The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was gone. They updated their website but expdia site said there was. That is the only reason I booked the hotel. Was really looking forward to it at the end of our three day drive

This property was under renovation during our stay, the room did not have table lamps and was missing chairs. Hot water was tepid and bathroom dated. I expected more for $200 Next to interstate traffic noise.

We stayed in a modest suit. For a suite, it was very small, but it was an actual suite (2 rooms) and it served its purpose. I found the musty smell of the room objectionable, but my wife was okay with the room, so I could live with it. The breakfast was pretty good for a little buffet in a small dining area. Everything was kept very clean and the property was otherwise in good condition.

We booked through Expedia so I think they gave us the room closest to the freeway, so a bit noisy. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a broken dresser drawer handle, so repored it. Breakfast was really good for a Best Western. The staff was friendly, set me up with a Best Western frequent stay number.

A lot of places to eat around and gas station. The hotel is very dated for sure and needs to be redone but kept clean to my surprise. Has a old ac smell in the halls which worried me when I first walked to my room but no smell in the rooms. Ac worked great. We got a suite, disappointed there was no couch like the pictures. No chairs for the kitchen table. I was there with my little ones, no issues with the stay otherwise. Very nice breakfast in the morning provided. Nice staff. I would stay there again.

we paid for a two day stay . After the first night , we came back for a second night and there was not any room service done. We needed two get our own fresh towels ,tissues , empty waste can. The quality control for the cleaning crew was absent.

When I checked in I was taken care of by Saida, She was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I stay here once or twice a month. I have been staying here for a couple years now. For the most part always felt with Martha at the front desk, who is absolutely amazing.
