The location is superb, right next to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to transportation and sightseeing. We felt safe in the area around the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room free of charge, and the original room was already supposed to be much larger than the other options we had researched in Lisbon. It had a large bed, kitchenette, sitting room, and even two separate bathrooms/showers which we found to be very convenient. The bathroom floors and kitchen table could have used some more cleaning, but overall we were very satisfied with our decision to stay here. Would definitely recommend!

It looks like the hotel was remodeled recently. Very clean, rooms were big and the place was quiet. Great location for walking around. Staff was very helpful with the questions we had. Room had stove, cookware, dishwasher, but I only used the fridge to keep my Snickers cold. Air conditioner worked very well. The bed was very very comfortable in room 403.

Apartment was high end, nicely furnished, very comfy bed, kitchen with everything you would need or want. Extraordinary hotel with artistically curated and spacious rooms. The service is excellent and the hotel is literally in the heart of the action. I loved that my windows opened to the square, but when closed ensured my room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs has incredible cocktails and delicious food. Don’t forget to try a Ginjinha shot in Rossio Square!

Beautiful property in an amazingly convenient location. The staff is super friendly and helpful- especially the AM staff. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite and had 3 bathrooms which was nice for our party of 3. We felt safe and had easy access to public transport. Highly recommend!

What a beautifully appointed apartment. So quiet at night which is really appreciated. Staff were excellent, really helpful. Great location - just step out into the middle of things. Nice restaurant attached to it (recommend the cod). Highly recommend it.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean. For breakfast, I suggest you order it in the room rather than downstairs, less waiting. We enjoyed the two-room apartment with the small kitchenette. It is really close to Praca Rossio and other important landmarks and it was perfect for our first visit. We did not rent a car, used public transportation. Would book again.

Excellent hotel. We love it. We had a suite that was probably the best place we stayed over Europe. Service was incredible, breakfast like a dream, next door restaurant also was very good. Close to all the main places in Lisbon. Everybody that works there did an amazing job making us feeling at home.

I loved this boutique hotel. The manager Sonia was so helpful and welcoming. The rooms have been beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. Breakfast comes personally delivered in a beautifully stock basket. Every detail is perfect. I've already booked a return visit!
