Not in a great area and the building is kind of old- we realized by the time we settled in to sleep that our AC wasn’t working. The staff were really nice and speedy though

The hotel in general is nice! However the Manager Marco Antonio and his team front desk Mrs. Barbara were unbelievable helpful at the time we arrived. I will definitely come back to stay at the hotel next time I visit Lisboa Portugal
