Very nice, modern hotel in Mestre, close to Venice Airport, which is why we stayed there. Other than the older, head clerk at the front desk, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea and Stefani in the bar/restaurant. Problem - no Hotel pickup service from large Mestre train station with un-helpful signage. We exited the wrong side of the station and, with all luggage, went looking for a taxi and ended up on the street in front of the 2-star Hotel Columbo, in an area with boarded up buildings. It was frightening. A call to the Quid front desk for an immediate pickup was met with "we don\'t call taxis for pickup at other places." Instead, we were told told to go into the Hotel Columbo and ask the clerk there to call us a taxi. It was getting dark, so we did that. Thankfully, the clerk there was a nice man and he recognized our plight and called us a taxi and we safely got out of there. No thanks to the older Quid front desk guy. To compound the problem, when we got to the Quid, he told us the restaurant was closed for a function, and directed us to a 10-minute walk to another restaurant. That walk led us into a desolate nearby, unlit area near the Quid so we just went back to the Quid Bar and had, of all things, cheeseburgers, which were very good.

Our hotel stay was ok. We arrived on a Sunday in August. Businesses close on a Sunday normally, as well as during the day for a few hours. Hotel only had small appetizers. I believe staff were on holiday. We were trying to find a restaurant as we were famished, and we eventually gave up and went to Burger King. No shutlle service. Nothing in walking distance. Room was ok. Staff was friendly.

Un 4 estrellas de verdad, ideal si viajas en coche y buscas evitar dormir en Venecia (caro, pequeños, si vas en coche dejalo a las afueras y paga parking) Este hotel está en Mestre (a la entrada de Venecia), bien conectado y muy cómodo si vienes con coche de un viaje más largo. Puedes llegar andando en 10 minutos a la estación de tren Mestre-Ospedale, o en 4 minutos en coche a la estación principal Venezia-Mestre. Desde cualquiera de las dos tienes acceso fácil a Venecia: En tren, tardas unos 10 minutos En autobús, unos 20 minutos Y el billete cuesta 1,50 € por trayecto y persona en ambos casos. El hotel es un auténtico 4 estrellas, moderno y funcional. Las habitaciones son amplias, con Smart TV, escritorio, buen baño y una zona extra para estiramientos o ejercicio (con colchoneta y fitball) en la misma habitación en mi caso al menos. Todo está muy limpio y bien mantenido. El desayuno es muy completo, variado y servido en una sala donde no estás apretado. En el lobby hay futbolín, billar y zonas de descanso. El personal de recepción es excelente: atentos, amables y con ganas de ayudar. Nos resolvieron todas las dudas sobre cómo movernos a Venecia con mucha claridad. En resumen, si no te importa no dormir en el centro histórico y buscas comodidad, buen precio y calidad, este hotel es una muy buena elección. Especialmente recomendable si estás haciendo ruta por Italia con coche.

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the last three years. We love the location. It is quiet, has plenty of onsite parking and just a short walk to the mall and train station. If you are planning to visit Venice then the best way in is the train. For just 1 Euro 50 you can hope on the train and three short stops later you are in the middle of all the action of Venice. The hotel room was beautiful. As well the hotel has a great restaurant and bar area. Manuel the bartender was awesome. Forretningsrejse. Super fint ophold på Voco. Fik et værelse på 9 sal. Stille og roligt hotel med god atmosfære. Jeg havde købt mad med i mit ophold og det var noget virkelig lækkert mad og et utroligt venligt og dejligt personale. Parkering lige udenfor gratis eller i parkeringskælderen 10 euro pr. nat. Kommer retur en anden gang.

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance to bus to take you to Venice. Staff was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Bought bus tickets at front desk. Room were spacious and extremely clean, included everything you need. Huge showers. Breakfast was really good and had something for everyone.

This hotel is basic, but has the potential to be a good hotel. However the rooms are a little dated, with the bathroom smelling mouldy and a considerable amount of visible mould in the shower. The service was also not great, withy is calling for room service at 7:30pm when the restaurant opened, after waiting over 1 hour, still no dinner! After enquiring, we find they have no record of our order!!! They did rush to get the order to us and did waive the 10 euro room service charge but the food was sadly not worth waiting for, very bland!

modern business hotel. Small rooms but comfortable. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. We used the hotel for 1 night so that we could arrive on time at Venice Marco Polo Airport in time for our flight back to the US. We arrived early and were able to take a taxi into Venice (Piazza Roma) and have dinner and return to the hotel. It5 was much more convenient for our purposes than staying in Venice itself.

Amazing staff! It was so nice to stay in large, modern rooms. We asked for one room for four and they gave us two connecting rooms, we were so comfortable! The room for four was more expensive than a single room for two, but not double the price. It was great value for what we paid! Breakfast was great and the lobby has a foosball machine my teenager girls loved. We would totally come back here again!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our 1 and a half month long Europe trip. The reception lady called Beatrice is rude and unhelpful. I asked her to get the room cleaned at 1pm on our second day of stay and she rolled her eyes to me. Unbelievable, Super rude and unprofessional!!!

The worst customer service I had ever seen they were not kindly , polite neither friendly they did not explain anything about the hotel amnesties just gave us the key and the time if the breakfast and that was it. We went to eat at the restaurant and the waiter told us we needed a reservation . We told him nobody told us anything. I won’t ever come back again.

This property is so beautiful and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If this is your first time in Venice, please keep in mind that this property is not close to the island. Although transportation is easy and cheap, I would have rather spent that 30ish minutes to Venice in Venice. If you want to stay in a new property and don't mind the commute, this is a great option for the price because when we were looking, all the newer properties in Venice were very expensive. We enjoyed our stay, nothing against the property just letting people know that it's not close if you're just coming here to visit the Islands in Venice.

not in center of town but close to a train stop and buss stop. walking distance from a mall and some restaurants. staff was great! they knew where and when for almost everything. we didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. There is a bar n grill just behind the hotel with a dance floor and DJ. kind of in a commercial area

Très bien situé pour traverser à Venise avec les transports en commun. Stationnement inclu très recherché. Très bonne indications à l’accueil et possibilité d’acheter la carte de transport directement à l’hôtel. Plutôt confortable mais chambre très petite. Au déjeuner beaucoup de variété mais aliments de qualité moyenne.

During our trip around several cities of northern Italy, this hotel was by far our favorite. We wished we had booked longer! Their pricing was amazing and quality was outstanding. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The high end dining was extremely affordable, convenient and one of the best meals of our trip. The bar was excellent, providing light snacks with our drinks. We used the game area to play pool while enjoying drinks. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and sleek. Everything was up to date. All staff members were friendly, helpful and seemed genuine! I have this property saved if we ever retuen to Venice!

Väldigt fint hotell! För oss var parkering a och o, och det var väldigt smidigt här. Taxi in till centrala Venedig kostade 35-40 eur och var väldigt smidigt. Väl i Venedig rekommenderar vi att ta en taxibåt istället för gondol, mycket billigare. God middag åt vi på hotellet.

Breakfast should start earlier maybe like 6 AM. My appointments had me leaving the hotel at 6:30 so I couldn’t access the included breakfast. The days I was able to have breakfast it was excellent but the other days they gave me a bag breakfast that was awful.
