The park is in the process of having renovations done, and we had one of the unrenovated trailers, but it was still comfortable. Kitchen had what you'd need for easy meals. The checkin ends early, and if you go through Expedia they don't have a way to contact you direct so you need to contact them for late checkin instructions. We arrived after checkin ended and called the after hours manager to get the details; they were very helpful. Laundry is for a decent price and doesn't take long; wash and dry in about 50 minutes. Across the street from a park with walking trails which was nice. Nearby a brewery and food starting point for the great ocean road.

I highly recommend this place The staff were extremely friendly & made my last minute booking a breeze My 2 bedroom cabin was so clean & comfortable & the water pressure was so good The bed was super comfortable & the bedding was excellent I got a message on Saturday to let me know there was a face painter on site My granddaughter was in kid heaven getting her face painted and her hair coloured sprayed She bounced to hearts content on the jumping pillow while I cooked some sausages on the bbq An amazing place I will definitely be staying here again

The cabin was good but the shower was dirty despite waiting for the place to be clean. The playground had the jumping pillow broken and just 1 available swing. It's a nice place but needs attention.

Beautiful location and lovely staff. Issue with tv not working at all when arrived but was quickly fixed with a call through to management after hours so this was great! Cabins could do with an update - very cold regardless of heater as high as it can go - children waking through night due to coldness of bedroom. Both bedroom doors unable to close correctly. Not enough bathroom linen - no face washer at all. Cabin couch had lots of crumbs on it that we needed to clean. Great playground for little kids and good location!

Staff was very nice and polite. The place is quite old the room we were was very old we had 2 Holes in the floor. The property himself is very dirty the pool area could use a bit of a clean and the toilet in the pool area where very dirty and could not be use

5pm is "after hours" and everything is locked and closed - no jumping pillow, no games room - nothing for the kids to do at all. Although our booking clearly stated 4 kids (and ages etc) we arrived to 4 unmade bunk beds - we paid a premium for a Deluxe cabin to be making our own beds.

My whole experience staying at the Tasman was exceptional. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are well kept, family friendly and very safe for solo travellers. There is a beautiful walk across the road along the Barwon River. Shopping is only a few minutes away by car. Above all this was the bed - oh my gosh, it was so comfortable that I just wanted to grab a book and coffee, and curl up for my weekend stay. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We arrived to a laundry bag full of dirty linen on our cabin veranda. The freezer was so disguising it was unusable. One of the bunk beds had Cheetos and an icypole wrapper on it. And there was a pile of dead bugs behind the bathroom door.

Staff are checking were very friendly and helpful. Our room smelt horrible. Something I’m assuming they were aware of as all windows were open upon checkin. Bed was not comfy. We booked for 5 people but beds were only dressed for 4. The blankets in the bunks had a terrible smell and was to over poweri by to sleep in under. Dishes in cupboard were dirty.

Our 3 bedroom deluxe cabin didn't have a smart tv as advertised and it was dirty with hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and cupboard, and the bedroom with bunks was covered with dead insects and flies on walls around top bunks. Couch was visibly stained also. Staff were wonderful but cleanliness let it down

Staff were accommodating. Cleanliness was poor, extremely unacceptable. Purchased a floor mop system from coles & cleaned the floors 4 times & still the mop was dark brown, extremely dirty. Air conditioning leaked, was very hot in the cabin as the split system was not working to its full potential. Power tripped, 1 toilet roll for 4 nights (purchased toilet tissue at coles) Foil in oven on trays had old food on them, toothpaste over mirrors, the ceiling fan in the queen room where my young daughter was sleeping didn’t work & the switch was exposed which was sharp & is possibly be an oh&s hazard. Overall dissatisfied with our stay. Would not recommend.

Look it was okay. I wouldn't book again. Security door was broken and didn't work, heater was noisy - made a very loud whirring sound all night and was hard to sleep. Only way I could sleep was to turn it off which meant we froze. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work despite following instructions. I only stayed one night so it was fine but if I booked any longer I'd be really disappointed.

Great stay. The cabin was cosy and modern. Close to the shops and central Geelong. The only small changes I’d make - a casserole dish for the oven and an extra blanket for the bed. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The unit was good. The only thing was noise and music after midnight in a unit behind us and kids screaming along the driveways outside our front door past 10 pm. Not managed well for noise levels irrespective what your policy states. Apart from that, it was a convenient location and the unit presented well.

Accomodation beautiful.Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was checking in after hours….did not receive information / code to access key from lock box. When I did make contact with someone who could assist they were annoyed and made me feel uncomfortable. This would stop me returning.

Property needed some TLC. Asked for early Check in, cabin was ready hrs before we were told but they insisted it wasn’t. Not flexible moving nights, wanted to charge more moving one if our nights from a sat to a thurs.

Staff very helpful needed extra pillows they responded in minutes. Good location opposite beautiful park with great walks along the river. Would stay there again as well located for exploring Bellarine peninsular.

We had a very relaxing stay in a great location to get around & do some sight seeing. The Cabin was very comfortable, clean & very quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful & made us feel very welcome. The surrounding parks were great for a walk. We stayed 3 days & would definitely recommend to our Family & Friends.
