The hotel was okay, photos offer much more then actually is expected, service is average and check out is early, upon checkout the bill had added items which we never ordered, no apology was issued and instead a 10 minute argument over 1 discrepancy which I wouldn’t expect from what is apparently a luxury hotel.

Very nice room, everything was fine: Pool, Breakfast, AC, WiFi, Parking free of charge and nice place to stay and relax. Restaurant quality was great, choice of dishes limited (no salads… maybe a different menue card from 12:00 - 18:00)

Fantastic hotel and staff! The entire place was super clean and well kept. The room had good ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, chocolate. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean with drinks served to your chairs. But the biggest plus here was the food, the breakfast buffet was the best we've had in Europe and the dinner (we opted for half-board) was absolutely delicious. It was a short drive tp both Lednice and Voltice for day trips. I would highly recommend staying here.
