Breakfast was enjoyable, with various choices, Japanese and Western meals. The servers were very kind and helpful. The hotel is pretty near Sapporo Station North Gate, which is convenient for foreigners. The front desk staff were always warm and helpful; they made a strong effort to fulfil any request. Highly recommended for staying in Sapporo City.

Everything was amazing the hotel’s personnel hospitality and service. There are plenary choices for continental or Japanese style breakfast. The cleanest of the room always was Ok, although the wall room wall has some dirtier marks. This was my first stay and it is highly recommended. I will stay again if I travel to Sapporo.

Location: Perfect, a few steps from JR Station. Very good for arriving or departing from the terminal. Staff: Very helpful. Amenities: Great Overall: Will stay again, unless anything nearby in the same range with an onsen is available.

The staff is very cheerful and professional. Ms Tang who helped me solve my travelling issue problem efficiently. The breakfast is nice and can offer wide range of choice! Very good experience!
