I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a modern aesthetic and felt like it might have recently been done-up. The bed was comfy and the shower excellent. I liked the way my room was very spacious and had a very convenient thing for hanging my jacket on and dumping my stuff on as soon as I entered from trekking around the island all day! The location was great for catching the bus and ferry. I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water in Malta but I still used said water to fill up the kettle in the room and I’m okay so far - the tea making facilities were appreciated btw! Breakfast was great and the staff all professional.

This hotel is a gem. Excellent in every department except the parking. They claim that the “parking is available” on their website, but winning the lottery would be more likely than finding a parking spot on that street. Good news: they have a garage at the basement that saves the day. Bad news: they charge 15 euros per night for it. They should be more transparent about the parking situation.

Definitiv empfehlenswert! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, man hat durch die Nähe zum Busbahnhof in Sliema und der Fähre nach Valletta ideale Anbindungen in jegliche Richtung. Auch das Hotel an sich ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ein super Frühstück. Wer also nicht zwingend noch einen Pool im Hotel haben muss (dieser ist halt nicht vorhanden), ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Mr Todd Hotel offers amazing value. It is very well located close to all the ferry and bus connections yet on a quieter side street. The room was modern, spacious and clean with a private balcony. The breakfast included in the incredibly low room price was very good. There was Netflix amongst other channels on the room TV. Also kettle, fridge and safe in the room. The room did have a damp smell but nothing too bad. Sound insulation between the room and hotel corridor could have been better but luckily there wasn't much noise at night. Overall very pleasant stay.

Clean room, nice staff, good location. 5 minute walk to ferry to go to Valletta. Walking distance to St Julian's bay. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only bad thing is theres no parking other than on the vey busy streets. Other than that would highly recommend.

Really nice hotel with restaurant. Everything was perfect. They have very late check in which we needed. There is everything we need including fridge, coffeemaker and coffee supplies. They also gave us an adapter for their system so that we can charge our phones.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário. A localização é boa, perto de transporte público, ferry para valleta, restaurantes e da orla. O café da manhã é bom mas deveriam identificar os itens por escrito. Também deveriam colocar mais cobertura no croissant doce. O hotel oferece apenas shampoo junto com sabonete corporal, não possui condicionador. O papel higiênico poderia ser de folha dupla. A pia possui pouquíssimo espaço para colocar os pertences (escova e pasta de dente, etc), o local para pendurar as toalhas eram longe do chuveiro. Possui exaustor no banheiro. Cama confortável com bastante travesseiro. Havia um adaptador na tomada, mas acredito que tenham esquecido no quarto pois vimos o recepcionista cobrar para “vender” para outros hóspedes. Possui elevador e o quarto é bem espaçoso. Na saída, após o checkout, pudemos deixar as mochilas para buscar mais perto do horário do voo.

Insgesamt hat mir das Hotel gut gefallen und ich würde für einen vergleichbaren Preis wieder buchen. Mein zwei-Bett Zimmer war gut bemessen und ausgestattet. Die Betten waren tadellos. Das Bad war in Ordnung mit wenigen kleineren Mängeln, wie ein paar Stockflecken. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Loved the cleanliness and location. Breakfast basic but adequate. Had an issue with smell from bathroom which was not resolved a deep clean was done twice thank you mr Todd but the problem was still there in departure.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr klein und sehr hellhörig und laut (durch einen Lichtschacht bis zur Küche verbunden). Sicherlich bekommt man bei einem Upgrade bessere Zimmer, für uns war das aufgrund der kurzen Zeit aber nicht nötig.

Rooms were nice and clean. Couple of cons: air in the room was a bit stuffy and the AC didn’t bring any fresh air to the room. At times having AC on brought in some unpleasant smells like cigarette smell from somewhere.

Die Zimmern sind groß und sauber aber sehr hellhörig. Das Bett/Matratze ist sehr unbequeme. Vor dem Hotelzimmer ist eine Großbaustelle und ab 6 Uhr schon unerträglicher Lärm. Das Frühstück ist ok aber der Raum leider viel zu kleine für alle Gäste. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room was very spacious with good storage options. Very close to Sliema ferry and bus stops. Good choice of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Room was not sound proof as we could hear our neighbors sneezing. Could use a few adjustments to make it more comfortable - the mattress needs to be changed (too soft and could feel the springs) the TV screen was small and didn't work and toiletries provided weren't great (ie bring your own shampoo and conditioner)

I’d really love to give a better review but no, hotel is nice, location is close to everywhere but we had to sleep in a hot room without air conditioning because for a reason the central AC was set to heat and staff couldn’t control it.

First, the staff that were nice and helpfull. Hotel allowed us to leave luggage before check-in so we could wonder around freely. We could also leave it after check-out and be in town before we went on our flight. Rooms are spacious and bed was also comfortable. Bear in mind that if you move a lot in bed another person will feel it but we could sleep normally. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Even if youn do not book your accomodation with breakfast, you can pay it at the reception for the days you wish to have it. Location was perfect with a lot of bus stops, ferry to valletta, and direkt bus to airport nearby. Only downsides would be poor Wi-Fi reception at times and sometimes the traffic was a bit loud. Would definitely reccomend.

The receptionists were cold and seemed bothered to do anything and one was extremely rude and argumentative and soured the whole stay. Never experienced such behaviour. Extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. Paper thin walls, could hear people chatting and snoring in the next room. One of our family members left after two nights with 4 nights left because of the horrible mattress and I couldn't wait to leave to another hotel once the pre-paid nights were done. Bland breakfast. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were lovely which was nice after the the experience with the reception. Good location.

スタッフの方は皆さんが親切、丁寧でした。4泊滞在中、カーテンレールが一部外れてしまってのですが、フロントスタッフに伝えると快く直しておく。と言ってくれて、夜部屋に戻るとしっかり治っていました。 朝食も食事、ドリンクともに種類があり、味も満足です。 バスルームにはボディソープと石鹸しかないので、シャンプーなど必要なものは持参すると良いです。

We had first a room at the street side, and we did not sleep , my mother is 91 , so a week not sleeping is terrible for her....the lady at the desk ..Ivonne did everything to give us a room at the other side...we had a very good room , the breakfast was also very good , we recommend this hotel for everyone

Great location - close to bars restaurants, shops and transport hubs - easy access to buses and ferries. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast in the hotel a couple of times during my stay and this was excellent and good value. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring Malta.

途中、別の都市に行ったときに荷物を預かってもらえたし、スタッフも英語対応できるので大変助かりました。朝食も朝から野菜やフルーツが取れるのが嬉しかったです！市内バスのバス停も近くにあり、空港もタクシーで20分程度で立地がよかったです。朝は近所の海沿いをジョギングできるのもよかったので、次回マルタに行く時にも、また宿泊したいです。快適なマルタ滞在をありがとうございました。

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mr Todd hotel. The location is terrific. Located just a short walk from the main tourist hub of the area, near the hop on hop off buses and the ferries, main shopping, cafes and restaurant's. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. We reported a light not working and it was repaired immediately. Breakfast was a delight! I'd read many reviews on the hotel and most mentioned the breakfast so i expected something good, but nowhere near as good as it was! Cereal, bacon, eggs, sausages, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and the most beautiful freshly baked pastries! With freshly brewed cappuccinos and freshly sqeezed juices, the breakfast would do a large hotel chain proud. Apart from the tiny little shower that is awkward to get in and out of, the Mr Todd is a great base for a stay in Malta.

First, the staff that were nice and helpfull. Hotel allowed us to leave luggage before check-in so we could wonder around freely. We could also leave it after check-out and be in town before we went on our flight. Rooms are spacious and bed was also comfortable. Bear in mind that if you move a lot in bed another person will feel it but we could sleep normally. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Even if youn do not book your accomodation with breakfast, you can pay it at the reception for the days you wish to have it. Location was perfect with a lot of bus stops, ferry to valletta, and direkt bus to airport nearby. Only downsides would be poor Wi-Fi reception at times and sometimes the traffic was a bit loud. Would definitely reccomend.

Excellently located 2 mins walk to ferries and buses Mr Todd is a choice hotel if staying in Sliema. Extremely clean and great breakfast. We stayed here for 13 nights to see the island of Malta with a day trip to Gozo. Using a 7 day unlimited bus pass we went to Valletta most days (15 min) , or somewhere else in Malta such as Mdina. Mr Todd is well priced.

Mr. Todd makes a great home base for exploring Malta. 5 minute walk to ferries, major bus routes and tons of restaurants. Never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a Bolt pickup. Neighborhood felt safe in evening after dark for walk home. Front desk stored our luggage for free in room behind reception.

In great, quiet location for easy access to ferries to Valletta and buses to other parts of Malta. We got the bus from the airport which dropped us off by ferry stop.. 5 minute walk to hotel. Séjour convenable dans l’ensemble. Chambre de grande taille, située côté rue plutôt mal insonorisée, avec une literie moyennement confortable. Pas de chauffage durant tout le séjour, j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait trop froid, bac de douche quasiment bouché, ventilation bruyante dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct avec du choix salé et sucré mais salle assez petite souvent très encombrée au niveau du buffet. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des bus et ferry et restaurants. Le personnel était accueillant et très gentil, service de réservation de taxi pour l’aéroport proposé et assuré par l’équipe, très pratique et sans soucis.

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado. Funcionários incríveis. Café da manhã ok. Recomendo descer cedo, o espaço é pequeno e pode ficar confuso. Dei azar de cair em um quarto virado para uma obra/contrução. Na maior parte dos dias saia de manhã e voltava a noite então tudo certo. Um dia choveu eu fiquei mais tempo no quarto e foi insuportavel o barulho, mesmo com a porta da sacada fechada. E a obra parece que ainda vai demorar.
