The ad showed that there was a pool in the hotel but when we get there the manager said they got rid of the pool years ago. This hotel shares a parking lot with another one behind it so parking wasn’t the greatest. Make sure to read all documents before you sign because not even the manager knew the incorrect information that was in the document they wanted us to sign. The room was smoke infested even though there’s signs everywhere of no smoking. Overall not a good stay. You get what you pay for I guess. NEVER again.

The lady was nice and accommodating. She made the check in process smooth. I appreciated there being a place to park my tractor trailer. Room was clean no weird smells. It was pretty quiet. The breakfast was alright eggs were bland and cold the sausages were hit it miss the waffles were the best part. The room was well stocked I didn't need anything the entire 3 night stay.

We stayed here because we were in middle of remodel and needed a clean place to stay with a shower. It is inexpensive for a reason. The elevator was broken so thankfully they were able to switch our room from 3rd to 1st floor. The shower had great water pressure but leaked onto the floor. We didnt eat the breakfast as it was not appetizing-its not bad, but if you are used to staying at higher end hotel you will be diappointed.

Great place to stay. Place looks like it was just renovated. Bed was comfortable, room was adequate. Only thing i personally didnt like, which doesnt affect anything is the barthrrom door is like a modern barn door on a slide. Hotel had a popcorn machine, which was neat. Ample parking even though they share the lot with another hotel. Close to food. Arbys, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wawa, Pizza Hut, diner, Cracker Barrell. Check in was simple and pleasant.

Hotel was nice just wish the desk clerk would have mentioned prior to check in that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Which is not normally a issue but husband was only in recovery from back surgery for couple of months. Made it difficult to get luggage to our room. No assistance was offered.

I choose this hotel as it had a cheap rate, for 2 nights. I checked in late so didn’t have option to change hotels the first night. I had a first floor room that smelled like mold and mildew, it felt damp. The carpet was filthy and had stains. I stayed the first night but checked out the next morning and literally walked across the parking lot to the Staybridge suites and booked a night there . I expect a lower rate hotel may be outdated or not have amenities, but not the condition of this Sleep Inn. This location is in terrible need of a remodel.

Beds were very comfortable. The bedding was not entirely clean, however. There was pen ink on the covers and what appeared to be blood or wine on the comforter. There was also someone else’s hair on the pillows. Ended up just using my own pillow. The room also smelled like a wet dog. Slept well, the AC was great! The breakfast station was wonderful. On our last day though it was extremely messy. The older woman who was working on Friday morning was amazing but the younger girl who did Saturday and Sunday morning was absolutely miserable. Maybe some customer service training would help her. Our bathroom was good. It was clean and the shower was nice.

We liked the decor and the room was comfortable and all surfaces were clean. There were some indication of water damage in the bathroom with small spots of mold in the corner of the ceiling. Breakfast buffet options were very limited, but coffee was good.

Room we were given was right above the office and there was a heat exchanger on the room outside which was humming loudly for most of the evening. Also...the soundproofing is non-existent so we could hear everyone in the hallways and all of their conversations. The sliding door to the bathroom is a real inconvenience for it also isn't soundproof and if you're a couple, there's no hope of using the bathroom at night without waking the other up because the lights and door are IN the bedroom as opposed to around the corner as they are in most hotels. I spent a little more than I usually do for this stay because I thought it would be a level up from our usual places and, in the end, wasn't much better than places we've stayed for half the price.

PROS: This is a nice place, good for overnight stay. Hotel is very clean and people were friendly. Breakfast was good, some hot items. CONS: We were late checking in 10 p.m., we called to let them know we'd be late. On check in, we were offered an "upgrade" to a suite if we really didn't need two beds. Said we didn't need it but clerk was persistent. Took upgrade (we think they needed our room or already gave it away). Room was big but it shared a wall with the elevator, noise was an issue. Bathroom also had some issues. Warning about Room 311... if you mind elevator noise, don't take this room. Otherwise we found this an good option for quick stay.

The door hanger for the bathroom came out while I was in the bathroom. As a result, I was not able to open the door and locked in the bathroom. My friend had to help me open the door with my help. Then because the door did not work. There was no privacy when I had to go to the bathroom. This was an embarrassing situation and it would’ve been worse had I been in the room by myself! I could have been locked in the bathroom until the cleaning service arrived!

The heater did not work in my room. It was cold and I had to sleep with my clothes and socks on! The hotel staff told me that I was deserving of a refund, but that I would need to contact Expedia. PROBLEM!!! How do I do this!? No phone number available and they make it as difficult as possible to contact them! VERY frustrating and dishonest! I will never use Expedia et al. again if they do not make this right. And I will make sure to warn everyone I know. If you are reading this, you have been warned.

They came at 8:30 and again at 9:30 to fix a sink. How can I or my two children get dressed when a man keeps coming to the room. Last time he showed up I left the room to put things in the car and clean out my car. My daughter calls me telling me maintenance came in the room. While I was putting things in the car maintenance came into the room with my two children and I was not happy about that.I make it my business to not have strangers in a room with my children boy and girl alone. Especially in a hotel while we are supposed to be getting ready to leave. What was the rush they could not wait.

I am very disappointed!! One of the staff members stole my son’s two coats out of the closet!! The cleaning person who cleaned the room did this and I complained at the front. Nothing was done. I will not stay here again.

We had to wait to check it and check out because no one was at the desk. There is a sign that says staff stepped away and will be back shortly. There is a phone number but as travellers from another country our phones do not connect to call. This sign is apparently up all the time and it was up this morning as well.

It was clean and affordable. Nice property. Good breakfast, though I recommend getting there early. It was a feeding frenzy. The few things I didn't like, no chair in my room, made working on my computer difficult. The hotel was a bit difficult to find. It was behind another building and there was no sign at the traffic light telling you where to turn. Besides those two things, the hotel was nice and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was very busy! Had one employee staffing Breakfast AND Front Desk! Buffet was out of coffee, no sugar, no waffle batter, no SPOONS, no milk, one of two cereals empty, etc. And that was while we were there (8:30 am) on Saturday and Sunday.
