Ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Sieht modern aus und man bekommt für 9,50€ die Nacht einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist ein Industriegebiet, was für eine Durchreise nach beispielsweise Italien uninteressant ist. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn. Leider kein 24/7 Check-In oder Check-Out möglich. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel!!

車移動の人たち専用とも言え、周囲には観光地はありませんが、駅には近くSバーンやバスを使ってハルやシュヴァーツに行けます。駅からの道は少々狭くすぐ側を車が飛ばしているので、それなり注意も必要。 部屋はそれなり広くてまあ快適ですが、冷蔵庫はなく、バスタブもなし。事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て入力しましたが、ホテルに到着すると入口のマシンのチェックインでなぜか再び入力が必要でした。このマシン、15時1分前でも受け付けられず、フロントにスタッフはいるのに待たされ、入力完了後もキーカードが出てこず、結局フロントで対応してもらうことになり、すごく時間がかかりました。チェックアウトもやはりマシン＋フロント対応が必要で、ひどく無駄を感じました。

The hotel experience here is great, but be advised that it's in a industrial area, therefore, it gets loud early in the morning. Since there's no air conditioning, you have to leave your window open so you have no choice but to hear everything that's going on around the building. Additionally, it's paid parking 8.50€ per night which came as a surprise to us.

The hotel was ok. Saying it is in Absam is a bit misleading as it it is in Hal in an industrial area. The staff were ok, a bit abrupt. I ordered beers for my son and I and mine was one third froth, when iasked for a top up the staff member made a point of putting a absolute minimal splash in it with a sarcastic smile. we were then told to pay up as the bar closed at 8pm with nothing around the hotel to go to, this was very disappointing. The breaksfast was good was a nive selection fo foods on offer.

The staff was friendly enough. However, our room was not clean. We were met with urine and feces in the toilet which indicated to us the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in our beds and my pillowcase smelled like dirty, greasy hair. I had to turn it over and use the other side. There was debris all over the carpet so it clearly had not been vacuumed. In the morning we went down for breakfast but couldn't eat much because all the hot food was cold. If you are thinking here, I would recommend skipping this hotel and staying somewhere else.

Hotel war OK die Betten waren gut. Man hat gut geschlafen. Da wir 2 Zimmer hatten somit 2 Bäder. War die Sauberkeit misserabel. Staub überall also nichts für Allergiker meine Frau hat eine Stauballergie am nächsten Tag war ihr Auge geschwollen. Putzen sollte man auch dort wo man sich etwas bücken muss. Alle Lichter an der Wand waren die Halter halbherzig geputzt und übersäät mit Staub. In der Dusche lagen Haare und in beiden Duschen weiße Fussel. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön für diesen Preis. Parksituation misserabel man soll extra 8,50 für die Tiefgarage zahlen. Auf meine Frage was mit öffentlichen Parkplätzen sei, wie beschrieben, der verweiß auf die Tiefgarage die Mann bezahlen soll da die vorderen Parkplätze zu einem anderen Geschäft gehören. Schade das bei über 100 Euro nicht einmal ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise nach Italien genutzt. Das Dreibettzimmer war recht klein, was für eine Nacht in Ordnung war, aber für längere Aufenthalte eher unpraktisch. Das Zimmer lag direkt zum Kreisverkehr hin, weshalb es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut war. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es aber ruhiger. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch roch es leicht unangenehm – vermutlich lag das am Teppichboden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Es war vielfältig und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt okay für eine kurze Zwischenübernachtung, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Hotel bem novo, com ótima infra-estrutura, estacionamento coberto (pago) e com café da manhã excelente, além de quartos com ótimo tamanho. Para quem pretende conhecer Innsbruck, eis uma excelente opção de custo-benefício em cidade bem próxima.

Hotel owners wake up! Hotel management and housekeeping turned the hotel into the cheapest American motel. We are from Canada. We are travelling a lot, but it was the first time when duvet cover was stained. It looked like they washed blood stains, but they were still very visible. Bedsheets were stained as well. I really wanted to change the hotel, but everything was booked. In addition, staff at reception is not friendly. I dropped a pen holder because I had my husband’s glasses on (I lost my glasses during the trip and did not see a holder) and two young people at the reception started laughing at me. It is not all. In the morning, despite the fact that there was a sign on the door, housekeeping opened the door three times!!!!!. One of those times I was naked coming from the shower. The first time housekeeping opened the door was at 8:15 am, check out time is 10 AM. At the end, I would like to say that we booked 15 nights in Europe and this is the only hotel we were very unhappy with , every other hotel was great. In addition, air conditioner was not working and we found a plastic bottle under our bed that didn’t belong to us..

La stanza è molto piccola, bagno piccolo con lavandino quasi inesistente. Stanza situata al primo piano con la finestra che era all'altezza di un tettino con pannelli solari . Per fortuna abbiamo passato solo una notte!

Zimmer 224 war sehr warm bei der Anreise und hatte direkt den Blick auf eine verkehrsreiche Straße. Dadurch war es sehr laut. Ansonsten gutes Hotel für einen „schmalen Taler“

Great location! Clean decent sized rooms, though the lack of a mini fridge was a bummer. Clean bathroom, but the shower leaks like crazy so you go through copious amounts of towels mopping up the mess after. Another bummer is that the family rooms only came with one key card even though there were three of us and the family rooms come with two separate rooms/doors (with different numbers). Our mountain view unit did have mountains in the background if you looked behind all of the huge garbage bins in the parking lot. Close to the highway, but we didn't hear any cars. Parking on site is excellent though and check out was a breeze!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hatte einen sensationellen Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Teppichboden war schon eher älter. Eine Klimaanlage konnten wir nicht finden. Die Umgebung war zwar sehr schön aber auch sehr laut, da sie an einer stark befahrenen Straße lag.

This was a great hotel for visiting Innsbruck. The train station is a short walk away and the train ride is less than ten minutes. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel OK aber leider waren beim Schlüssel Safe mehrere Schlüssel verschiedener Gäste in einem Fach. Das führt zu Verwirrung. Was für ein Schreck. Schlimm finde ich auch, daß dies, lt. Hotelpersonal, öfter vorkommt. "Zu wenige Schlüsselfächer" ich denke das sollte raschest behoben werden.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM after a 6.5 hour drive. The hotel front desk was closed and we could not check in (the front desk closed at 8:00 PM). While this policy was stated in the conformation email, it is very unusual and wasn't obvious from the selection screen in the hotels.com app. There was no way to contact the hotel and we were out in the cold and out the cost of the night's stay. I don't know about cleaniness, etc. because we never saw the inside of the hotel, but the experience was extremely agrivating and needs to be much better disclosed/understood (even pizza places will reach out to you to tell you to pick up your pizza before they close).

Tuvimos un problema con la entrada a la habitación. La tarjeta de entrada la había cogido otra persona y se metío en nuestra habitación, por lo cual, a las 12 de la noche, seguridad lo tuvo que sacar de la habitación para poder entrar nosotros. Al día siguiente la persona de recepción pidió disculpas y solvento el problema presentado. La verdad que el servicio de atención del hotel es muy bueno.

Statt kartensusgabe ging ernsich auf und es kam eine Meldung man solle sich an das Personal wenden oder eine Hotline anrufen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde die Rezeption besetzt und wir mussten warten bis andere Gäste eingecheckt haben, um ein drittes Mal alle Angaben zu machen und die Karten für das Zimmer zu bekommen. Halb leeres Hotel, dennoch behindertengerechtes Zimmer. Was für Gäste im Rollstuhl ergonomisch ist, sorgt bei nicht Invaliden Gästen zu Beeinträchtigungen. Abgesehen vom Gefühl das seltsam ist, ist ein für Rollstuhlfahrer tiefer gelegtes Waschbecken alles andere als ergonomisch, ebenso wie der WC Sitz. Die Haltegriffe neben dem WC engen einen ein und die ebenerdige Dusche sorgte für Überschwemmung des gesamten Bades, wodurch man dieses nicht mehr betreten konnte ohne nasse Füße / Socken zu haben. Zu allem Überfluss funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, ein Sicherungskasten mit Sicherungen für irgendwelche Kameras im Hof summte permanent und das Fenster lässt sich lediglich kippen und nicht ganz öffnen. Abkühlung und frische Luft Fehlanzeige! Leider bemerkten wir sowohl Bad, als auch die Lüftungsthematik erst nachdem wir später am Abend vom Essen zurück kamen und die Rezeption wieder nicht mehr besetzt war. Zimmerwechsel also ausgeschlossen.

We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .

This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.

Es sollte jedem bewusst sein das dieses Hotel im Industriegebiet liegt. Der Sraßenlärm ist leider auch nicht zu überhören. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It’s a place to stay. Located in a pretty industrial area, over a grocery store. Lots of large trucks moving through the area. The hallway outside the room is very unassuming, and the room is simple. Not bad, not fantastic, just average. 10 minute walk to a train station, which is nice.

The staff was friendly enough. However, our room was not clean. We were met with urine and feces in the toilet which indicated to us the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in our beds and my pillowcase smelled like dirty, greasy hair. I had to turn it over and use the other side. There was debris all over the carpet so it clearly had not been vacuumed. In the morning we went down for breakfast but couldn't eat much because all the hot food was cold. If you are thinking here, I would recommend skipping this hotel and staying somewhere else.

Prima hotel om een overnachting voor doorreis te doen. De omgeving valt erg tegen, hotel is op soort industriegebied. Familiekamers zijn ideaal voor gezinnen. Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar wel prima en voor ieder wat wils.

Das Hotel ist super modern und liegt strategisch gut für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien. Man kann sein Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen auch wenn dafür eine kleine Gebühr anfällt. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett, einchecken und auschecken ist aber auch über ein Terminal im Eingangsbereich möglich. Das einzige, was ich nicht so gut fand war das Frühstück. Das war sehr klein. Aber für eine kurze Stärkung reichts.

It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there.

The staff was nice and very friendly both in the reception and in the restaurant. However, our room was very dirty. There was leftovers from snacks on the floor and under the bed and one of the bed was stained with something looking like coffee on the sheets and the blanket.
