Older hotel but very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for our particular stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable compared to some other hotels in the area. We were grateful to have found this place after having stayed at another nearby hotel which cost more and we had to leave due to mold issues.

I can only give 1 star because the staff at reception were generally pleasant. However, the hotel is terrible. You can tell that is was beautiful once upon a time. The floors in our room were dirty, there was mold in the shower, the shower drain was backing up and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was also a nightmare 😫

Hotel was a great location with easy access to a lot of public transport. Needs some TLC - Plug in bathroom loose on the wall, same as the flush button for the toilet, toilet was not fully secured to the floor, screen on shower door was fastened with cable ties so water ran out of shower. Check in took over 25 minutes as one person on front desk was interrupted by many other guests leaving me standing and waiting, then could not find the room I was assigned to stay in!
