Good hotel for visiting Lisboa. Airconditioning was not getting cold. Staff couldnt helped it. Also in winter the airco should make the room comfortabel.

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is getting a bit tired and needs some general maintenance. Pillows definitely need replacing. Parking on the street is difficult and in the hotel is 25 euros a night.

A equipe foi gentil e atenciosa durante a estadia. No entanto, a temperatura dentro do quarto estava bastante elevada. Ao questionar a recepção, fui informado de que isso é um procedimento adotado em determinados meses do ano. Foi sugerido apenas que eu abrisse a janela, sem que houvesse outra alternativa ou tentativa de ajuste. Contudo, essa solução não se mostrou adequada, pois o ruído da rua comprometia o conforto e o descanso, inclusive durante o dia, caso se desejasse permanecer ou relaxar no quarto. Sinceramente, essa justificativa não parece coerente, considerando que alguns meios de transporte público da cidade operavam normalmente com ar-condicionado. A temperatura externa estava amena, chegando a ficar quente em alguns momentos, o que tornava ainda mais necessária a possibilidade de controle térmico no quarto. Acredito que oferecer maior autonomia para ajuste da temperatura proporcionaria mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Terrible service no english at all. Water is complementary in room however 3 times in 3 days ended up myself went to reception to refill and i could not get 2 in same time and each one was around 400ml. Super dangerous bath top no anti slippery inside and very dangerous for oldies. Staff did not understand english at all. Each time we asked something from reception nothing would happen and we should go down in front of reception to get what we want. 3 times they did not even answer the phone in reception. Hotel is all about comfort and conveniences however this hotel did not have them. 1 elevator was down and everytime tours arrived and for while waitinf for one elevator to work. Breakfast was awfull and incomplete and 15euro per person and extra for fried egg. Breakfast supposed to be till 1030 and we went first day around 930 and half of there was empty and not refilled. Bath hose was very hard to set warm water and went too cold or too hot very quickly. First night we asked for 2 sleepers and till now we are in airport even they did not say sorry we have not provided. Awfull awfull service.

Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were very hot and was not possible to use the airco (Airco was only the use for hot air in this season). So we got a fan in our room. Bed was quit hard en pillow very thin...

The room is spacious and clean. The only shortfall is the AC. We stayed on the days when the heat wave attacked. It was soaring hot outside and at night when we returned to our room the AC was weak. No matter how low the temperature we had set, we could barely stay cool. We ended up waking up a few times in the middle of nights with sweat.

The hotel was very clean, we had fresh sheets and towels every day and water in our room. The room was very spacious and quiet with large beds. Very convenient location with lots of nice restaurants around. Definitely recommend!

The staff were cold at check in. When we got to bed at 3:30 am. We noticed the sheets had blood and other yellow stains on them. We went down to the front desk and asked for another room. They said all rooms were full and handed me spare sheets. I asked if someone would come change them for us and he said no we had to do it ourselves. The matress and the protector was dirty as well. So we changed our own bedsheets at 4;00 AM and all they offered was a free breakfast. The front desk put not s for the morning person but couldnt confirm is another day oom woule be available for our 2nd night. We finally received a new room at 2:00 pm.

Good things first: clean, convenient location close to Marquis de Pompedal Square, and very affordable (for a 4*). Negatives? The room lacks proper lighting (if you need to work at night while there, you are toasted). The TV was not working, and had to be reset (thing was fixed by a second staff member after an initial failed attempt). And I myself found the breakfast too plain.

The hotel was dark. Everything is brown, even the mirrors are tinted. All the rooms and hallways are very dark, with not enough lights. The beds are a disaster. The mattress has plastic cover under the sheet. The cover is too thick and hot. Air conditioning is off. If you turn it on, it blows warm air. If you open the windows, mosquitoes come. My friend (in a different room) was bitten all over her face. It’s not a nice hotel.

The beds were quite hard and very minimal room amenities. No USB chargers and front desk was not able to accommodate needs. Pleasantly surprised they had a private airport shuttle for 22 Euros. Located about a mile away from main square so location pretty convenient.

The location was close to the metro, there were several lovely coffee shops/restaurants. The hotel itself was good, for those who like their privacy, the bathroom door is frosted and can't be completely locked/closed so was not to my ideal standard. Also there is no iron available in the room, which you have to request. Overall the room was very clean, and is big. Staff were nice.

Manager came knocking on my door telling me to pay or get out. We gave them proof that it was paid for. They did not take information on both days that were paid. It made me feel very uncomfortable. They checked, their fault!!

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The reception is very rude. They never say hello and when we have a question, they make us wait even though they are not doing anything. Check in was very bad, they gave us a room that as not clean and when we told them, they sent someone up as to verify we were not lying. They never apologized either. No light in the hall, when you come out of the elevator it’s all dark. I did mention that to the reception and she smiled saying that’s how it is. The bed was hard a rock and they have not done our room at 4:00 pm. We have been to Lisbon many times. Lots of good hotels there, don’t waste your money at this one.

I had high expectations for the Turim Marques. Was very disappointed at the inferior bed and worst pillows which were hard and lumpy. I felt like i was sleeping in a cabin in the woods. Woke up with neck and back pain. A 4 star hotel should have pillow menu or at least a couple of choices when it comes to pillow softness. I called the front desk and they flatly replied all pillows arw the same. When i arrived, there was a severe rain storm warming. I asked the front desk for an umbrella. Their rxcuse was peope keep taking them.and they ran out. I would suggest to simply buy more and register umbrella take outs. I get cold shoulders. As a result, i got soaked and caught a cold. In thr end, i bought one and gave it to the hotel as a gift after checking out. In addition, the hot water is inconsistent. It took 40 minutrs to fill the bath tub! All un all. Not impressed. Bad value for the money. All style no substance.

Lovely stay! Excellent hospitality. Staff are very helpful and kind. Especially Vitoria! Dining options nearby. Bus into city center 3 minute walk away. Metro 5 minute walk away. Very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Lisbon. Easy transport routes and a lovely walk into the main tourist area. Very close to Eduardo park which if you walk to the top gives lovely views of Lisbon. The staff were really nice, pleasant and always greeted you when you walked past. The hotel was clean and accommodating and not too noisy.

Quarto muito bom, limpeza e organização nota 10. Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é fantástica, muito próximo do Metrô e do sistema de ônibus. Além do ponto estratégico que é a Praça Marques de Pombal. Recomendo e voltando a Lisboa será uma ótima opção.

I hesitate to write this review as I feel selfish and want to keep this hotel gem in Lisbon for me only :) What a GREAT property: great friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is also very well located, 2 minutes away from a major central subway station (Marquês de Pombal) and a close walk to the old part of town (Baixa & Chiado) and to the business district (Saldanha).

Close to a post office and the hop on hop off busses. Easy 20 minute walk put you very close to so many options re eating and shopping. Metro stations were close as well.

Die Lage unweit zur nächsten U-Bahn Station war super, man konnte jedoch auch problemlos in die Altstadt spazieren. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal optional extra gebucht, das hat sich unserer Meinung nach nicht so gelohnt (da gibt es bei anderen Hotels eine bessere Auswahl). Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
