It was fine for the price. Decor is a little tired, but the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly but they leave early. Breakfast was great. Very few parking spaces available so we ended up having to pay 38€ to park in a garage for a day and half before moving to the hotel’s parking for 13€. If you need parking, be sure to arrange it early!

This hotel has only 5 parking spots so you may need to park elsewhere if they are already taken. The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very friendly and did not communicate very well despite the fact that we were fluent in both German and English. The cleaning staff also seemed to be very annoyed and rude when we entered from the back of the building (from the parking lot) and were confused on how to get to reception. The rooms, however, were very large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great too. We skipped the street car and just walked everywhere. Another con was that the reception desk has very limited hours which was very inconvenient after dinner when we wanted information as well as for an early checkout. So overall, if you don’t need parking or to speak with anyone working there, I would recommend this hotel. If you need those services, you may want to go elsewhere.

Am meisten hat mich begeistert, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit die Dame bei der Ankunft war! Sie hat alles erklärt, gezeigt, war sich auch nicht zu schade, persönlich Parkplatz und Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen! Dass das Zimmer sauber, ruhig und geräumig war sei wohl erwähnt, das Persönliche ist mir immer wichtiger.
Am meisten hat mich begeistert, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit die Dame bei der Ankunft war! Sie hat alles erklärt, gezeigt, war sich auch nicht zu schade, persönlich Parkplatz und Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen! Fint hotel for en overnatning. Ikke det hyggeligste kvarter, men går man 10-15 min., kommer man ind til den gamle, hyggelige bydel af Graz, som er rigtig fin. De tilbyder parkering for 17 € - enten i en p-kælder eller er par pladser udenfor, og de ligger alle sammen i forbindelse med hotellet.

Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Parking area is big, located at outside (belong to hotel), need extra pay Breakfast is Less hot cooked food, mostly are cold , ham, fried eggs, few green pepper vegetables Room is very small. single man bed, not place to move Room ground is with carpet and color is very dark, my nose and skin got bad. Shower room is very small and risk of falling when I walked out the shower room. There is a 20 cm height gap to the floor. Old man need to watch out this.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, despite check-in being at 1pm. But they promptly offered us complimentary breakfast and assisted us with parking for our rental car. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but it’s how they deal with issues that makes the difference. In the end, the hotel was fantastic and they made things right by me. Thank you Drei Raben!

War OK, der Flur hätte mal richtig durchgesaugt werden müssen. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr lieblos, wären die Tische eingedeckt gewesen, hätte das Ei. Viel netteren Eindruck vermittelt.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt an der Annenstraße, die Richtung Altstadt führt. Es macht einen sauberen Eindruck, auch wenn das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist. Zimmer und Bad mit Badewanne war gut gereinigt, dürfte vor wenigen Jahren renoviert worden sein. Im Zimmer hat es eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die dafür nachts wegen der Luftzirkulation stören könnte. Man kann sie aber einfach steuern oder auch ausschalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und unkompliziert. In der Nacht (ca. 22 bis 6 Uhr), wenn die Rezeption unbesetzt ist, kommt man nur mit dem Zimmerschlüssel durch die Eingangstüren. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, weil ich es nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Es würde jedenfalls 16 Euro kosten. Alles in allem ein einfaches, praktisches, unauffälliges aber gepflegtes und preiswertes Hotel.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Zimmer (212) erhalten. Alles wünschenswerte (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) vorhanden. Sehr bequemes Bett und angenehme Bettwäsche. Im Bad war eine Dusche vorhanden und alles tipp topp in Ordnung. Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass es auch für Bahnreisende sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Wunderschönes ruhiges Zimmer (212) erhalten. Alles wünschenswerte (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) vorhanden. Sehr bequemes Bett und angenehme Bettwäsche. Personeel was erg vriendelijk; ze stonden gelijk klaar met een strijkijzer dat ik mocht lenen en kreeg snel een nieuwe waterkoker toen de oude kapot was. Het ontbijt was verder prima en er waren genoeg faciliteiten op de kamer. Wel moest ik laat inchecken en dit verliep erg slecht. Ik kreeg een code voor brievenbus A, waar ik de sleutel uit zou kunnen halen. Dit werkte alleen niet, waardoor ik moest bellen naar de beveiliging. Communicatie met hen werkte niet; ik heb meermaals moeten bellen en aangeven dat de brievenbus me geen sleutel gaf, en er werd steeds afgelegd. Uiteindelijk gaven ze aan dat ze er over ongeveer 15 minuten zouden zijn en kwamen ze pas een half uur later aan. Dit incheck systeem, of in ieder geval de communicatie met beveiliging, mag zeker verbeterd worden.

The hotel did not live up to what I would expect from a hotel rated as 4*. There is no bar or restaurant and the reception is not staffed 24 hours. Although the room was good the towels were not of good quality.

Am meisten hat mich begeistert, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit die Dame bei der Ankunft war! Sie hat alles erklärt, gezeigt, war sich auch nicht zu schade, persönlich Parkplatz und Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen! Dass das Zimmer sauber, ruhig und geräumig war sei wohl erwähnt, das Persönliche ist mir immer wichtiger.
Am meisten hat mich begeistert, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit die Dame bei der Ankunft war! Sie hat alles erklärt, gezeigt, war sich auch nicht zu schade, persönlich Parkplatz und Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen! Wir haben im Hotel 3 Raben nicht schlafen können da wir um 22 Uhr 30 nicht ins Hotel rein konnten wil es geschlossen war und uns das Taxi zum Hotel Daniel brachte wo wir zum Glück ein Zimmer bekammen. Hatten in Hurghada schon eine Anfrage geschickt wie wir ins Hotel kommen....keine Rückmeldung. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall unser Geld wieder zurück. Habe bereits mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufgenommen. So kann es sicher nicht sein. Sind sehr enttäuscht 😞

Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, despite check-in being at 1pm. But they promptly offered us complimentary breakfast and assisted us with parking for our rental car. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but it’s how they deal with issues that makes the difference. In the end, the hotel was fantastic and they made things right by me. Thank you Drei Raben!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wem es nichts ausmacht, mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen, dürfte es egal sein, Leuten mit Frischluftbedarf eher nicht. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt an der Annenstraße, die Richtung Altstadt führt. Es macht einen sauberen Eindruck, auch wenn das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist. Zimmer und Bad mit Badewanne war gut gereinigt, dürfte vor wenigen Jahren renoviert worden sein. Im Zimmer hat es eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die dafür nachts wegen der Luftzirkulation stören könnte. Man kann sie aber einfach steuern oder auch ausschalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und unkompliziert. In der Nacht (ca. 22 bis 6 Uhr), wenn die Rezeption unbesetzt ist, kommt man nur mit dem Zimmerschlüssel durch die Eingangstüren. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, weil ich es nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Es würde jedenfalls 16 Euro kosten. Alles in allem ein einfaches, praktisches, unauffälliges aber gepflegtes und preiswertes Hotel.

1) Fernseher nicht funktionsfähig (kein Signal!). 2) PC und Internet sehr kompliziert und beim Einstieg wegen Werbung irreführend. 3) Informationen im Zimmer über Aufenthalt stimmen nicht mehr!. Die Rezeption war ab 19,00 h nicht mehr besetzt! Eine kurze Information im Zimmer bzw. im Aushang wegen der Coronamaßnahmen wäre dringend nötig. 4) Die Rechnung wurde erst nach eindringlicher Bitte ausgestellt. 5) Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

War OK, der Flur hätte mal richtig durchgesaugt werden müssen. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr lieblos, wären die Tische eingedeckt gewesen, hätte das Ei. Viel netteren Eindruck vermittelt.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk; ze stonden gelijk klaar met een strijkijzer dat ik mocht lenen en kreeg snel een nieuwe waterkoker toen de oude kapot was. Het ontbijt was verder prima en er waren genoeg faciliteiten op de kamer. Wel moest ik laat inchecken en dit verliep erg slecht. Ik kreeg een code voor brievenbus A, waar ik de sleutel uit zou kunnen halen. Dit werkte alleen niet, waardoor ik moest bellen naar de beveiliging. Communicatie met hen werkte niet; ik heb meermaals moeten bellen en aangeven dat de brievenbus me geen sleutel gaf, en er werd steeds afgelegd. Uiteindelijk gaven ze aan dat ze er over ongeveer 15 minuten zouden zijn en kwamen ze pas een half uur later aan. Dit incheck systeem, of in ieder geval de communicatie met beveiliging, mag zeker verbeterd worden.

Super séjour. Notre chambre était tres spacieuse ce qui était tres appréciable. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Le buffet du petit dejeuner était bien garni. Et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était ideal. Nous etions à 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique.
