Very nice and cozy hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful. And the bar in the lobby is also nice. The only thing I was not satisfied is room cleaning. Even you ask to clean the room in 9am and come back in 1400 it wasn’t done yet. Other than that it was one of the nicest hotel I ever stayed. Will definitely come back

Everything was great but we found Housekeeping to be a bit "off". A lady knocked at our door to ask if we needed anything. We took some body lotion and cookies. I saw her walk to her colleague, very please that I had given her a tip. 5 minutes later, the colleague came back for round two, probably in hopes for the same tip her friend received. On day 3, a tip was left for the housekeeper and when we returned at the end of the day, the tip was gone but the room had not been cleaned. We received conflicting stories from the manager and the desk staff, but I know what really happened. A dirty cup from the pool bar was left in our room for 3 straight days. The glass we used in the bathroom was not cleaned or replaced for the entire 5 days. Nicely located!!!

Perfect location. Near subway. Easy walk to multiple museums, restaurants, and parks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms. Pool on the roof is a little too cold. Rooftop bar has great views.

We stayed in Lisbon at Turim Boulevard for about a week. We are a family of six travelling. We absolutely loved loved this hotel. The hotel is a boutique, classy, and enchanting one conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon, right on the Avenida da Liberdade (one of the most beautiful streets in Lisbon). The hotel is very clean, stylish, and importantly quite private. You felt like you were part of the hotel's family. The rooms are clean, stylish, super comfortable, especially the beds, and the view from the balcony onto the Avenida was a fresh breath of air. The staff!!! Wonderful, professional, respectful, kind, and caring people. The experience was seamless with checkin/out, parking our big van at the hotel, and any request/question was answered right away and meaningful. This is a gem in the heart of Lisbon and we would definitely return.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly. Specially the doorman Afonso who always had a smile when ever he saw us and alway very helpful.

This is located in a very upscale shopping district. The property is comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern was areas that needed some maintenance such as grouting in shower.

Very nice hotel with many dinning options nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. It’s about a good 30 minute walk to the major attractions and the hot temperatures in June made for a few pit stops back to the hotel. All in all a pleasant experience.

Nice, clean hotel in a lovely location but it was very noisy at night. We were woken every night by noise on the street below - bins being emptied, shutters, people talking etc etc. Nice hotel but it didn’t feel like a 5* - you needed to walk through a fire exit to get from the room back to reception.

The hotel is in a great location central for everything. Very nice room with a great bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was great with a good selection and in a nice restaurant with attentive staff. Would recommend.

Very nice property on the main boulevard in central Lisbon where all the designer shops are. A wide tree lined boulevard that is very pleasant to walk around. The room was really nice with an excellent bathroom.

A hotel with a great location. A room with Avenida view only recommended if you’re not bothered by noise . The hotel is nice and well decorated, the staff are friendly but in my experience did lack attention to detail expected for a 5 stars hotel .

We spend 5 days here and Lisbon didn't disappoint, except for the weather - there was a major storm. Be warned that the metro trains running until 1:00 AM and again starting at 6:00AM can cause vibrations. If you are a light sleeper, find another hotel. Very good hotel in a great location except for the train noise!

Great location. Property is next to the metro so easy to travel to and from. Hotel says 5 star, it looks like a 5 star but it isnt. 5 star hotels have 24hr services. I was attending a business meeting at 9am. Called down for an iron and ironing board (as well as another member of my group) was told housekeeping dont start until 8:30am and one wouldnt be available until after 9am. Yes. Not how 5 star operates. Also whilst having a breakfast meeting that ran over, we were asked to leave so they could reset out table. Please guys. This is not 5 star service. Do not go here if you travel a lot and expect 5 star service. This hotel is still stuck in the immediate post covid era of excuses......

The area of Avenida da Liberdade is stunning and conveniently located for getting around the city. The hotel is generally clean; however, it does not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment as advertised. I was disappointed with the service from start to finish. There were difficulties in obtaining an adapter, and room service was unavailable when needed. There was no assistance on departure; we called for help with baggage, but the service was too slow, so we ended up handling it ourselves while staff watched without offering any assistance. Overall, I was left disappointed and would not classify this as a 5-star hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel decor was run tatty and run down in the room, the reception area was very nice. The breakfast was very expensive and not of a high standard. They advertised room service was available although when we attempted to use the service the receptionist informed us that they were not running it on that particular day. Average to poor hotel, not worth the price.
