Hotel was clean throughout, staff were friendly, sorted out a few issues we had promptly. Very informative except they didnt tell us that we had to pre-book the spa area or that we couldnt share it with other guests or that we had to pay a fee! So my suggestion is that you put this information on your hotel website so guests know before they book.

Not bad, the breakfast is average, AC in the room didn’t work (luckily we had big windows, but that created a lot of street noise when we tried to sleep). Also, the listing says they have parking - they don’t, unless you want to pay 3 Euros per hour for street parking. Which would have been fine if they had not said they had parking (all about expectations).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Le rive droite! Un parking gratuit à 200m disponible, le sanctuaire à 8minutes à pied et l'hôtel bien situé entre montagne et ville sont des points importants et appréciables. La chambre avec terasse était très appréciable surtout avec ce beau temps d'été! Le lit était vraiment confortable avec surmatelas et coussins pas trop dur ni trop mou juste parfaits, et les draps agréables aussi! Le personnel de ménage passe chaque jour pour refaire le lit et réapprovisionner s'il le faut (savon, serviettes...). Le service de l'hôtel était super aussi, personnel agréable, aux petits soins et souriant sans être dérangeant. Nous avons adoré le coin jacuzzi et sauna privatif pour 50 euros de plus et 1h. S'il fallait dire un petit point négatif ce serait sur le petit déjeuner continental qui a été à notre goût trop "bas de gamme", pour un 4 étoiles nous aurions apprécier voir des produits locaux et artisanaux plutôt que des produits d'hypermarché.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good- the baked goods were excellent! We had 5 rooms total in our party and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Our only complaint was , we had a lot of water stains in our bathroom ceiling and the beige carpet was stained. The spa was next door to us and we could hear constant flowing of water. They said the rooms were soundproof? We would still use this hotel again. We had a lovely stay.

Hôtel très bien placé pour aller à pieds au sanctuaire tout en étant au calme. Très belle vue sur les montagnes et la rivière. Chambre propre mais moquette beaucoup tachée. Personnel sympathique et souriant. Très bon petit déjeuner. Seul reproche le prix exorbitant du jaccouzzi: 60€! beaucoup trop cher donc Nous ne l avons pas réservé. Grosse deception!

Lovely staff - Location was right on the river and it was walking distance to the grotto - we stayed in winter so most shops and restaurants in the area were closed but I can imagine it is a great place to be in summer - only complaint was that the carpet in the room Is very old and stained

The room, 403, was very clean, except the carpet. The hotel need to replace the carpets for tiles or vinyl. Bathroom and toilet excellent, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great coffee machine, lovely breads, cold meats and cheese etc. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

J’ai l’habitude de m’y rendre. C’est un hôtel que j’apprécie, l’accueil est toujours très agréable et le personnel disponible pour la plupart. La seule recommandation concerne la réfection des chambres pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits; ce serait agréable et appréciable de repasser l’aspirateur dans la chambre et aussi dans tous les cas de refaire correctement le lit.

The room is much smaller than in the picture. Most staff only speak French, definitely encounter language barrier in communication. The hotel is right across from one of the restaurants and bars. That bar plays very loud music until 2 to 3 am. Overall it was alright but not recommend it if you prefer a quiet place.

Staff let us check in early and upgraded us to a deluxe room with our choice of which room. Very grateful for that. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep. Having A/C was a plus. The continental breakfast was very nice and we were satisfied with the food selection. Only issues with had is the bathroom sink wasn't draining, so we had to use the shower to brush our teeth. We told the staff about it, but it was in the evening and they didn't have a handyperson available. The next day we took a shower and it also had draining issues and the bathroom floor got flooded. Had to use our used towels to dry up the floor. We hope the hotel administration address these issues ASAP. But overall, we had a very good stay and the customer service was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was close walking distance to the Grotto. They also served a very good breakfast buffet for a surcharge. The room was perfect with a view of river and mountains and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and had enough space. The bathroom was nice and new. The mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. We had a restful sleep. The reading light next to the night table was flashing on and off and it was unclear how to stop it. The sliding door to the outside balcony area did not lock. And I wish they had normal separate shampoo, conditioner and body gel instead of the hair and body combination they offered. Breakfast was good, the first day we had amazing fresh French bread. Unfortunately they did not have it the second day. Instead the bread was stale. The attendants were very nice, friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!
