Our family has stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 6 years. We like the location in proximity to downtown Los Angeles & other local attractions. The hotel has great facilities such as a pool, hot tub, small basketball court, bbq grills, gym, and a cafe in the lobby. While we appreciate the amenities, I can see that the hotel rooms & halls have worn over the years & could use renovations. The cafe staff was great, however, I felt like I was bothering front desk & housekeeping with really basic inquiries.

We loved the property, the pool, the staff everything was amazing! However when we got there we noticed a car at the other hotel got broken into and the cops were there, we found that a little alarming! Also, if you’re not at the hotel by 8-9pm ish it’s hard to find parking!

Great place! Had chargers for my car and a nice restaurant and bar right downstairs. The room was lovely and had both a fridge and a microwave (which are harder to find these days). I’ll definitely stay again if I need to be in that area. (Close to The Forum and SoFi).

Outdoor area is great. Outdoor fire needs to be left on later especially in summer. Adult size towels needed not kid size in pool area. Room air-conditioning dated and very noisy. Hardly kept up during the day and it wasn't hot. Fridge was not very cold. Needed to press the boost button continually. Building corridors smelt Complimentary coffee was cold . Please supply real milk not the powdered fake satchel.Creamier. Late check out only 1 hour later and parking is $22 pd. No airport shuttle. The indoor areas are great and so are the booths. None of the remotes worked on the 6 booth TVs. Front desk was friendly but not informative. Stay was ok but would go elsewhere next time near LAX.

Beautiful Hotel, Very nice area in lobby. Lounging, Computer, Television booths, Bar, Eating , Pool, Basketball court, Gym , Laundry, etc. Very good area close to Restaurants and stores Rooms a very nice , bed is comfortable as well as the sofa bed, nice big flat screen and beautiful shower I will book again Very happy customer

This hotel had an elevator down the whole time. I guess it had been down for months. The room was nice and big but, the fan in the bathroom NEVER turned off, it drove me crazy all night long. Also in the room the back of the curtains were covered in food stains. Breakfast was gross and they could not keep up with the people so there was often no food. The employees were not overly friendly and because there was only 1 elevator they had to squish in with us with their cleaning carts.it was a good location for the things we were doing but would never recommend this property. Usually Marriot has higher standards than this.

This was the most disgusting Marriott I have stayed in. i usualy never write this review but this is much need. I the bathroom had no toliet paper, the couch had spots that when i looked and got close it was urine. YES URINE. When I called down stairs the gentlean try to say no it not I then told him to come up and stick his head how there an smell it? he apolized but that was it an brought a blanket to cover the couch so we could sit. the lamp had no shade on it. the windows were so finger printed and dirt. I wont stay here again an neither should you reading this.

The room was big and roomy but looks old and dirty. The bathtub was dirty There was stain on my bed sheet Also a lot of stain on the sofa and the carpet Breakfast only serves until 9:00 and was so crowded and there was not enough variety foods. And very expensive parking fee $22/night Crazy! But always full parking because they have 2 hotels in the same parking lot

The hotel room I was in smelled like mildew. I was changed to another room and it too smelled like mildew. I daughter and I was uncomfortable and my asthma began to bother me. In checked in around 11:30 am, so imagine having to change rooms, after 2am because I couldn’t tolerate it any longer.

This hotel WAS NOT clean. There was black mildew in our shower. We moved to another room and although there was LESS mildew. There was STILL black mildew in the shower.

My stay was 4 days and they never cleaned my room. I went to the front desk and requested my room be cleaned and new towels and still never happened. I saw a laundry person with a bin of clean towels and he gave me a set.

we arrived pretty late, but had already notified staff that we would be. we got in around 1:30 am, and only security was there. we waited almost 20 mins, and still no one. we eventually had to go to the townplace suite side to check in. also, parking was very limited

The front desk person lied and said we could go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast”they don’t check”was her exact words. Come to find out, they lock everyone from the other hotel out. I could have stayed in the bed and saved the embarrassment if she hadn’t lied to us. Also the mini fridge was not working , the nightstand drawer wouldn’t stay closed, and the shower drain cover was leaned up against the wall , meaning we had to lay it down over the drain

Upon initial arrival, the staff that greeted us was wonderful! Lobby and room was clean. Our room was missing a hair dryer… we asked for one and ended having to chase one down after waiting over an hour; and we had an event to be at. The housekeeper then completely ignored servicing our room. We had to call down for towels, coffee, bath mat and more… they were very nonchalant about it all.. the front desk staff, different staff from our first night group, was less than friendly. This was just OK.. the area is a bit sketchy around the hotel… but they do keep the doors locked at the entrance. The breakfast was good. Probably won’t visit this location again

Staff here are very welcoming. The check in and out process is very fast and easy. This location is very convenient with many different food options located around the area and within the hotel itself! I love the amenities provided and the staff are quick to assist if you need anything. I would stay here again, if I was in the area! Great stay overall for a few day trip

Perfect location to pick up a party bus (recommended by the hotel) and go see thenRolling Stones at SoFi Stadium. Surprisingly, we rarely knew there was a huge international airport, one of the world's busiest, literally in our back yard.

We love this hotel! It’s so clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful! The food you can order from the bistro is amazing, we haven’t ordered a bad thing yet! All very tasty and fresh. The bartender pours a nice drink, and the ambiance is awesome!! We will definitely be back! A+++++

Would absolutely stay here again! Rooms were fine. We really enjoyed the pool area and check in was super easy and efficient. You can tell theres a lot of traffic and it's popular so there's wear and tear in the rooms. Biggest area for improvement would be the bar. Bar staff was super slow paced, ingredients for drinks out of stock, another member of staff had to track down the people who were supposed to be behind the bar so I could order, and then it took 10 minutes with no other customers for a mocktail.
