WE TRIED TO FIND A HOTEL WITH FREE PARKING AND INCLUDED BREAKFAST NEAR TO THE TUNNEL AS WE HAD AN EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT IN NYC. THE DAYS HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS QUITE WELL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IN THE ROOM WAS THE NOISINESS OF THE HEATER. THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED EGGS, FRESH BAGELS, MUFFINS, JUICES, YOGURT, ETC AND WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED. WE WERE ABLE TO GET TO THE TUNNEL IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. THE HOTEL OFFERED BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE CITY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE MORNING AND EVENING FOR $10 WHICH WE THOUGHT WOULD BE A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO DRIVING IF WE DIDN'T NEED OUR CAR IN NY.

Good hotel to stay while visiting New York City. Before booking I contacted the hotel about accessing the city. They said they have a shuttle. They did not say that the shuttle only runs 3 specific times in the morning and 2 specific times in the evening. They also failed to mention that there needs to be 5 people for the shuttle to run.

Great location and staff, rooms are very nice with plenty of space. Parking is great, safe and well lit. Breakfast is really good as well. Highly recommended.

Overall the hotel is not bad. But feels a little run down. In our room 3 lights didn’t work. USB plugs didn’t work. They have two elevators but one only worked. After waiting about 20 mins we gave up and took the stairs 4 floors up.

My room had cochroaches. Apparently the whole hotel has the issues and they have multiple bug traps around the hotel. I happened to find one in my towels and noticed two traps under my sink.

I've stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. That's why I decided to stay again but this time it was horrible. When I checked in the desk person was rude. Going upstairs the elevator sounded like it was about to break. The room was nice. Except for me waking up itchy and realizing I had atleast 10 bed bug bites! I just pray I didn't bring them home with me!

Cockroaches on walls, AC is broken and loud, water is flowing from AC and the top inside restroom. I though that might be just a one room is like this, but we were living n two separate rooms and it's the same. Additionally to that n one room a strong smell of cigarets all the time... At the end of our stay they compensated us 50% of latest day of our stay which is nothing to be honest.

Will not stay here again. It was ok, but AC didn't seem to work that great and no pool. Also, saw a roach in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom and addressed this at the front desk which he acted dumbfounded.

Everything was just about okay and what you’d expect for the area. Walls were paper thin though and we were woken up at 3 am 4 am 6am every night we stayed there. I would not stay here again for that reason

Overall, I was pretty happy with this property given its proximity to NYC. We were able to take an Uber into the city in the morning and get there fairly quickly. The hotel looks like it used to be run down, but it has been updated and cleaned to be quite nice now. Continental breakfast was excellent. I will say that the hotel had some serious noise issues; it was unclear if this was due to the guests staying there at the time or the property itself. We heard children screaming, adults yelling, people running up and down the halls, and even loud banging on our walls up until about 4 a.m. both nights that we stayed at the property. If you can put up with that, though, this property is pretty decent for the price.

The room was very nice and clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but one of them was not. She seemed very irritated when asked simple questions about shuttles or storing luggage until check in. The conversation took less than 3 minutes but still seemed too long for her. And no, she wasn’t busy. There were no other people around. Made us feel like we needed to figure out the area on our own. And we did. But over all the place was nice.

The staff did a good job and the cleaning staff were great. The breakfast was rhe wxact same each and wvery day..the eggs were cold each day..potatoes were raw and sausage was cold. A bit of varitey would have been nice. They had a pick up service to go downtown but he was completely miserable. You may not like your job but you can at least put a smile on. This cause us to take the bus..which was fine on the way into the city but to get home the ataff told ua the wrong pick up point which caused us to miss the bus mulitple times ..the ultimately hiring an uber. Some staff at the hotel were good..front desk and cleaning..but the breakfast ataff when asked even for a lid for my coffee said no we r out. Just jot exactly a nice expereice for a 25 year anniveraary trip.

The location is in close proximity from NYC. To NYC you can take a bus to Port Authority Bus Station pretty much any bus that goes towarda NYC (4 USD per person max). Interior is a bit outdated. Only one lift was working but as it was not too busy in hotel, was manageable. Room was nice, clean, beds comfortable. Shower could be cleaned better. Breakfast was included: not terrible, not great. Suitable for a day start.

Friendly check in agent, OK breakfast, nice bathroom and fairly spacious room too with comfortable bedding. Nice digital fireplace too. Only negative was the location wasn't ideal, we knew this going in, however as the other reviews also mention, it is an uphill walk next to a highway if you're heading to the main city bus stop, so is probably a better hotel for drivers.

We just stayed to sleep & get free breakfast. It was clean & staff was all very nice. We were visiting family 10 minutes away. It worked for our needs but no restaurants near it to walk to. We felt safe but no pool

Overall experience is good and room are good maintained/cleaned on daily basis by the service staff and air conditioning is perfect working but unfortunately breakfast is not up to the mark and same breakfast very day which is not satisfactory. Recommend to change the breakfast menu which will attract more visitors to visit the hotel experience again. And also enough parking space

We were in the back of the hotel, and a car alarm kept going off every 10 mins, so i couldnt sleep. Bathroom was big, so was the room. Great tv, but overall comfort level was a 3. Breakfast was horriable.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were not super comfortable but sufficient. Rooms were quiet considering how close to the highway it is. Nice having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Staff was nice and friendly but didn’t know how to get to the light rail station or even know where it was. Also some mother was asking if they had a pool and they didn’t seem to understand what she was asking about. A lot of people standing outside by the doors smoking was unpleasant. Breakfast was good—quite a few options. Overall very convenient and would stay there again.
