The hotel is lovely and the rooftop terrace and pool are amazing with views of the city . The room is very nice quite spacious and modern . We had a lovely view of the harbour and sea from our window . The only negative is the car park which is awkward to find and I actually got stuck trying to manoeuvre around columns.

Hotel sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück direkt im Eingangsbereich, ungemütlich. Die Garage ist eine Zumutung: mit einem grösseren Auto nicht zu befahren. Verwinkelt, steil, unmögliche Konstruktion. Wir wurden vor dem Befahren nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht und haben dabei beinahe unser Auto demoliert. Abstellen auf der Strasse mit einem durchschnittlichen Fussweg von 5 Minuten ist möglich.

Great hotel and location, nice rooftop terrace although the pool is small. Don’t try parking in the hotel parking unless you are very used to parking in very tight spaces! There is cheaper and more spacious public parking just around the corner from the hotel (Plaza de España).

Estuvimos solo dos noches y la habitacion que nos dieron para la primera noche olia a puro caño, olor que provenia de los sifones del baño y aunque los tapamos no pudimos dormir por el olor tan fetido.El segundo dia nos entregaron una habitacion hacia las dos de la tarde que estuvo bien.

This is a lovely hotel in a fun part of charming Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The hotel has a gym, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and a restaurant in the smart lobby area. The room itself was quiet, spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable.

Staff was friendly, but forgetful. When asked to make reservation for extra early taxi to airport, it was left undone. The early morning take-away breakfast which was offered for the early departure was also forgotten. Out of the three days of our stay, two days of housekeeping was not done. We had to ask for towels, because the maid didn’t show up. Disappointing for a 4 star Marriott.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin vista. Las habitaciones no tienen un armario propiamente, sino que la ropa se cuelga en un espacio abierto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba: todo el tiempo debían ajustarlo desde Recepcion. El desayuno sí fue muy bueno.

Zimmer mit Durchgangstür welche nicht verschlossen war. Die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer hat man gehört als wären sie im gleichen Zimmer. Wenn man an die Wertsachen gewollt hätte, wäre dies ohne weiteres möglich gewesen. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht hier. Der Straßenlärm war im Zimmer zu hören als ob keine Fenster vorhanden sind obwohl diese geschlossen waren.

A very comfortable and modern hotel right in the heart of the old town. Easy to walk nearly everywhere but with a taxi stand one street over if you need to go further. Good breakfast and a nice rooftop patio. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Clean modern hotel in a central location in Santa Cruz. Can’t fault the rooms, cleanliness, location or the breakfast. Where they fell short was the service. The service is polite, but very slow. Although 2 staff were at check-in desks, only one was working. It took a long time to check us in as there was a short queue and the service was slow. This wasn't great as we were already tired after a very early start setting off from London, especially for my kids. When I asked the second lady if she could help us check in, she said she wasn’t working and that we had to wait for her colleague to become available. This is pretty unusual for a 4-star hotel. Also, the bar on the roof terrace where the splash pool is doesn’t open until 1pm and there are no food or snacks on offer outside of lunch hours. Considering the pool is open it’d be great to be able to order drinks and snacks. Overall a really good hotel that can do much better if they improve service levels.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist relativ reichhaltig, wenn auch nicht top Standard bei vier Sternen. Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an den wichtigsten Orten. Leider „ wohnen“ ein paar Obdachlose direkt in der Straße zum Eingang des Hotels. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und hat einen tollen Pool mit Blick über die Stadt und eine tolle Poolbar. Leider gibt es keinen Jacuzzi beziehungsweise die Düsen im Pool funktionierten nicht. Das Hotel hat auch eine Tiefgarage, die 15 € pro Nacht kostet. Der Eingang ist allerdings relativ eng. Toll ist die Nespresso Maschine auf dem eigenen Zimmer, bei der der Café täglich nach gefüllt wird sowie das gratis Wasser, das es jeden Tag aufs Zimmer gibt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist extrem hilfsbereit.

The hotel was perfect for me. I would go back 1000 times. I felt good, safe and relaxe in that place. Clean hotel and looked also modern to me. My room was everything I could wish for in terms of comfort, cleanliness and the way it was setup. Nice rooftop terrace for those who like that. Well located, in the north part of the island, in the port area, where there’s a lot of life in walking distance: Restaurants, stores, etc. Everything you need in the area. Beaches and nature places are further though, so plan renting a car for those. Thank you,

Hotel was perfect for an overnight stay, room was great, I would recommend you request a room away from the street, very noisey. Breakfast was ok, staff need to refill when food is finished. Great location, shops, restaurants at your doorstep. 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal and 25 minute walk to the central bus station.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a central location (right by Plaza de Espana), nice rooftop pool (with good views of the city) and a great rooftop bar, serving restaurant food in a nice relaxed setting. The food and cocktails/drinks was of great quality and very reasonably priced (especially for a hotel!). The young ladies at the reception desk who served me when I checked in were lovely and very friendly, despite me arriving a bit confused because of my autism, they showed me directly how to get to my room and one of them visibly walked to the lift to show me where to go! Santa Cruz is a lovely city which I much preferred to my stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The lido and botanical gardens is amazing and the city has a great metro service (which goes all the way to the beautiful city of La Laguna). The lovely beach of Playa de las Teresitas is only a 10-15 mins drive away by taxi (only 4 miles!) and has golden sand imported from the Sahara and great mountain views. When I checked out, one of the friendly ladies who checked me in asked me what I thought of my stay and I had nothing but praise. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a centrally located hotel in Santa Cruz!

Our three nights stay at the AC Tenerife Marriott was fantastic especially the breakfast where you could help yourself to a good selection of food, including freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The roof top area, including the bar, was lovely.
