Great hotel. Very pretty and striking, and has parking and a tasty breakfast. It’s a ways out of the middle of the city, though, which I would say was its only flaw. (If you’re staying because of tge ECJ or convention center, it’s perfect) It would’ve been a solid 5/5 experience except for the location - as is I’ll call it 4.5/5.

Hadde 2 overnattinger og beliggenheten var veldig bra. Hoppet på gratis trikk og 3 stopp så var vi midt i gryten. Hotellet var helt topp. Rommene var helt magiske, og betjeningen så behjelpelige. Parkeringen enkel i kjelleren. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake. Jeg bor på hotel ca 200 netter hvert år, men dette er noe av det bedre jeg har opplevd. Meget høy standard.

Nettes, freundliches Personal, die bei jeder Frage/Anliegen helfen konnten. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Wir persönlich fanden die Matratzen des Bettes zu weich, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört.

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. J'ai été tred bien accueilli. Ils sont aux petits soins. Côté chambre, celle-ci était spacieuse et grande. J'ai apprécié la gamme de produits Balmain mis à disposition pour faire sa toilette. J'ai aussi aimé le design des chambres et le lit qui était confortable. Je recommande.

The staff (particularly in the reception) were very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way! The only downside was the breakfast with the scrambled eggs that looked like a bowl of soup - as if they weren't even cooked at all. No surprise that no one was eating them. No cooked eggs seemed to be available.
