Properly was exactly as advertised. Comfortable. Did have a few pods of coffee for the keurig, but no sugar or creamer or salt and pepper. No laundry detergent. Unable to access the game room or billiards room. Nice gym and pool but unfortunately hot tub was empty. Excellent location. Could walk everywhere were planning on going.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was clean enough, we had no trouble checking in. The building had previously had some sort of leak, so there was only 1 working elevator and you could tell some work was getting done throughout the hallways and in the unit because of it. We had stayed in this exact building a few years back and the reason we decided to stay again was mainly because of convenience. We were there for a concert and were a short walk away from the arena, union station, cn tower, ripleys. There are lots of dining option nearby as well. We also liked the safety of this building. Not just everybody off the street can have access to the lobby. We would stay here again

The property location is phenomenal. If coming from the airport, take the UP express and it’s a short 10 min walk. The CN tower and Rogers Centre is literally across the street. It’s an easy walk to Union Station and there is a plethora of restaurants all within a couple blocks. The location is 10/10. The condo itself was nice and cozy. Staff are very friendly! T Our place had the most comfortable beds and the view was stunning. It was unfortunate we couldn’t access the pool table/games room, but we had no issue accessing the pool. Just be prepared, the pool area gets busy between 2-5. Only downfalls: If neighbours are out on their patio (especially late at night) the noise carries directly into the bedroom. Also, the condo could use a few amenities like salt/pepper in the shakers and a little bit of stuff to do laundry - but other than that, it was a perfect place for our family to visit Toronto and take in some games, eat at great restaurants and tour the entertainment district.

It was an amazing stay at this grand royal condo. I just wish for coming an hour early that the front desk would let me check into the room as when I got into the condo unit, other then the floor , it wasn't fully clean and I don't know what the cleaner was cleaning as I found old bread crumbs near the toaster , I supplied myself more toilet rolls, hand soap that I wasn't allergic to and Kleenex tissues. Overall other than the minor set backs at the beginning and end of the trip. Overall would recommend this place but you might have to supply other essentials if you stay as long as I did for about a week. Thanks !!

I didn't know what to expect staying at a condo instead of a hotel, but it was great! The room was very spacious and very clean. I was contacted the day before I arrived to give me a few check in instructions and then they sent me a text with all the info about the room. The only issue I had was that the body wash in the shower was pretty much empty. I replied to the text with the check out info and let them know. They said they would pass it on to the cleaner. Communication was great, the room intself was beautiful and clean and the price was great! Will definitely stay again in the future.

This property was ok for our two night stay, it was close to everything we needed and staff was very responsive. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it and the photos didn’t properly described the unit. It was more dated than expected and there weren’t many utilities. We would stay here again, but probably for cheaper.

La vue était à couper le souffle et l’endroit était bien situé. Cependant, les draps du lit étaient sales et tachés de sang, nous avons du les laver nous-mêmes. Le mobilier aurait pu être de meilleure qualité (les pattes de la table de vitre étaient instables ce qui faisait bouger la vitre qui risquait de tomber à chaque fois) et le personnel de la réception était non chaland et peu accueillant, mais nous avons apprécié notre expérience!

Very dirty bed rooms and common area, had a long black hair in the sheets of one bed where we have blonde hair, dust bunnies every room, pile of dirt by the laundry closet, the chair in the one bedroom had a broken leg, no paper towels, not hot enough shower, received check out instructions the day after we left at 2am

I stayed here with high hopes with the price I was paying . When I entered the building I was informed the elevators weren’t all working . So we had to take the stairs or wait up to 25 mins ( we walked 10 floors ) we would walk down them every single time . When booking I booked for a city view , expecting to see the cn tower as that’s what was shown in the picture when I booked . That was not the case we were looking at a parking lot/ td building, our room was being renovated with open gaps on the base board area . The room was not properly cleaned , the oven still had a pan in it & was dirty . The fridge had a bag of ice with mold growing in the bag . While I was there I asked for a manager and was given no information what so ever. Overall very disappointed.

Can’t beat the location. Check in and out were a breeze. Place was clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Elevators require patience. Could have used a few convenience items like facial tissues, better lighting in bathrooms, more washcloths. One of the towels was wet but folded up like it hadn’t been used. Decided to chalk that up to a mistake rather than assume it’s regular practice. Would definitely stay again though, no question. Location is 100% worth the minor inconveniences we had.

Very nice condo in the heart of downtown TO. Clean, quiet, had most of what I needed. “Waterfall” shower is nothing special. Water pressure barely passable. Bathroom fan is on 24/7 and makes noise that you can hear in the middle of the night. Otherwise worth the $.

The Good: Location is perfect. If you want to stay near CN Tower or MCTC, this is awesome. The WiFi is good. The Not so Good: Rules: You get WhatsApp messages with rules that seem a little strange. For eg, no shoes are allowed inside the suite, and supposed to be on some shoe-mat but what do I do about shoes that I packed in my bags. I understand the owners want to keep the property clean and if it was raining / snowing, we would accordingly take care of the cleanliness. Check-out & Luggage storage: there's no luggage storage at the condo; with the check-out time at 11 am, one has to find another way to store the luggage. Not convenient. Keys: We booked the whole suite for 2 people so not sure why we only got one set of keys. It should be standard to give 2 sets of keys. The second set of keys were organized the next day so overall, this was fine. The small stuff: the shampoo didn't seem usable, I couldn't find any tissue paper, and finding the hair-dryer was not as straight-forward. We also get a note to dispose off the trash. This isn't really such a big deal but should be worded of as a request vs. communicated as a required task.

When booking I booked for a city view , expecting to see the cn tower as that’s what was shown in the picture when I booked . That was not the case we were looking at a parking lot/ td building, our room was being renovated with open gaps on the base board area . The room was not properly cleaned , the oven still had a pan in it & was dirty . The fridge had a bag of ice with mold growing in the bag . While I was there I asked for a manager and was given no information what so ever. Overall very disappointed.

So we had to take the stairs or wait up to 25 mins ( we walked 10 floors ) we would walk down them every single time . The property location is phenomenal. If coming from the airport, take the UP express and it’s a short 10 min walk. The CN tower and Rogers Centre is literally across the street. It’s an easy walk to Union Station and there is a plethora of restaurants all within a couple blocks. The location is 10/10. The condo itself was nice and cozy. Staff are very friendly! T Our place had the most comfortable beds and the view was stunning. It was unfortunate we couldn’t access the pool table/games room, but we had no issue accessing the pool. Just be prepared, the pool area gets busy between 2-5. Only downfalls: If neighbours are out on their patio (especially late at night) the noise carries directly into the bedroom. Also, the condo could use a few amenities like salt/pepper in the shakers and a little bit of stuff to do laundry - but other than that, it was a perfect place for our family to visit Toronto and take in some games, eat at great restaurants and tour the entertainment district.

Long wait for elevators, some minor construction being done on the unit, the sink was awkward to use, the whole space and the bed were comfy, the location is amazing, staff were so so. All in all, very worth the price. I didnt like that I had to give my credit card number over the phone.

I didn't know what to expect staying at a condo instead of a hotel, but it was great! The room was very spacious and very clean. I was contacted the day before I arrived to give me a few check in instructions and then they sent me a text with all the info about the room. The only issue I had was that the body wash in the shower was pretty much empty. I replied to the text with the check out info and let them know. They said they would pass it on to the cleaner. Communication was great, the room intself was beautiful and clean and the price was great! Will definitely stay again in the future.

While the place itself is in a great location and the room was clean - the entire check in process was awful. It took over an hour to park and make it to the front desk because the elevators were broken, so we had to figure out how to get from the parking garage up into the main lobby on the 10th floor. We had luggage and a ton of stairs and walking. Once there, the line for check in was 30 people deep with a lot of waiting. It was not convenient. Unfortunately that has detracted from the overall experience and stay.

Can’t beat the location. Check in and out were a breeze. Place was clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Elevators require patience. Could have used a few convenience items like facial tissues, better lighting in bathrooms, more washcloths. One of the towels was wet but folded up like it hadn’t been used. Decided to chalk that up to a mistake rather than assume it’s regular practice. Would definitely stay again though, no question. Location is 100% worth the minor inconveniences we had.

The Good: Location is perfect. If you want to stay near CN Tower or MCTC, this is awesome. The WiFi is good. The Not so Good: Rules: You get WhatsApp messages with rules that seem a little strange. For eg, no shoes are allowed inside the suite, and supposed to be on some shoe-mat but what do I do about shoes that I packed in my bags. I understand the owners want to keep the property clean and if it was raining / snowing, we would accordingly take care of the cleanliness. Check-out & Luggage storage: there's no luggage storage at the condo; with the check-out time at 11 am, one has to find another way to store the luggage. Not convenient. Keys: We booked the whole suite for 2 people so not sure why we only got one set of keys. It should be standard to give 2 sets of keys. The second set of keys were organized the next day so overall, this was fine. The small stuff: the shampoo didn't seem usable, I couldn't find any tissue paper, and finding the hair-dryer was not as straight-forward. We also get a note to dispose off the trash. This isn't really such a big deal but should be worded of as a request vs. communicated as a required task.

The place was difficult to find without and noticeable street signage. The one staff member was very rude. When I would ask a question he would reply with ' I already told you' . He would talk to quickly and his accent made it difficult to hear and understand

The location of the property was fantastic. We had walking access to the MTCC, Rogers Stadium, and the Entertainment District. Parking was available on site for a reasonable fee. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

It was a great experience at the Grand Royal Condos. The place was clean and the staff was great. The location was perfect walking distance to the Hockey Hall of fame and CN tower. I totally recommend this place for location in down town.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt in der wunderschönen Stadt Toronto. Alle Attraktionen sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Bars und bieten vielseitige Möglichkeiten, einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Mehrere Spätkaufs sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank+großes Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc). Der Hauptbahnhof Union Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort fährt eine Bahn direkt zum Airport innerhalb von 25 Minuten. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ist von 3 Aufzügen nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb und man muss etwas warten. Es steht ein PKW-Stellplatz in der TG für 39,00 CADTag zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle es gerne weiter.

We absolutely loved this place! Amazing views, spacious, and well kept. I will definitely be back. They could use more towels. Dishwasher doesn't work well. Flooring needs repaired in the kitchen, kitchen tap is falling apart. Small things that are definitely fixable. we loved it.
