Clean and fairly quiet. Not a new building so older amenities. Gym not inviting at all and no free accessible board room with computers, etc.at this location. Other services were very good.

NOT nice tofind pool is closed when you get there That was one of reasons I booked there as I had planned time to go to the pool So only to find out it is closed when you get there I have to travel a lot right now, I will remember this in my future bookings as you have lost me as a customer

It was great. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. I almost cancelled based on other reviews that said the pool was cold... so glad i didnt. The pool was heated and clean! We were very relieved and very pleased. We already have plans to return next month as it was a great night away from home!

I chose this property for the fact that had an indoor pool we arrived we checked in only to find that the pool temperature is absolute ice cold. It's very disappointing I'm not happy.

Dining area: Shameza in the dining area was excellent. She made us feel so comfortable as we await my husband's discharge from the hospital Parking and property: The walkway outside should have been cleaned of snow more thoroughly as it was slippery getting into the lobby. Parking areas also needed to be cleared of snow.

Property is ckean and tidy. Kids were so happy. Will lodge again anytime am in the area. Breajfast was amazing. We left our rooms in the morning and came back and found it all tidy. Isnt tjis amazing wihout asking them.. Thanks

The room was very musty smelling, so we switched to another room which was much better. Since this hotel allows pets Hampton Inn should have available air purifiers to remove any air impurities and mustiness that can adversely affect people with allergies.

This was a terrible hotel. The room was very dirty and the bathroom stunk terribly to a point that even the box of tissues smelled! The floor was dirty and the towels were overused and in terrible shape. The worst part was when we tried to plug in out charger (for phones) there was an electric blast and all the electricity went out. My friend felt the spark and almost got badly hurt! The front desk staff had to restart the breaker from the blown fuse! I had an elderly person with me, what if something happened to her!!!!! We didn’t sleep all night after driving for over 10 hours!!! Worst experience ever.

Bathroom sewer stink, rooms are ok but as soon as you will walk in you will feel someone left a diaper in a room. Bathroom drains are clogged water goes very slow. Shower are almost end of its life.

The room was ok. Smelled a little like cedar chips and took a bit to cool it down. The one thing i really didn't like was that the door had gaps - i could see in my room before i opened the door. And when we turned off the light to go to sleep, the room was illuminated by the lights in the hall! Looked at it and noticed that not only were there gaps along the side of the door, but also, the door didn't come down to the floor!

The staff were great. The room was clean however we found a child's sticker that was stuck to a sheet on the inside when we pulled the bed cover and top sheet back which made us wonder if the bed sheets had been stripped, and replaced. The mattresses really need to be replaced. The mattresses are so soft that you sink right into the mattress; no support at all. New mattresses are recommended. The breakfast was good; lots of options.

Clean, friendly, comfortable! Decent breakfast. Good value! We will stay again. I was impressed to see housekeeping scrubbing windowsills and AC units during room turnover. My only complaint: curtains do not close to blackout the room. We had a tall parking lamp shining in the window all night. Not a bad enough experience to complain.

Wonderful, friendly professional staff. Excellent breakfast options: fresh, and a wide variety of choices. We loved our stay. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the bed was quite soft and a bit noisy when you moved around.

I typically find Hampton Inn's consistently good. My only issues with this particular location is the noisy fan on the heater/AC unit (even at the lowest level) and the desk lamp light bulb was too bright.

The lady that work the desk, when we check in was amazing. Very nice, friendly and professional. The night before we stayed in the holiday inn next door, that was ok, but i will return to this one because of her. She gave me a business card with the name Priya Dogra. I hope the company know how lucky they are to have her on the team. She is so good at what she do. In all businesses, when you walk in, and you have a positive and great experience with the first person and that greet you, that make the rest of the experience great. And Priya did that for me. Amazing, give her a raise. Will be back for sure. Hope to see you next time. Thanks alot

Outstanding service from check in to the lady who attended the breakfast. Both unbelievable. I made a mistake on the date of my booking, the kind gentleman at the front desk helped me along with a call to hotels. Com. The lady at the breakfast bar was friendly, helpful and cares about people. I honestly felt like family! Hard thing to accomplish in this crazy selfish world. She offered me a banana and a bag to carry it in. Hard to find people like this! Keep her. Treasure her, reward her!

Loved the towels and pillows in the room. The morning front desk staff here were friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. Breakfast was wonderful, and the lovely breakfast lady put so much care into the variety of meals and snacks she prepared. Everyone was incredibly generous and made me feel well taken care of throughout my 2-day stay. I’ll be back.

I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. Check in was extremely difficult because I wanted to pay at the property and not online. Even though they weren’t authorized to charge my credit card they still tried to charge it before I arrived. The manager was extremely rude and called me a liar when I told him

Better that expected room size, super helpful staff. Terrific breakfast spread. 24 hr coffee and staffing. Super convent access for travelers, feet from on-ramps to regional highways. Plenty of walkable food options as well. Solid value.

Hotel was nice and clean, we drank our champagne from paper (they apparently don’t have glassware), and breakfast is supposed to be 6-10, but at 9:30 very crowded, no where to sit and they ran out of food and were not making or bringing out more.
