Családbarát hotel. Finom ételek, bőséges választék, korlátlan italfogyasztás. Kényelmes, modern szoba. Ingyenes csúszdahasználat, gyerekprogramok.

Positiv war: Parkplätze, Poolbereich, Speisenauswahl, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Rollstuhlgerecht. Verbesserungsfähig: Wände in den Zimmern müsste man nachstreichen, geringe Anzahl an Hygieneartikel (zum Beispiel Körperlition fehlte), Fahrräder konnte man in die Lobby stellen anstatt dafür draußen einen vorgesehenen Platz zu errichten. Dusche im Poolbereich im Keller läuft das Wasser nicht ab und außerdem nur Kaltwasser, keine Haken oder Abstellmöglichkeiten um etwas aufhängen zu können zudem ist in diesem Duschraum kein Shampoo oder Duschgel.

Schönes Hotel. Teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß mit einer großen Terrasse im EG. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, wenn auch nicht immer in bester Qualität. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen das man unser Elektroauto kostenlos laden konnte. Das Meer war direkt über die Straße. Sehr gut war das man im Restaurant den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sehen konnte.

Food is ok for an adult, but definitely not 4*, more like 2* - soups are made from powder, it is basically colored water with, disgusting. Same for desserts and mashed potateos - made from powder not from scratch. There is a children playground - run down and dangerous. Last year it was covered with wasps, this year there were 2 wasps nests and splinters pointing our from wooden attractions. It would be good if children evening activities start earlier - sometimes it started after 9pm, which was a joke for a party aimed to small kids. There is no beach, but within 10mins of walking, there is Pila beach (just concrete stage) with free loungers for hotel guests and you can use golf cart - but sometimes it is not very reliable - last year we ordered golf cart from main beach for a certain time and it has never arrived. Overall, it is ok hotel for families and if you are planning your vacation in Punat, this is a nice option, but keep in mind, this is not to 4* standard at all. It needs a lot of renovation (when it started to rain, water was pouring everywhere on walls, in the lobby, dining area, etc), more care for children safety and activities and definitely on food - I would prefer less options but at least a little bit tasty and homemade, therefore suitable for children.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von Punat ist sehr gut. Direkt am Hafen und ca.15 bis 20 Gehminuten zum Strand. Es gibt einen Transport zum Strand, jedoch mit geringer Kapazität und langer Mittagspause. Der Garten und Pool sind super Groß und mit genügend Liegen für alle. Alleine die kostenlosen Handtücher direkt beim Pool sind immer Leer. Das gebuchte Familienzimmer war ausreichend, nur zu wenig Schränke und das Bad war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu klein. Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

La struttura è molto bella, e comoda. Sicuramente migliorabile, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Personale disponibile e cordiale, piscina e scivolo fantastici. Sala ristorante bellissima con vetrate vista mare. Personale del Falky club per bambini e dell’animazione giovane e professionale. La spiaggia 10 minuti a piedi molto bella, golf cart a disposizione per raggiungere la spiaggia dell’hotel o la spiaggia di Medana. Lungo la strada per la spiaggia bar, negozietti, parco giochi per bambini e per fare sport molto ben tenuti , tanta ombra. Vasta scelta di escursioni in barca. Il paese mi ha dato una bella sensazione di sicurezza, negozi gestiti da persone locali, sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Nell’hotel abbiamo usufruito del noleggio mountain bike, e bike, kayak e sup. Tutto al top. Tranne un receptionist, il resto del personale non parla italiano ma ci siamo sempre capiti benissimo in inglese. Bagni delle camere un po’ piccoli, ma la nostra camera era molto spaziosa, con balcone e vista mozzafiato. Ristorazione a buffet, molto ben fornita e pulita, non sempre il cibo aveva la targhetta con l’indicazione di cosa fosse. Acqua e bevande a volontà e (apprezzato tantissimo) sempre acqua con infusione di frutta e bibite disponibili fresche presso la reception! Durante la settimana della nostra permanenza il Wi-Fi per qualche giorno non ha funzionato, ma la copertura era ottima nella camera e nelle parti comuni. Penso che torneremo!

Für Kroatien ist das Hotel bestimmt “high End”. Ist man sich dessen bewusst, ist es okay. Das Hotel ist sauber. Der neue Teil ist sehr schön geworden, der “alte Teil” wurde modernisiert (man sieht aber immer noch das es alt war/ist). Der Service im Restaurant ist absolut unterirdisch schlecht! Es gibt ein/zwei Gute. Das Entertainment - Team (Kids Club) ist super motiviert und wirklich toll! Das Essen ist auch okay.

Verreist als Familie ( 2 erwachsen 1 Kleinkind ) Fazit : Uns hat das Hotel super gefallen und wir würden wieder hin fahren. Das Zimmer war wie auf der Seite abgebildet, modern eingerichtet nur das Badezimmer war etwas klein. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles frisch zubereitet, Mittagessen war ok Abendbuffet super, von vegetarisch bis Fisch und Fleisch für jeden was dabei sogar täglich frische Pizza. Am „Kinderbuffet“ leider immer nur Pommes und Schnitzel hier hätten wir uns noch Nudeln mit separater Soße gewünscht. Auf Nachfrage habe wir dies auch bekommen. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen waren die Kinderhochstühle. Der Pool ist schön und auch der Kinderpool wie beschrieben mit Sonnensegel ausgestattet. Es waren jederzeit Liegen,Schirme und auch Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Rutschen hat uns auch viel Spaß gemacht. Die Anlage wird gepflegt. Einziger minus Punkt war der Hotel eigene Spielplatz der aufgrund von Erdwespen nicht genutzt werden konnte ( war nicht gesperrt aber uns war das Risiko zu groß ) das Hotel hat sich zwar bemüht konnte diese „Natur bedingte Katastrophe“ jedoch nicht beheben. Nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt gab es jedoch einen großen Spielplatz der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Außerdem gab es noch den indoor Spielbereich der auch einiges bieten konnte. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und der Abschied viel uns schwer. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa location. La parte migliore i servizi e la ristorazione . Per i bimbi giochi di intrattenimento e staff super simpatico e disponibile . Disponibile il servizio baby sitting dai 3 anni . Noi e la nostra bimba ci siamo divertiti e rilassati. Lo staff parla inglese e tedesco .

Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great.

Last year it was covered with wasps, this year there were 2 wasps nests and splinters pointing our from wooden attractions. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach spitze, für alle etwas dabei. Das Hotel wäre top , Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Wände gehören mal neu gestrichen sehr verschmutzt und die Toilette werden auch nicht vernünftigen gereinigt. Das Hotel hat eigentlich einen Super Playroom nur ist der ziemlich schmutzig.

Sala ristorante bellissima con vetrate vista mare. Personale del Falky club per bambini e dell’animazione giovane e professionale. La spiaggia 10 minuti a piedi molto bella, golf cart a disposizione per raggiungere la spiaggia dell’hotel o la spiaggia di Medana. Lungo la strada per la spiaggia bar, negozietti, parco giochi per bambini e per fare sport molto ben tenuti , tanta ombra. Vasta scelta di escursioni in barca. Il paese mi ha dato una bella sensazione di sicurezza, negozi gestiti da persone locali, sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Nell’hotel abbiamo usufruito del noleggio mountain bike, e bike, kayak e sup. Tutto al top. Tranne un receptionist, il resto del personale non parla italiano ma ci siamo sempre capiti benissimo in inglese. Bagni delle camere un po’ piccoli, ma la nostra camera era molto spaziosa, con balcone e vista mozzafiato. Ristorazione a buffet, molto ben fornita e pulita, non sempre il cibo aveva la targhetta con l’indicazione di cosa fosse. Acqua e bevande a volontà e (apprezzato tantissimo) sempre acqua con infusione di frutta e bibite disponibili fresche presso la reception! Durante la settimana della nostra permanenza il Wi-Fi per qualche giorno non ha funzionato, ma la copertura era ottima nella camera e nelle parti comuni. Penso che torneremo!

Save your money and time and do not stay at Falkensteiner Punat hotel. This hotel is a galaxy away from 4 star hotel, and I truly do not understand how and why it is advertised as a 4 star hotel! The front desk is clueless, with poor English, and even poorer customer service, and beyond slow. They never have any answers, and just stare at you, or walk/call to the back office to ask mysterious Front Desk Boss, whose answers are inadequate even when she actually is on the premises. We nicknamed this boss lady “invisible”, as she never showed herself, and only continued to further confuse already overworked, and incompetent front desk staff. There is a bright star at the front desk, Mrs. Sandra, if you are lucky enough that she has a moment to breathe between all she does. Sandra is smart, sharp, and professional. The hotel itself is dated, and in a serious need of remodeling. Peeling paint, bleached out carpeting, ugly rooms with ugly,cheap decorations, horrible pillows, cheapest available toiletries, dirty cleaning rags and supplies randomly left in hotel hallways, ugly elevator… The communication with the front desk is nonexistent, as the telephone in the room is not working. Perking is limited, there is no valet, or luggage help. Everything Is a wait, a long wait, as the place is severely understaffed, and the staff is overwhelmed: waitressing in the am, cleaning in the afternoon, setting the tables, or pool chairs late at night. There is no beach and promised golf ca

Zimmer war relativ klein, da man es aber eigentlich nur zum schlafen nutzt war es ok.

Ótimo hotel, principalmente o restaurante com várias opções. O quarto razoável. Banheiro com vidro do Box sem encaixe, molhando todo banheiro.

El personal fue muy atento. Teníamos un tour a la hora de la cena y nos prepararon una bandeja para después.

Leckeres Buffet. Personal sehr freundlich und größtenteils deutschsprachig. Zusammengefasst ein super Aufenthalt.

Der neue Teil ist sehr schön geworden, der “alte Teil” wurde modernisiert (man sieht aber immer noch das es alt war/ist). Der Service im Restaurant ist absolut unterirdisch schlecht! Es gibt ein/zwei Gute. Das Entertainment - Team (Kids Club) ist super motiviert und wirklich toll! Das Essen ist auch okay.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa location. La parte migliore i servizi e la ristorazione . Per i bimbi giochi di intrattenimento e staff super simpatico e disponibile . Disponibile il servizio baby sitting dai 3 anni . Noi e la nostra bimba ci siamo divertiti e rilassati. Lo staff parla inglese e tedesco .

Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great.

Schönes Hotel. Teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß mit einer großen Terrasse im EG. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, wenn auch nicht immer in bester Qualität. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen das man unser Elektroauto kostenlos laden konnte. Das Meer war direkt über die Straße. Sehr gut war das man im Restaurant den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sehen konnte.

It was our 2nd stay. The hotel ie good for families, great pool and activities for children. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Food is ok for an adult, but definitely not 4*, more like 2* - soups are made from powder, it is basically colored water with, disgusting. Same for desserts and mashed potateos - made from powder not from scratch. There is a children playground - run down and dangerous. Last year it was covered with wasps, this year there were 2 wasps nests and splinters pointing our from wooden attractions. It would be good if children evening activities start earlier - sometimes it started after 9pm, which was a joke for a party aimed to small kids. There is no beach, but within 10mins of walking, there is Pila beach (just concrete stage) with free loungers for hotel guests and you can use golf cart - but sometimes it is not very reliable - last year we ordered golf cart from main beach for a certain time and it has never arrived. Overall, it is ok hotel for families and if you are planning your vacation in Punat, this is a nice option, but keep in mind, this is not to 4* standard at all. It needs a lot of renovation (when it started to rain, water was pouring everywhere on walls, in the lobby, dining area, etc), more care for children safety and activities and definitely on food - I would prefer less options but at least a little bit tasty and homemade, therefore suitable for children.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von Punat ist sehr gut. Direkt am Hafen und ca.15 bis 20 Gehminuten zum Strand. Es gibt einen Transport zum Strand, jedoch mit geringer Kapazität und langer Mittagspause. Der Garten und Pool sind super Groß und mit genügend Liegen für alle. Alleine die kostenlosen Handtücher direkt beim Pool sind immer Leer. Das gebuchte Familienzimmer war ausreichend, nur zu wenig Schränke und das Bad war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu klein. Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Der Weg zum Strand war etwas zu weit. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach spitze, für alle etwas dabei. Das Hotel wäre top , Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Wände gehören mal neu gestrichen sehr verschmutzt und die Toilette werden auch nicht vernünftigen gereinigt. Das Hotel hat eigentlich einen Super Playroom nur ist der ziemlich schmutzig.

La struttura è molto bella, e comoda. Sicuramente migliorabile, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Personale disponibile e cordiale, piscina e scivolo fantastici. Sala ristorante bellissima con vetrate vista mare. Personale del Falky club per bambini e dell’animazione giovane e professionale. La spiaggia 10 minuti a piedi molto bella, golf cart a disposizione per raggiungere la spiaggia dell’hotel o la spiaggia di Medana. Lungo la strada per la spiaggia bar, negozietti, parco giochi per bambini e per fare sport molto ben tenuti , tanta ombra. Vasta scelta di escursioni in barca. Il paese mi ha dato una bella sensazione di sicurezza, negozi gestiti da persone locali, sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Nell’hotel abbiamo usufruito del noleggio mountain bike, e bike, kayak e sup. Tutto al top. Tranne un receptionist, il resto del personale non parla italiano ma ci siamo sempre capiti benissimo in inglese. Bagni delle camere un po’ piccoli, ma la nostra camera era molto spaziosa, con balcone e vista mozzafiato. Ristorazione a buffet, molto ben fornita e pulita, non sempre il cibo aveva la targhetta con l’indicazione di cosa fosse. Acqua e bevande a volontà e (apprezzato tantissimo) sempre acqua con infusione di frutta e bibite disponibili fresche presso la reception! Durante la settimana della nostra permanenza il Wi-Fi per qualche giorno non ha funzionato, ma la copertura era ottima nella camera e nelle parti comuni. Penso che torneremo!

Családbarát hotel. Finom ételek, bőséges választék, korlátlan italfogyasztás. Kényelmes, modern szoba. Ingyenes csúszdahasználat, gyerekprogramok.

Verreist als Familie ( 2 erwachsen 1 Kleinkind ) Fazit : Uns hat das Hotel super gefallen und wir würden wieder hin fahren. Das Zimmer war wie auf der Seite abgebildet, modern eingerichtet nur das Badezimmer war etwas klein. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles frisch zubereitet, Mittagessen war ok Abendbuffet super, von vegetarisch bis Fisch und Fleisch für jeden was dabei sogar täglich frische Pizza. Am „Kinderbuffet“ leider immer nur Pommes und Schnitzel hier hätten wir uns noch Nudeln mit separater Soße gewünscht. Auf Nachfrage habe wir dies auch bekommen. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen waren die Kinderhochstühle. Der Pool ist schön und auch der Kinderpool wie beschrieben mit Sonnensegel ausgestattet. Es waren jederzeit Liegen,Schirme und auch Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Rutschen hat uns auch viel Spaß gemacht. Die Anlage wird gepflegt. Einziger minus Punkt war der Hotel eigene Spielplatz der aufgrund von Erdwespen nicht genutzt werden konnte ( war nicht gesperrt aber uns war das Risiko zu groß ) das Hotel hat sich zwar bemüht konnte diese „Natur bedingte Katastrophe“ jedoch nicht beheben. Nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt gab es jedoch einen großen Spielplatz der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Außerdem gab es noch den indoor Spielbereich der auch einiges bieten konnte. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und der Abschied viel uns schwer. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen
