Actually, everything was excellent except… the pictures do not reflect how very small the room for two people is. Barely space to move, open doors, get in a shower or around the bed. Anybody who is slightly overweight could not reserve this room.

Staff was very helpful and professional. The room was pretty small and hard to get around with 2 suitcases. Not too far from station. Very limited choice for meals and snacks.

As per other reviews there are pros & cons. Pros: Well maintained and functional common areas with the convenience of the tram at the front door. Staff are very helpful with maps and local advice. Breakfast looked alright even though we never tried it. You can easily walk to the train station with baggage in just under 10 minutes. Cons: The rooms are very small and street facing has tram noise. The immediate surrounding area is very seedy and not comfortable for an evening stroll. No restaurants, cafes or shops in the vicinity.

Very handy location close to tram stop and only one stop from main station. Slightly quirky, very helpful staff and good breakfast. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Difficult to find, the signage outside could be better and there could be more information about what to do with the car on arrival. Other than that everything was good. We stayed for one night only and didn't have the breakfast.
