I wish we’d stayed here longer than two nights. The pool is nice, it is smaller than how it looks in the pictures due to the mirrors. The hotel location is very central in Lourdes but still very quiet. If you are driving, the city changes the direction of the one way streets in the city centre (scheduled or randomly not sure) so be careful.

Amazing stay. This is the best hotel in Lourdes - the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and the spa facilities were lovely. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub jacuzzi and the swimming pool was just stunning. My room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the sanctuary

Hôtel affiché 5* reçu en 2020 ! Je ne pense pas que le renouvellement en 2025 se fera en 5*. État lamentable (peinture, moquette…) fenêtre qui ferme mal. Climatisation non fonctionnel. Insonorisation inexistante, bruit des chambres à côté et au-dessus (chien qui aboie et bruit de pas). Équipement extérieur : un jacuzzi sur 3 opérationnels ! Quand vous descendez à la réception, pour indiquer les problèmes de la chambre, on vous dit qu’on va vous changer de chambre… Au retour à l’hôtel, la réception nous indique que tous les problèmes sont réglés et qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de changer de chambre. Mais en réalité, rien n’a été réglé. Et quand vous descendez à la réception pour indiquer que les problèmes existe toujours, La réceptionniste vous répond que tout a été réglé et n’a même pas la politesse de vous regarder en face pour vous répondre. .

Très décevant pour un établissement affiché 5 étoiles. Le mobilier est bas de gamme et l’hôtel donne une impression vieillissante. La piscine couverte est glaciale, avec de la rouille sur les vis et des traces de moisissures. Dans la chambre, la climatisation est extrêmement bruyante, sans compter les toiles d’araignée. Enfin, le manager s’est montré antipathique, ce qui n’arrange rien. Bref, on est très loin du niveau de service et de qualité que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de ce standing.

This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. The staff were a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful. We wish we had booked additional nights. Highly recommended!

First of all, Marie at reception was the very best person in your hotel. Very smart and always frinedly and helpful. Howver, the Belfry is may a 4 star, but not a 5 star hotel. Too many details are missed respectively ddidn't work. In our bath room there were 2 empty bottles. We told it to the room service, but nothing happened during the 3 days we have bee in your hotel. Breakfast was not good. The tables didn't look nice. It was not possible to ordr freid eggs. Person was not friendly and cleaning with spray the table next to us. The room overall is a 3 star breakfast room. Crossoints in a cafe outside tasts much better. Espresso absolutely poor. We couldn't use the indoor pool becuae of too bad air. Erverywhere in the hotel its looks as the best time has gone. Many work for painters to make it much nicer. The pictures on your website looks pretty well, but in real it's not as nice. I've been in 5 star hotels and got the service and glamour I'd paid for. Fore me it's the managemnet and the owner who can change it. Finally, big thanks to Maria. She made our 3 days. The restaurant has great food. The renos were nice but not prestine cleanliness. The reception desk was rude and its quite a hike to the church (uphill on the way home)

This is not a 5 star hotel. The management is very poor. They also practice silent race based discrimination where they give amenities like wine and upgrades or preferred rooms to White guests. The front desk staff lie a lot to deny black guests service

I had a horrible check out experience. Accused of all manner of things. Almost soured my entire stay at Lourdes and definitely eclipsed the otherwise decent stay. There needs to be clearer communication between the team members so they note things in their record like the payments made by of guests instead of harassing the guests as they try to leave . Very annoying.

The hotel was within walking distance to the Lourdes sanctuary, 10 minutes. The area had lots of different options for restaurants. The room was very spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

I thought the property was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I believe the receptionist in the front, Lily was so kind and helpful she even when out of here way to mail some postcards for my mother and helped us with all transportation. Everyone in dining area and servers were very kind to my daughter and well mannered. I did not like the location of the hotel. It is on a very high hill, pretty far from the basilica and it was a lot of walking for my mom and my daughter. I would have preferred a much more closer hotel to get back and forth to basilica easier. I was fine with the walking but my mother was not able to do it so we had to take taxis back and forth.

There is nothing good about this property. Rooms are small, limited restaurant menu, astroturf vs. carpet in many areas and the spa is far from a spa. This place is smoke and mirrors, not a 5 star hotel and was misrepresented.
