Club Hotel

La peor habitación en mis 63 años de vida. El baño extremadamente sucio, bombillo quemado, luz del techo no funciona. Ceramico con juntas de moho, caso del water mugre, regadera con fuga de agua en conexion, mugre en sistema de extracción, toallas rotas, una sola conexión de eletricidad, las almohadas huelen a cabello sucio, espejos occidados, y animal en peinadora, lamparas de cabecera de cama no funcionan, internet demasiado lento. etc, etc ,etc

The beds were terrible. Literally 2 cots pushed together to make a double bed . So there were metal edges in the center of the bed !! Absolutely unbelievable uncomfortable! Air conditioner not working .

Not as described at all, no air conditioning we had to use a fan from reception, the bathroom was covered in mold on the ceiling and the tiles, shower was terrible and minimum lighting better getting a shower with your eyes closed, carpets were mucky and stained only decent thing was the bed as it was sleep-able , light on the headboard of the bed had zero cover and struggling for outlets , extension lead hanging down and roof next to entrance of the room was falling apart , definitely would not recommend

Animales insectos dentro de la habitacion, la calefaccion no funciona, eñ extratoe del baños demadoado sucio, no funciona, las toallas rotas, el internet no sirve. Etc , etc, etc.

hôtel bien desservi en bus pour rejoindre Venise, mais la climatisation - bruyante - est à revoir (éviter aussi une chambre sur la rue)

HORRIBLE !!! Si vous comptez vous hébergez dans cette alors alors attendez vous au pire ! Déjà d'entrée de jeu j'ai trouvé 2 insecte mais bon je me disais c'est pas grave...le pire c'est que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas ! Pire encore elle émet de l'aire chaud, en rentrant à la chambre je me sentais en four littéralement. Le lendemain je parle à la réception, il m'a dit qu'il allait parler au manager mais rien ne s'est passé ! Cela était dans tout l'hotel il m'a expliqué et non seulement dans une chambre particulière mais TOUT l'hotel. Je lui demandais de parler mais soit-disant il était absent, LE manager absent. Enfin, la dernière nuit je parle à la réception pour savoir s'il y a des nouvelles, le gars il me dit en anglais "it is what it is" quelques choses comme "à prendre ou à laisser" en français ! Une expérience très désagréable dans cette hotel ! fuyez

Hotellet bar preg av alder og klima virket ikke så det var som å ligge i en badstue. Vannkran i dusj defekt. Lå i 2 netter og var umulig å oppholde seg på rommet. Greit for en natt men da burde prisen være lavere. Her bør eier oppgradere.

Pros: -You literally cannot beat the price. (31€ for 1 night) -Good amount of space in the room. (108) -Comfy beds. -Thermostat vent did the job to heat up the room nicely during winter. -Private bathroom. -Clean -Friendly staff that speaks English. -Right next to a bus stop that takes you both to the main Venezia Islands, as well as Mestre downtown. -Decently close to stores and restaurants. Cons: -Staff does not speak Italian, in Italy. -Have to walk 2 blocks north, outside, very early in the morning, to an entirely different hotel, to get to the breakfast buffet. -Low quality power outlets (My phone charger did not fit properly) -Very low amount of shampoo and soap provided (for 1 night) -Shower is slightly cramped, and the water does not drain quick enough, you cannot have it open for a long period of time, otherwise it'll overflow and leak into the bathroom floor. Overall: Solid hotel very well deserving of it's 3* grading. Highly recommend if you want to visit Venezia and you're on a budget. Absolutely worth the price. No major complaints, only nitpicks.

Prima volta che trovo un hotel in queste condizioni, nessuna presa funzionante in camera, luci letto non funzionanti, camera e bagno vecchie e mal tenute soprattutto a livello igiene. Pessima esperienza

Este definitivamente no es un hotel de tres estrellas. Yo le daria media estrella a lo mucho. No es exageración. Habia chinches en la cama a montones. Si que habian puesto alguin quimico porque olia terriblemente fuerte hasta el punto que pensé que me iba a desmayar. Había moho y suciedad enblas paredes de la habitacion y el baño. Todo esta alfombrado y la alfombra estaba sucia y olía horrible. Me salí de la habitacion ese misma noche. Cuando me estaba yendo habia 3 personas mas que se estaban yendo, uno le habia hablado a la policia. La persona que estaba en recepcion no ayudaba si se responsabilizaba por nada. Hoteles.com intento hablar con el y les dio un nombre falso y no quizo dar el número del gerente del hotel ninel verdadero nombre del hotel. Tengan mucho cuidado! No esperaba lujos pero si limpieza.

Staff were kind and very helpful for the most part. Hotel itself is very out of date in terms of “amenities”. The AC is our room was also broken: told reception about it and they told us they would be up in 20 minutes… and hour and a half later (late at night that we kept waiting up for him) he came up to tell us he was only reception, confirmed it was broken, said he couldn’t do anything, and asked if it was old to leave. Property feels unsafe as you have to leave your key at the front desk. My dad took the key, left it with them and went for a walk while I stayed back in the room. A member of staff, in that time, knowing the room was “empty” entered the room without waiting to see if there was any answer - no apology either; they just left. I’m not naive enough to think that all hotels don’t have access to your room at any time. But it’s the way they are always aware of whether you are in the building or not that makes it feels unsafe. As for the condition of the property. Our room was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom wall (not ours), urine on the toilet seat (not ours) and just a general disgust when it came to the state of the bathroom. The bedroom was not much better with stains on the walls, horribly itchy blankets, and a TV about the size of my phone. The beds are not comfortable at all, you can feel the springs through the mattress. If you are looking for a place to put your head, it can do that. Easy to take public transit to Venice.

Horrible, la habitación muy sucia, las sábanas olian muy mal, al dia siguiente solicitamos a la chica de la limpieza y al personal de recepción cambiar las sabanas de la cama y no lo hicieron, incluso la cortina del baño estaba de un color sospechosamente amarillo, la habitación no estaba bien iluminada y detras del baño al tirar de la cadena goteaba mucha agua, todo un desastre.

Only box springs to sleep on, room was crowded with furniture and a portable a/c unit. Bathroom and shower cramped

The staff which service reception are absolutely lovely and accomadating. Only had a couple of issues, first was my balcony door would not fully close or indeed open as it was jammed a crack open when i arrived. My only other issue was the bathroom which although provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash, my singe room's bathroom did not have fully functional shower curtains and was very cramped. But for the price of the property and the accomodation and its location, it is worth its price.

The staff was helpful. The walls are paper thin and you could hear the neighbors talking through the walls. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable all you could feel is the bed springs.

The hotel is a bit ragged, and a bit out of the centre of Mestre. The beds were old and mattresses very worn. The two people we interacted on the front desk went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant with us. the courtyard with the trees was a very pleasant place to relax. the hotel was clean, very basic services

Local de fácil acesso para transporte público. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Limpeza e instalações do quarto precários, limpeza fraca e o mais o mais desconfortável foi a cama de casal, colocaram duas camas de solteiro de mola dobrável e dois colchões de tamanhos diferentes da cama.

Lovely staff. Clean and warm rooms with excellent transport links to the centre of Mestre and beyond. Perfect place to rest and unwind after a day exploring.Matthew.

Horrible, nunca se queden ahi, el olor de la habitacion a humedad, puedes obtener una enfermedad ahi, la cama tenia sangre y puedes sentir los resortes, oscuro no es seguro y la persona de en frente mal educada y odiosa. La locacion es mala no esta cerca del centro. No pierdas tu dinero ahi. Yo pague y busque otro lugar la misma noche porque era impossible dormir ahi.

It is convenient with a bus stop just outside the hotel. It is an average hotel in a quiet area

I could not sleep due to a terrible noise at night I left … I asked for a refund and it was not allowed It was their fault This place is far from the touristic Venezia During non rush hours it takes 40 minute to arrive to the touristic areas During rush hours one hour and more Mestre is not Venezia… it is a little town apart The place for one night with a car could work… no more

We spend a very wonderfull time, it was very conected whit all the bus stops to go to Venice and the súper market was very close as well

Raccomando questa struttura, rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando Venezia/Mestre, secondo me molto buono.. personale gentile e cordiale! sicuramente tornerò. Posizione ottima,dalla quale si può raggiungere in pochi minuti di bus la stazione e soprattutto molto più tranquilla e sicura rispetto ad altre zone di Mestre..

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Club Hotel übernachten, das sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Busbahnhof Venedig entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, aber die Einrichtung sieht wie ein Gasthaus aus und ist renovierungsbedürftig.

ホテルの問題というよりはヴェネツィア市行政の問題なのだが、メストレ駅からホテルまでバスで向かおうとしたら、インターネットで入手していたバス路線図と実際のバス路線が変わっていたため、どのバスがホテルに行くのか分からなくなってしまった。 やむなくスマートホンの地図アプリを頼りに数キロを歩く事にしたのだが、あと少しでホテルに辿り着けるところで道が地下道になっており、そこに当日降った雨水が溜まっていて通れなくなっていた。地図アプリで迂回路を探してどうにかホテルには辿り着けたが、非常にしんどい思いをした。 ホテルの近くには大きなスーパーが1軒あって食料品や日用品の買い物には困らないが、それ以外にレストランなどの店舗は無い。またホテルのすぐ前にバス停はあるがバスの切符を売っているタバッキ(タバコ屋)は無いので、メストレ駅で切符をまとめ買いする必要がある。
