It’s a nice older hotel in the main center of Alcala. It was warm outside but the air conditioner inside the room worked well. Parking can be a little confusing if you’re from out of town but there are some 24 hour parking lots about a quarter-mile away that I found at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely stay here again.

Quaint little old hotel in the middle of the most beautiful amazing historic square. While not the most modern facility (thin walls and a noisy elevator) we found it very comfortable and convenient— and the staff was terrific. Look for the storks on the rooftops around the square.

Location wonderful for everything and so pretty. Good access to trains to Madrid if needed too. Internet really bad, and not really much to watch in TV. Rooms are basic and rustic and overlooking the University. Showers OK but ‘compact’. If the internet is not an issue, then I would recommend this place. Service in cafeteria can be hit and miss but it is good value.

We stayed here Mar 13-Mar 26, 2025. This is a beautiful hotel in the very heart of Alcala De Henares Spain. The restaurant on site was a wonderful place for food and the service was amazing. Two of the staff went way above to make us feel warm and welcome. Manuele Maggio was a stand out along with Helena. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and a nice bathroom.

Lovely close to plaza and wonderful restaurants. The hotel it’s clean and very comfortable. Make sure you book the triple room. More space it’s worth it!

El hotel está en un marco inigualable, donde despertarse es un lujo. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y son cómodas. Las habitaciones igual el único pero que le pongo es el del ruido (al menos en la planta 1) aún así volvería a repetir!!

Hotel en muy buena zona céntrica y segura de Alcalá. Se sitúa en una zona de plaza con jardines peatonal muy tranquila. Van muchos grupos de jóvenes a una zona de césped y pasan las horas tranquilamente charlando. El hotel bastante limpio y la chica de recepción muy simpática, me dio algunos consejos para moverme. En la habitación eché en falta cepillo y pasta de dientes, la televisión no funcionaba (creo que era problema del cable de antena), la nevera no tiene fuerza y no enfría. Las habitaciones y el pasillo de fuera se escuchan muchísimo dentro de la habitación, por suerte no hubo mucho tránsito y di con “vecinos” tranquilos, pero cualquier tosido o paso se escuchaba como si se tratara de tu propia habitación. Pese a los aspectos a mejorar, volvería.

Cannot beat the location and the beautiful historic building. The staff are very friendly and on top of things. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the restaurant is amazing. My only negative is the noise level. You can hear absolutely everything outside and inside, even with earplugs. It was okay for a couple of nights but the sleep quality was quite poor.

This is a very charming hotel with lovely views of the Cisneriana University. Everyone is very nice, but I really love Estefania. She is very sweet and effective. I always come back to this hotel because I feel at home.

Great hotel in the very heart of Alcala. Older, historical building but kept up very nicely and comfortable. Right next to the university, the Plaza de Cervantes and the Calle Mayor. Location is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

En veldig koselig liten by, sjarmerende gater, fin gågate. Hotellet lå fint til rett ved en åpen plass og gågata, hvor det var fint å være både på ettermiddag og kveld. Mange restauranter å velge mellom. Koselig hotell, fin frokostsal, men litt begrenset matutvalg. De hadde likevel alt som trengs.
