Front desk staff was very helpful in arranging a room late at night (2 am check-in) when we arrived a day earlier than expected. I sleep in later than the 9 am breakfast cut-off, so I never got to eat other than what hubby brought back to the room. Cleaning staff came before we were ready to leave our room each day and didn't return after we were gone, so they never serviced our room for the 4 nights we stayed, which was disappointing. Parking was convenient. Room was quiet, although this might have been because there were only a handful of other guests while we were there. It looked like the swimming pool was drained and unusable when we were there. Convenient location near restaurants and a major grocery store. OK overall, but check before booking if you want a pool, and recognize that breakfast ends pretty early.

Terrible it wasn’t clean, we had to ask for towels cause they don’t clean unless you ask. We had go down and ask for clean towels and wash towels. Mildew in the bathroom. Swimming pool bugs everywhere in the water and flying on us Just very disappointed would not stay again.

Three times on different days, the front desk was notified that children were running around the hallways at midnight, and they did nothing, claiming that everything is normal unless it's past 1 AM. Not everyone who stays there is going to enjoy the pool as an extraordinarily good thing. We're going to work from 6 AM to 8-9 PM, and they don't care.

Staff at front desk were very nice. First room smelled like smoke. Second room smelled like smoke. They offered the only other double they had vacant, but we didnt want to move. The top cover had cig holes. Parts of the room could have been cleaner. Plus when we turned on lights at night and there was the friendly cockroaches that live there.. that was enough. Again staff was very nice. Conditions of hotel need improvement. Housekeeping should be able to smell the smoke and do as much deep cleaning as possible. Some guests are highly allergic to the smoke. The rooms shouldnt be rented until that and the hotel bombed for cockroaches. They arent just in one room. Room next to us seemed to be ones that lived there full time and also had some drugs or extra curricular activities going on.

The employees where very nice and fast to get problems solved. The second floor had a fowl smell in the hall way the leaked in to the room. House keeping could have been better. Allbthe lamps werr unplugged. Sobwe had to pull the bed out to find a plug and found a random shirt that did not belong to us so i left it there and scooted the bed back. Over all it was a decent stay

We killed 14 large cockroaches in the first 20 minutes of being there. I think too many people live at hotels anymore. Not real clean but tolerable. Hate to know how many roaches were crawling on us while we were asleep. Told front desk about it the next morning and they couldn't refund anything because it was paid with a card. I don't suggest staying here.

Try to get the suite. Room 114. Larger than my first apartment. Strong shower with adjustable head, (massage function). Super hot water. Had to dial it way back. Kitchen, dining area, living area, two couches. Absolutely no complaints.

The staff greeted me and was very kind. They already had my paper to sign and key card ready. That was very really convenient. We got right in. I would say that there are areas in the room that could get a little updated or painted, but for the price, I really can’t complain. We are still appreciative.

Breakfast was exactly the same each morning, make your own waffles and stale cerial. One bed was lower than the other and was uncomfortable. Getting fresh towels was like pulling teeth...like they didn't have enough towels to go around. The bathroom had a pocket door, and my kids needed help opening and closing it because it would stick. There was only a walk in shower, no bath tub. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at.
