Overall a beautiful and stylish hotel with a very nice 360 rooftop. Our room was one of the 2 rooms located on the upper floor (5th floor). The windows were relatively small and high up, offering very little light and no view but it wasn’t a major issue. The rooms are very classy and comfortable, the staff is very well trained and pleasant to talk to. Their restaurant offers great food. Great location. Very close to the Pantheon, the Spanish steps, Navona square and much more. I found this hotel to be quite inexpensive compared to others of a similar standard. I would definitely go back.

Amazing hotel, staff were very friendly, all spoke English and were very welcoming. We stayed in one of the suites and couldn’t fault it, bed was very comfortable and had very good amenities, stunning bathrooms, plenty of plug sockets and usb by the bed. Always very clean, the whole hotel was spotless. Great views from the rooftop bar. Really good location for all the main sites, we walked everywhere as we found the hotel was quite a central location. Breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choice and the waiting staff very so attentive. Lovely boutique hotel, will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great hotel in a great location, rooms are very nice, clean and lots of room, fridge and nespresso coffee maker. Staff wonderful, got early check in, with a bottle of champagne and fresh pastries. Roof top bar is amazing, breakfast was amazing with great selection of cheeses, breads juices, amazing coffee all included. Would absolutely stay here again.

O hotel tem um estilo mais moderno. Fica muito próximo à Fontana Di Trevi, mas não sofre com o fluxo de turistas. Vários pontos de interesse podem ser visitado à pé e tem muitos restaurantes por perto. O quarto era muito espaçoso, banheiro também. Com uma decoração moderna, porém um pouco escuros. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo e ele tem também um rooftop - que estava aberto pra visitação, mas com o bar próprio fechado por conta da estação fria. O café da manhã era variado e gostoso. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Fabulous! Everything was great! I don’t recommend the onsite restaurant ~ expensive and the pasta was hard. But the that’s amore is great ~ wonderful dishes and affordable. The hotel bfsst is great!!! No workout facility or pool ~ but beautiful rooftop bar

On the positive side, the property is well located with a beautiful restaurant and rooftop terrace. On the negative side, it was past time to replace the mattress as it had visible dips where people sleep and also the rooftop terrace is closed far to early eliminating the ability to have an evening drink overlooking the city.

Chegamos o banheiro do quarta estava imundo, esqueceram de limpar. Vaso sujo, toalha no chão, papéis no chão. Fiquei assustada com total desorganização. Reservei o réveillon no rooftoo do hotel, quando cheguei no local, eu grávida com minha bebê de 2 anos no colo e meu marido, tinham mesas cobertas e outras descobertas. Inclusive vagas em ambos setores, mas me jogaram para área descoberta ao vento, com menos de 10 graus. Pedi para área coberta pela prioridade do bebê, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Que nenhum cliente pode escolher localização da mesa e eu ficaria nessa área descoberta. Eu questionei muito, inclusive por ter vaga na outra área e eu estar com bebê de colo, mas nada feito. Faltando 1 hora para réveillon não teria nem tempo hábil de providenciar outro local para ir, além de ter pago com total antecedência o evento. Por fim, na saída tentaram me cobrar 3 ou 4 omeletes de consumação extra do breakfast. Eu sequer comi 1 omelete algum dia, nem meus familiares. Infelizmente experiência bem desagradável com hotel. Não voltaria.

The staff were wonderful, and made it an overall pleasant stay. The rooms are new and comfortable although I felt could have been cleaner. They were relatively clean by normal standards I just felt they could have been better. The location is excellent for shopping, sight seeing and eating out.

Location was excellent. Very central. Staff at front desk like Daniel and Nicolina went out of their wsy for us. Disliked the fact there was little space in bathroom for towels, toiletries etc. Shower no matter how careful you were would always get the floor very wet. Almost slipped.

The air conditioning broke and they offered to move us separately to a different hotel - wife and kid stay in a smaller room and I would be given a room at another hotel.

Chegamos o banheiro do quarta estava imundo, esqueceram de limpar. Vaso sujo, toalha no chão, papéis no chão. Fiquei assustada com total desorganização. Reservei o réveillon no rooftoo do hotel, quando cheguei no local, eu grávida com minha bebê de 2 anos no colo e meu marido, tinham mesas cobertas e outras descobertas. Inclusive vagas em ambos setores, mas me jogaram para área descoberta ao vento, com menos de 10 graus. Pedi para área coberta pela prioridade do bebê, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Que nenhum cliente pode escolher localização da mesa e eu ficaria nessa área descoberta. Eu questionei muito, inclusive por ter vaga na outra área e eu estar com bebê de colo, mas nada feito. Faltando 1 hora para réveillon não teria nem tempo hábil de providenciar outro local para ir, além de ter pago com total antecedência o evento. Por fim, na saída tentaram me cobrar 3 ou 4 omeletes de consumação extra do breakfast. Eu sequer comi 1 omelete algum dia, nem meus familiares. Infelizmente experiência bem desagradável com hotel. Não voltaria.

Amazing hotel, staff were very friendly, all spoke English and were very welcoming. We stayed in one of the suites and couldn’t fault it, bed was very comfortable and had very good amenities, stunning bathrooms, plenty of plug sockets and usb by the bed. Always very clean, the whole hotel was spotless. Great views from the rooftop bar. Really good location for all the main sites, we walked everywhere as we found the hotel was quite a central location. Breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choice and the waiting staff very so attentive. Lovely boutique hotel, will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Vi fick inte den underbara upplevelse som andra har haft på detta hotell. Hotellet ligger perfekt till alla sevärdheter. Personalen känns inte synkade, rörigt på frukosten med mycket disk som står kvar på borden så man får vänta onödigt länge på sin plats, 2 av 4 frukostar fick vi påminna om kaffet som var beställt men dom hade glömt. Vi valde detta hotell då vi ville fira min frus födelsedag, det var förbokat blommor, jordgubbar, ballonger och champagne till rummet kl 9:00, champagne anlände kl 9:30 (utan glas), detta påtalades men ingen respons. På eftermiddagen fick vi en ursäkt och kompensation men upplevelsen var redan förstörd. Boka inte Executive rummen då detta ligger med ingång ifrån trapphuset och där är väldigt lyhört så man hör personalen ifrån frukostmatsalen ifrån kl 6:00. Otroligt fint hotell med en underbar takterrass. Här finns enkel att jobba på vad det gäller servicen.

Absolutely loved the hotel- the staff was fantastic, friendly, and very accommodating (Stefano and Valeria were the best!). They took care of everything. The hotel was very convenient to all sites and districts and there's a great family restaurant right across the street. I would highly recommend U-Visionary to anyone going to Rome. Will definitely be back.

Marco and Patrick were both very helpful with assisting us during our stay. Helped us book taxi and took care of our luggage and offered dining options for us. Air conditioning is amazing in the property which is not a given in Italy. Will definitely come back to this property next time.

The mattress sagged in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. A worker came into the room saying sorry without knocking first and waiting for a response, once she came in and saw us watching tv on the bed she said sorry again and got out fast. Spoke with lobby staff and apparently this is normal as they said she was supposed to replenish water for coffee and snackbar. This would be believable if she actually would have had items in her hands or would have actually asked if we need something, but she ran out quickly. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Great location near the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Other historical locations are a walking distance away as well. The rooms are comfortable and modernly styled with an attentive staff. The rooftop bar has a great view and atmosphere. Great to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a really nice stay at u-visionary. Beautyful hotel, marble stairs, modern decor❤️ Nice and big room with complimentary minibar. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly. But the best thing is the location. Close to many resturants, trevi right around the corner, short walk to the spanish steps, and not to far from pantheon, roman forum colluseum and more. Felt safe and very practical. Only thing that was missing was a full length mirror in the room, but I really loved this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything walking. Outstanding service and good breakfast. Pretty nice rooftop. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of restaurants close by, even a great department store near. We felt very safe in the area. Closest attraction is Fontana di Trevi. Would stay again for sure. Also has a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The location was perfect - so close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and a ton of restaurants and shops around there. The staff was super helpful with everything and the room was really nice! We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.

Great hotel in a great location, rooms are very nice, clean and lots of room, fridge and nespresso coffee maker. Staff wonderful, got early check in, with a bottle of champagne and fresh pastries. Roof top bar is amazing, breakfast was amazing with great selection of cheeses, breads juices, amazing coffee all included. Would absolutely stay here again.

From start to finish, our stay at U Visionary was top notch. I wish that I remembered names of the front desk staff as well as the staff at the complementary breakfast on the 5th floor, but every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many choices and the BEST cappuccino that I have ever tasted. The room was perfect for 2 people and the black out shades helped us to get some much -needed rest between busy days packed with sight seeing. This hotel is in a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the Trevi fountain but just fat enough so that it is away from the more “touristy” restaurants and shops. We are so glad that we chose this hotel. It made our trip to Rome that much sweeter!

This is not a huge hotel but lovely and intimate, the rooms are well spaced between each other, absolutely no noise could be heard from other rooms, the room and bathroom itself were very spacious, it was extremely clean, both the room and rest of hotel. Air conditioning everywhere so it was lovely and comfortable for the 40 degree heatwave. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, ordering taxis etc. The breakfast selection was perfectly adequate, enough selection. There is a rooftop terrace with lovely view of the city. The location of this hotel is perfect, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps are literally a few minutes walk and Altar of Fatherlands and Pantheon also short walking distance. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
