridge wasn’t that cold and I fed this back to the reception staff who actively noted it down to work on for improvements. Great location! Short walk to Bondi Beach. I’ll definitely be back.

It was very nice to stay at The Baxley Bondi. Walking distance to the Bondi Beach with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is small but cute. You will be able to get all what you need e.g. hair dryer, towels, shampoo etc. I was so surprise the hotel have Netflix account! Easily to kill time if jet lag!

The Baxley Bondi was in a great location, was clean, with great front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We would stay there again in no time. Note: The shared bathrooms were always clean, we never had an issue getting in one or with cleanliness.

The Baxley was awesome! Really nice little spot if you don't need anything but a place to sleep. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly! I was able to do laundry on site, which was a huge bonus! Only issues really were that the TV streaming kept going out and I could've used more towels. It's also a kinda weird location. Had to take the bus to get just about anywhere, but that was okay. Would stay again!

Great location, ecofriendly and clean. Good new concept of accommodation. The only downside was that the rooms were very small, and pretty noisy- I could hear the person from the room next door snoring and people walking in and out of their rooms at night.

The property is fine. I did have a couple of issues when I stayed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. During the night, I could hear the person in the room next to me having a phone conversation as if they were in my room. I also heard every door open and shut. You’re not going to get a good nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

Check in complicated room was a poststamp I choose a room with en-suite but it was positioned between 4 bathrooms for the other guests doors slammed all night, area around was run down Very very overpriced glorified backpackers.

I liked the area close to Bondi Beach The Baxley is relatively new or recently refurbished But was terrible was the size of the room, booked a single , ie. not more than 12 sm like I’m a prison cell. You couldn’t open a piece of luggage!! The insulation in terms of noise between the rooms is miserable. I heard any move the neighbors did, so without ear plogs impossible to have a decent sleep.

Great stay for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was the noisy air conditioner but I am a light sleeper. The rooms was only just big enough as well. Otherwise, very clean and great facilities, staff were very helpful. :)

I would recommend anyone to stay here for their attention to cleanliness, safety and overall staff kindness. Additionally, Louisa, the front desk receptionist, was patient and helpful to me on numerous occasions!

A stunningly beautiful little bolt hole, nothing to dislike here. The front of house staff and housekeeping were so accommodating to us, allowed us to use the facilities to change and have a coffee as we were 3 hours early. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you for our stay...

The Baxley Bondi was a perfect spot for my last few days in Australia. Easy access from Bondi Junction station via bus/walking and easy access to Bondi and Brontë Beaches and neighborhoods by walking/transit. The communal kitchen area is available for eating breakfast or carryout meals.

The Baxley is an excellent place. It could be improved by making recycling bins available. The rooms are clean but small. It is in an excellent location with excellent public transport very close nearby. I would recommend it to travellers.
