The room was clean, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the heatwave. The hot water wasn’t working in our original room, but the staff promptly moved us to another room, so the issue was resolved and didn’t affect our stay too much. The view from the balcony was beautiful and had a really Parisian feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with plenty of halal restaurants within walking distance. The metro station is only a one-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. We also felt safe walking around the area at night, which was a big plus.

Would have been great value for money and a good stay if everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the entire hotel had a power cut from around 3am until check out which meant the room was hot and we could not charge our phones, use the kettle, hair dryer, or coffee machine etc. There was no active communication from the hotel and we were worried to leave our room in case we could not tap back in with our key card. The lift was also not working. One of us walked downstairs to ask if late check out was possible given the circumstances but this was denied. After we left, we messaged the hotel, it has been over a week but they never responded.
