Location is great, walking distance to cathedral and market. Disappointed that the air conditioning did not work and there was rarely warm water for the shower. Staff was great, valet parking is a plus, attached restaurant was great! Just beware that the room is simple, and the bed is good, clean towels and room, but that’s it. I will stay here again but wish they would improve.

El hotel muy bonito bien ubicado, limpio, me encanto, el personal atento y excelente atención, el desayuno ligero pero bien, solo no me dieron una habitación superior que era lo que pague y reserve porque era nuevo el de recepción y no resolvió mi solicitud aún cuando mostré mi itinerario y el costo, hubo otro incidente con un grupo de huéspedes en la terraza que tenían un escándalo en una reunión afectando a todos los huéspedes sin dejar dormir teniendo que ir el encargado a pedir que bajaran su tono sin hacer caso de la petición, falta reglamentar el horario de uso en esa área común por ser el hotel pequeño y para descansar, fue bastante molesto. En general es un hotel excelente y bastante cómodo. Gracias

Hotel centríco para desplazarse en el primer cuadro de la ciudad, cuenta con valet parking y las habitaciones son de varios tamaños aún teniendo el mismo precio. Un comentario es que las habitaciones 105 y 206 las secadoras de cabello no funcionaban, pero de ahí en general es un agradable lugar para pasar la estancia, así mismo el desayuno en bufet ampliamente recomendable.

El lugar es muy accesible pero las habitaciones estan algo descuidadas, el baño del lobby principal huele muy mal y no esta limpio. Creo que por el costo hay mejores opciones en la ciudad en caso de que no tengan inconveniente de manejar un poco más para acercarse al centro de la ciudad. Algo importante a resaltar es que el personal es muy atento y servicial.

Además, al estar en planta baja, cada vez que alguien subía por la escalera de cristal se escuchaban claramente los pasos, lo que afectó bastante el descanso. Nos encantó El Hotel, estuvo muy bien el servicio y fueron muy amables al recibirnos. El cuarto esta amplio y limpio. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron estuvo muy sabroso y hotel está cercas de la plaza. Se los recomiendo!

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The room was small but the shower was large and comfortable. They need to furnish more towels, face towels would be nice for a starter. The mirror was a bit to high to see yourself when getting dress. On the over all it was a pleasant stay.

El personal de recepcion con exclente servicio, en el comedor de mal genio algunos o no se dan abasto los meseros que tienen..en los 2 dias que estube no me sirvieron refil de cafe...😑...pero con tal que mi bb estuviera a gusto..y la habitacion no era la que anuncian en la foto un catre no es una cama individual.

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Nos encantó El Hotel, estuvo muy bien el servicio y fueron muy amables al recibirnos. El cuarto esta amplio y limpio. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron estuvo muy sabroso y hotel está cercas de la plaza. Se los recomiendo!

Overall nice stay. A nice hotel for the area. This hotel is a short one block walk to the Plaza Zamora and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was included and for the price it was a very good deal.

En general estuvo bien, solo al momento desayuno estaria bien que específicaran desde recepción ya que uno se va con la finta y piensa que es bufete, solo es especificar.

El hotel en general estaba limpio, con un aroma agradable tanto en áreas comunes como en la habitación. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el restaurante no fue buena: el desayuno americano fue bastante limitado y si querías cambiar al buffet tenías que pagar $120.00 adicionales por persona. El personal se mostró poco interesado en mejorar el servicio, lo cual dejó mucho que desear. Otro punto a considerar es el ruido: las habitaciones no están bien aisladas y se escucha prácticamente todo lo de los cuartos contiguos. Además, al estar en planta baja, cada vez que alguien subía por la escalera de cristal se escuchaban claramente los pasos, lo que afectó bastante el descanso. En conclusión, aunque el hotel luce bien y la limpieza es destacable, la relación calidad-precio no se justifica por los detalles en el servicio y el ruido.

Location is great, walking distance to cathedral and market. Disappointed that the air conditioning did not work and there was rarely warm water for the shower. Staff was great, valet parking is a plus, attached restaurant was great! Just beware that the room is simple, and the bed is good, clean towels and room, but that’s it. I will stay here again but wish they would improve.

Es un buen hotel centrico al cual ya habiamos asistido hace años, pero no supimos que se habia separado del restaurant y que solo a los que reservan directo en el hotel les dan desayuno bufet. si reservan por otro medio es desayuno americano y como fuimos muchos familiares hubo distinción.

Hotel centríco para desplazarse en el primer cuadro de la ciudad, cuenta con valet parking y las habitaciones son de varios tamaños aún teniendo el mismo precio. Un comentario es que las habitaciones 105 y 206 las secadoras de cabello no funcionaban, pero de ahí en general es un agradable lugar para pasar la estancia, así mismo el desayuno en bufet ampliamente recomendable.

Close to the Plaza. Location is great. Room is small and clean. The sink is too small and water spills out. Shower head is not a great option for this type of shower. The water comes out. The lighting in the room is too dark and needs more lighting. Hotel is old and restrooms need to be remodeled and add better lighting
