Excellent staff and room. Food was too blend, no space to hang out except the room, and very hard chairs in the restaurant. Also expect possibility for buying alcohol on an expensive hotel like this. Response was first that this was due to not having license, and this might be in place for our next visit. Later it turned out it was due to the Ayurveda concept. Frustrating that management kept changing the reasoning. There is indication on hotels.com this was a non-alcoholic hotel.

This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours each day if you feel like it.
