Huge mess up with our rooms. I booked 2 twins and one king. They got us one double room, one twin and one single. After 5 hours of no resolution and them insisting that a King Bed is the same as a single bed, the receptionist finally convinced her manager to get my mother the King bed at 9.45pm at night after she had already fallen asleep after an almost 24 hour plane journey. I appreciate the receptionist and the manager finally making this right, but my poor mother woke up and moved rooms in her pajamas so the resolution would have been more appreciated if it were sooner.

My room was clean, with a spacious bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar with seating area. Hotel is in a good location with many nice cafes and restaurants around. The Medina and Hassan II mosque are not far.
