It is advertised as having a hot tub, but it does not. Also, the pool is outdoors, and it was not open. It should specify the pool situation. Nicole at the breakfast bar was really awesome. All staff were friendly, but Nicole went the extra mile with her welcoming attitude.

We came for Army graduation. Great location, just a few miles from the main gate. Pool was refreshing during the hot temperatures. Terrance at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! The only negative thing I have is that our room had a bad odor.

Very nice staff, super clean, nice clean rooms good choice of breakfast. My absolute only complaint is that the maids did not clean our room at all after our first night nor was our beds made or new towels added. I had to go request towels myself. Everything else was perfect.

My husband and I booked a 4 night stay. We were in St Robert to assist a military family that was moving across the country. We were notified that room cleaning was done every other day with “refreshes” in between. During our 4 night stay our room was only cleaned once. Towels were not refreshed in between. When my husband asked why our room wasn’t cleaned the front desk attendant said “What do you want me to do? Go up and clean your room myself?” She was rude and unprofessional. We will be returning to the area to visit but will not be staying here.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very cute and updated. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast, there was eggs, meat, a waffle station, bagels, cereal, and fruit.

The hotel was clean, but the toilet seat would not stay on and the bed was terrible. We stayed here with our dog, and according to the Hotels.com website, it was pet friendly. There was no mention of a fee. When we checked in, they charged us a pet fee and said nothing about it. We later learned we were charged $75 for a pet fee. If I had known that we would not have stayed here. $218 for one night is ridiculous. We tried to work with the hotel to remove it, but they would not do it. Go somewhere else if you have a pet.

The toilet seat are the cheapest they can buy and they are to short for the toilet. So when you seat down the sides slip. The seat is inches from the front of the toilet

We were given a wrong room. Staff was unapologetic and would not give us a roller bad. One of my children is now sleeping on a floor on a cushions I took from the lobby.

The hotel room and breakfast area is very clean. But I had reserved a king size bed, and when we checked in, they only had Doubles left. There is a pizza restaurant right there in the parking lot. That is amazing! Along with other restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

I’ve never been treated so poorly for staff and general manger Trevor. I booked a king size bed with sofa bed for three people. I’m recovering from surgery and had my husband and son with me. The sofa bed was literally a V shape when unpacked. I went down to talk to the staff to ask if there were any other rooms. He said they have available rooms but there “is no way my GM will approve allowing tour some to sleep in another room for free. I begged, asked them to come see the bed, asked to speak to the GM Trevor. Staff said there is no way you can speak with a manager and there was no way Trevor would help you out. So my son is has to sleep on the floor. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth the cost of the stay. Will never stay at this location again. Managers and staff should be trained.

This is the second time in a row. My room has been given to someone else and they didn’t have a room for me. This time they were able to move people around to get me a room the last time I had to go camping. Some of the employees had a very bad attitude for absolutely no reason I’m a very calm person. I never said anything that would upset them, but they were just miserable not all employees though.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for what we were there for. It’s a military town so if you’re going to see your so daughter graduate Badic, this is the perfect location. Food and shopping, family entertainment are near by.

Terrible breakfast. No yogurt, no bagels or muffins. Told truck had not arrived the previous day. After we made do with the limited choices bagels and muffins appeared.

This was an amazing hotel. The best part was the staff! Especially the woman who provided the continental breakfast. She was so nice to my family and I. She had no idea of the horrible experience from the night before at a different hotel. She welcomed us with open arms and treated us like royalty. This hotel deserves the highest ratings in every category!
