My Place hotel is a great budget friendly hotel that allows a family to save on money while traveling and not having to sacrifice cleanliness or comfort. From the start the check in staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room included a nice add on kitchen with a full fridge and hot plate for longer stay guests. The beds were comfortable (one was a little squeaky) and the bathroom was clean. My Place is for people who are just looking to save money and not have to pay for all the extras that other hotels have to include in the rate fee to maintain their property like the pool. There was no included breakfast but had to option to add on a drop-off simple breakfast. Overall if needed and visiting the area again we would definitely consider this hotel again. It is also convenient in location to many restaurants and tourist locations.

Stayed for the night. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We had a full kitchenet which would be perfect for anyone needing to stay multiple nights. The front desk staff was very friendly. Shay made our night great and answered all the questions we had. Was very impressed with her service. My only cons for this hotel is pretty much things they already mention. Their amenities arent great, no pool, no gym, no breakfast which is odd to me as an extended stay hotel...these are the only things that wouldn't make me book with them again if i was staying longer..the two hotels next to this one have all of those thinfs that would make stayinf multiple nights better. Also the elevator may need serviced as the door tried to shut on us 2x while standing in the doorway. Other than thay our stay was pleasent and i would reccomend.

This a a great no frills hotel. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. There is no swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room-no breakfast served. All of those things do not matter to me. Great price. Access to restaurants etc close by. I have stayed here twice! This is very near to Trinity Unity Point Hospital.

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. The price was very reasonable and the hotel itself was very accommodating; clean, well-maintained, comfortable rooms and in-room amenities were most helpful and convenient (mini stove, sink, full size frig, small table w/2 chairs). We would definelty recommend and plan on utilizing in the near future. NOTE: There is no pool available (not that we needed) but for some folks, this could be a setback. Otherwise, it's in an area with many restaurants, shopping, etc. Staffing was very nice and respectful as well.

This was the cleanest hotel I have EVER stayed in. I even checked the top of the picture frames I was so amazed at how clean it was. They also had the best sheets and I’m a sheet snob. Very comfortable room and a good price. Will definitely stay again. The front desk staff was very nice as well.

The disappointing thing was that, although the promo pictures showed a cook top, microwave, large refrigerator, and even dish soap, there wasn't a single dish, plate, pan, or article of silverware anywhere in the room. It was fine for our 2 night stay, but would have appreciated if it had been stocked with some basic kitchen items.

This was by far my favorite stay on our cross-country trip. The room is almost like a studio apartment. We had a queen room with a recliner, the kitchenette featured a full sized fridge/freezer with an ice machine, as well as a two burner stovetop. In the lobby you can purchase snacks and other travel necessities. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay if you're wanting to explore the Davenport area.

First time staying with this hotel chain. Spacious, clean room and bathroom with a full size fridge, microwave and stove. Comfortable bed, quiet, secure. Very reasonably priced. We will be looking specifically for a My Place hotel next time we travel. Excellent!

Overall, an excellent location and accommodation for a short-term stay. My stay was (1) night in an essentially a studio apt. Nice and big even for a couple. Two complaints, the recliner was a bit musky and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall, a good value and worked well for my needs.

This is the 2nd time me and my fiancé have stayed at this property. And it did not disappoint again. The staff are amazing!!! They are so kind and helpful with anything that you need. The room was clean, the bed sheets and pillow cases were nice and crisp and smelled good too. The pillows are awesome, I don’t steal, but I was about to take a couple of the pillows with me, LOL. I can’t say a bad thing about My Place. The name of the hotel is exactly how they make you feel, like it’s your place!!! Love it!!!

Kylie was incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. She was also very proud of the hotel and the company, which made me feel like she was truly invested in her job (which she obviously loves). As always, this location of My Place Hotel was immaculate and very comfortable.

Kylie the check in manager , help me change my check in dates with Expedia thru phone calls to Expedia . She didn’t have to do that but she took time out of her shift to help me out . My place hotel in Davenport is my go to, every time I’m in Davenport . Staff is friendly. I’m in that area once every other week for work . Great place !!

My Place was very clean and quiet. There were restaurants close by. The area is packed with businesses and hotels so, although there is a sidewalk by the road, it isn’t very walkable. Breakfast is not included although there is an option for a frozen breakfast to be delivered to your room the night before for a fee. There is a small kitchenette but plastic utensils and dishes are not part of the room and are available only for a fee also.
