Hotel is located in a central position, few steps from Vathican Museum and San Peter Square. The structure is very clean, with small but good facilities (gym, Turkish bath, solarium terrace). Room was modernly furnished but a bit small and located at ground floor (it’s not very pleasant to walk to the room just few steps from the bar). Breakfast offer was small and the food was okay

The hotel was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the family room, although compact, had a real “wow” factor due to the split level set-up and a plant through both levels! The main bed upstairs was large and comfortable, and the kids beds downstairs were a little more basic, but they found them comfortable enough. We booked the sauna room and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities which were small and limited to 4 people, just right for us, with the benefit of being exclusively for us for the duration of the booking. The location of the hotel right on the Vatican City border wall was perfect and was literally a minute Walk from the entrance to the Vatican museum, and a few minutes further to St Peter’s Square. Central Rome was 20 minutes on the metro. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk (as a result of the competition there is quite a lot of touting for business). If I was being picky I would say we could have done with a little more storage upstairs, and the downstairs wardrobe was a squeeze for us all. There were 2 televisions, one on each level, but because it was open plan the remote control on one level would control both sets! Overall, an excellent weekend stay in a modern hotel, with great customer service and positive experience! We will definitely return the this Best Western hotel.

Stain bedsheet. Empty shower gel. Hand print on ceiling. Water damage walls. Not enough towels for family of 4. I did get deluxe room with two floors that suppose to fit 4 people but we were given 3 large towels each days. Hotel does response after i complain about stain sheets. Then took me two days complaining to get shower gel refilled. Hotel manager does think they are amazing for being reactive to complaints. Just a disappointing 4 star. Not a place I will stay again.

Beautiful gem of a hotel. Clean, crisp and modern. All new construction with a great bathroom and excellent air conditioning. Our room also had a balcony which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great and had so many choices. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A+

The bathroom was so moldy and disgusting, we booked first with my husband’s points and were supposed to get a free breakfast and they refused to give it to us. Bathroom was so moldy that it was a nightmare to take a shower in it. Room felt like a sauna, asked for a fan and they said no. Really hard to sleep when your room feels like 90 degrees. I will never return to this hotel. Staff was mean. Avoid this place, unless you just want something cheap. We just booked this place for the location, but you get what you pay for.

The staff were consistently attentive, helpful, and cordial. The room was clean and neat. My wife and I joked about the elevator which was slow and tiny! Not an issue but a definite unique feature. Consistent with many hotels in Italy, the street and immediate area might cause concern to new travelers but it was safe to walk at any time of the day or night. The hotel’s location is one left and one right from the Vatican museums entrance. There are a good number of restaurants very close no matter what cuisine you desire. The Rome Metro “Cipro” stop is about three blocks and a very short ride to the Trevi fountain stop and a direct shot to the Rome railway terminal. All in all, I’d think you’d be hard pressed not enjoy this hotel.

Very clean and new. Rooms were hot! There is a law in Rome they cannot turn the air conditioning on in the winter so we had to sleep with the window of the bathroom open. Very loud outside of the hotel. I booked with free breakfast but was told that the hotel decided not to give it to me for whatever reason. I spoke with the front desk and they gave us only one day free but then j spoke with Expedia as well and they gave us one key cash which made up for it.

This hotel is great for what it is, particularly the value and location. To be honest it did not feel really like a 4 star hotel, the room was basic and bathroom despite recently being updated felt really uncomfortable. The shower needs a lip or something to keep the water from spilling out and you truly cannot have enough towels. TV was not connected to internet so you could not use the smart TV functions. In summary it was a good experience but there are some small quality of life changes needed to bring it to great.

バチカン美術館のすぐ裏にあり、3分で歩けます。 ホテル周辺は素敵！という雰囲気ではありませんが、少し歩けばスーパーもカフェもあり、生活に不自由しません。 Cipro駅が一番近いのですが、Ottavino駅に向かう方が気持ちが上がりますし、お店も断然充実しています。駅から観光スポットまでは地下鉄で簡単にアクセスできて便利です。 部屋が狭いのはどうしようもないですが、その中で精一杯頑張ってくれています。エレベーターの音が動くたびに大きかったので、近くの部屋だと少し感じたかもしれません。 シャワーはガラス戸が半分しかないデザインで、うまく入らないとトイレまでびしょ濡れになります。2日目以降は上手に入れるようになりました。 次にローマに行くなら、またお世話になりたいホテルです。

Amazing staff, felt like family honestly. They truly took great care of my mom and I. From the front desk, to bartender and chef, to housekeeping…. My experience was excellent. I highly recommend The Spring House.

The BW Plus Hotel Spring House was a perfect place for our first ever trip to Rome and the Vatican. Ideal location for visits to the Vatican area and access to the Metro. A lot of good restaurant options within a few blocks. The staff at the hotel was top notch and deserves recognition. Thank you Davide, Chiara and team for all of the information and assistance provided. We felt at home stayingat this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would return if we come back to Rome.

EVERYONE at this location was WONDERFUL! I can honestly say that the front desk; Giulio and Sara were amazingly helpful. They accommodated us, gave us great suggestions and a delicious bday fruit basket. The young female at the bar made my bday shot and gave me a BEAUTIFUL compliment😊 I recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed! The ONLY thing is that they do not honor Expedia VIP buffet breakfast. This hotel STILL rocks!😊

No early check in whatsoever allowed before 3pm, we waited 2 hours beginning at 1pm, after a lengthy international flight. Once checked in, we found out our room had NO AIR CONDITIONING due to a malfunctioning system! I raised the issue immediately to management and they told me to be patient the room would cool down, it never did. The hotel gave us another room, half the size, directly next door, and its air conditioning didn’t work either! I raised the issue immediately. This time we were told they found an issue, and that they would TRY and give us another room the next day. Eventually, about 18 hours before checkout, we received a comparable room to what we prepaid for, and the air conditioning worked. The manager gave us a modest credit for our trouble. I understand issues happen, but the staff were very dismissive of us from the start. Only until after we raised multiple complaints, including at 1:10am in the morning, did they acknowledge our issue. In addition, booking the room and prepaying in full from a third party, did NOT help us whatsoever! Next time we will book direct! Horrible!

We were very impressed with the staff’s consistent professionalism and friendliness. They put customer satisfaction above everything! The hotel was well maintained and had all the amenities you could ask for. Restaurants were within walking distance. We would gladly recommend and stay again!!

Staying at the Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House was wonderful!! Guilio was just the best as he explained navigating Rome, called taxis and patiently answered our questions. All the employees were extremely helpful. This hotel is well taken care of and so are the guests. Breakfast was also great. Thanks for a great experience!!

We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a close stay by Vatican City. There are also some really great food spots just minutes away. We mostly would use the Metro to get to the city attractions and Taxi it back if it got to be too late. The closest metro is about a 5 min walk from the hotel and the metro ticket is about 1.50 euro. The white taxis are about 15-20 euro per ride. That’s pretty standard in the city. Overall great experience. Nothing too fancy but is clean and the staff were super friendly and helped us navigate our way. Would recommend!

The hotel was on perfect location right near the Vatican, St. Peter’s square, close to get anywhere. The hotel was loud, but comfortable. Was great place and staff were accommodating. We had air conditioners not work so they moved our room. The hotel was very close to food, and had a very nice bar and food. I loved location but wish I chose somewhere in the middle to be more walking distance to everything. This was literally next to the Vatican so very close but further from other sites so had to Uber. Great place to stay though.

We stayed 3 nights here post our cruise. Check in was prompt for 5 of us in our party to 3 rooms. Desk staff always professional, courteous, helpful and attentive. Arranged our taxis when needed. Great breakfast with lots of choices. We ate at the restaurant on site several times. Just wish their menu had more items. Wait staff was courteous and attended to our needs. We had comfortable, clean rooms and amenities. Easily accessible to the Vatican for walking. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Friends’ trip to Rome! Wonderful hotel with great staff, robust European breakfast, and clean and comfortable room. Terrace was great with whirlpool and dry spa. Bathroom in room was very clean with great water pressure and Heat and AC. Great stay! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing few days in Rome before boarding a cruise and I chose this hotel because it is directly next to the Vatican Museum and other famous attractions. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The food is somewhat expensive but the breakfast had many choices. The staff was very eager to help accommodate anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome for an extended period of time.

Very clean and new. Rooms were hot! There is a law in Rome they cannot turn the air conditioning on in the winter so we had to sleep with the window of the bathroom open. Very loud outside of the hotel. I booked with free breakfast but was told that the hotel decided not to give it to me for whatever reason. I spoke with the front desk and they gave us only one day free but then j spoke with Expedia as well and they gave us one key cash which made up for it.

Beautiful gem of a hotel. Clean, crisp and modern. All new construction with a great bathroom and excellent air conditioning. Our room also had a balcony which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great and had so many choices. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A+
