Great value, the gym is good and has everything you could need for a workout, breakfast fresh, room was more spacious than I thought, and 5-7 min away from metro. Would stay here again. Some warmer incandescent lights in the breakfast hall would make the dinner room more pleasant along with playing softer music.

Na reserva, dizia com garagem, mas o funcionário disse que seria uma cortesia de uma noite - não ficou claro, se eu tivesse mais noites, teria de pagar o estacionamento? O nível de conforto das camas é excelente. A arrumação do quarto também. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Toalhas da casa de banho mal cuidadas, rasgadas e finas. Seria uma ideia mudá-las. A vista do quarto (termina em 7) é desagradável. A porta do quarto dá diretamente à porta de serviço para o acesso dos funcionários - o barulho incomoda. A cortesia do chá e do café no quarto é uma mais-valia.

A estadia correu muito. O hotel na relação qualidade preço está óptimo. A garagem estava bem, o pequeno almoço excedeu muito as minhas expectativas. Contudo, o colchão era demasiado mau para ser confortável. Foi pena. É este ponto negativo, todo resto estava bem.

We spent 2 nights at Masa. The room was very clean (just like the picture). AC and bathroom were new. It was comfortable and quiet as the neighborhood slows down after business hours. Not very close to main attractions but still a good deal (we booked the same day and paid $85 a night with taxes included). There is daily parking available in the building for $10 extra per day. Highly recommended - I would stay there again!

Fabulosa. El.personal de recepción masculino excepcional muy muy atentos y dispuestos ayudar, es una pena que la chica no. Las camareras no siempre son las misma, la que nos hizo la habitación los primeros dos dias maravillosa, el resto de dias la limpieza bien pero se olvidaba de poner toallas. Repetiria y recomendaria sin ninguna duda.

Our room was small but clean, the breakfast was good, in fact we liked this hotel enough to book an extra night and that’s when the problem began. We paid the evening receptionist, in cash, for our room tax for the extra night. The person who accepted our payment did not give us a receipt. We thought that was a little strange, but naively didn’t worry too much: we trusted that he would credit the amount to our hotel bill. When we checked out of the hotel we were informed that we still owed for the room tax. We insisted that we had paid, but of course we had no receipt to prove it, so we paid the room tax again on our credit card. The morning receptionist said he would call the evening receptionist and we could get the charge reversed once he verified the payment. We have since been notified by the hotel that the person who accepted our cash has claimed that we didn’t pay him, therefore they will not be reimbursing us for the duplicate payment. This experience was extremely upsetting not because of the amount of money involved but because an unscrupulous hotel employee took advantage of us. We will not be returning to this hotel or recommending it to others.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience- Avoid This Hotel We arrived at Masa Hotel 5 de Outubro around 11:00 PM, exhausted after a long day of travel. We checked in as normal, only to be told after we received our key that our room had been flooded earlier that day and the carpet was still soaked. Why on earth would they allow us to check in without warning us about this beforehand? Even worse, they had no alternative room to offer us and showed zero willingness to help. The front desk staff were completely unreasonable and unhelpful, offering no solution beyond sending us off into the night to find our own replacement. They had our contact information. If they had simply called or emailed us when the room flooded, we could’ve made other arrangements during the day. Instead, we were left scrambling to find somewhere else at 11:30 PM. Thankfully, the Holiday Inn Express nearby welcomed us with open arms, gave us a clean, comfortable room, and treated us with basic respect, something Masa Hotel completely failed at. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a lovely hotel that is very well managed and well situated in Lisbon. If you’re good on your feet, you can walk me through the boulevard and winding historical streets to get to the primary tourist area. But in and out itself, this is a lovely hub. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and everything you would possibly need for your stay. The hotel itself is accommodating, the staff are lovely and it’s not brand new but it’s well-maintained uncomfortable. Great for the price.
