If you are travelling in cold weather I recommend to not choose this hotel. Their heating is not working my wife got cold in this hotel and the staff will not give you small heater as well. There is no working elevator! If you have heavy bags it would be really hard going up 3-4 levels of tiny stairs. There is no hand washing liquid or soap, no toothpaste or toothbrush, if you booked this hotel prepare to bring everything with yourself except the bed and TV. The fridge is empty not even water. I hope it helps next travellers to have normal trip at least. I booked another 2days with another hotel slightly less price and it’s got everything that I mentioned.

Room was bit small but nothing terrible. Employees were all kind and friendly. I left my bags for 3hrs after check out and it was perfect for rest of my trip. Elevator was small but it’s Paris thing. Location was 6-7km departed from center of Paris but alright level with Uber and metro. If i come to Paris with tight budget again, i will check availability of this hotel.

Le séjour a été horrible. La douche était bouché, les draps avec des taches et la house trouée. Sur les murs encore des insectes écrasés. Et pour couronner le tout l’isolation phonique inexistante. Résultat on ne dort pas de la nuit car on entend les autres résidents de l’hôtel comme s’ils étaient dans la même chambre. A fuir !

The room had visible dust and dirt on the floors, and in corners, my phone fell under the bed and when I retrieved it was covered with dust. I stayed 3 nights and by the third night I was so disgusted by the condition of the room I couldn’t check out fast enough! And also the rooms are TINY, but my bad for not paying close attention to the size description before booking but it was just ridiculously small. I honestly don’t know how this is even a 3 star hotel it should be 2 star.

This property was very nice and clean. Room was a bit small, but I didn’t mind as I was traveling alone, it was everything I needed. There are some stores within the walking distance if you need to buy things like water or food. The staff was very friendly.

Duvet cover has stain and hole , told receptionist, they didn't change. Room is very small for two person. Only give one cup and one bath towel for two person. And one time left a key on my room door, don't know why? Who responsible if I lost something?

Ventilationen var äcklig och dammig, och det luktade rök i rummet. Städningen var undermålig. Rummet gjordes inte ens rent och vi fick inga nya handdukar. Ljudnivån var fruktansvärd. Man hör allt utanför rummet och vi fick dessutom ett rum nära hissen som lät förjävligt. Golvet knakar, kylskåpet fungerade inte och duschen var kall. Kudden var vidrig. Den bestod av bomull och vadd som var grön och möglig, och trots detta hade hotellet bara lagt på ett örngott som om det skulle vara acceptabelt. Sammantaget en mycket dålig upplevelse. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell och kommer definitivt inte tillbaka.

This hotel is very clean. It is an extremely small hotel and that includes the room. The bathroom bearly fits one person. We stayed one night so it was fine. It is in a residential area so not many touristy things to do. Had to take the metro (about 8 blocks) to go anywhere we wanted. About 30 mins to CDG. Our biggest complaint was no air conditioning, it was hot and opening the windows caused mosquitos to come in. We asked for a fan and they did not have one. They were very nice but no actual amenities like ice, however there was a safe and mini fridge.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. It was the cheapest place outside of the city but was not worth paying for. Room was constantly boiling hot and was even hotter than outside, barely able to sleep in, no fans or air conditioner but the staff in the lobby had an air con and fan running for their convenience. When asked for a small fan they told us a flat out no and it seemed like it was a common question. Would not recommend for anyone staying during summer, the weather was only 28-32 degrees during our stay.

The front desk gentleman tried to make us use a debit card. We kept telling them it was a credit card. The fact that a lot of Parisian hotels do not have air conditioning is a problem. And we thought this one had one. It wasn’t bad for me because I travel with a portable fan, but my family sweat all night. We could have paid a little more and went to a hotel that was a chain that I knew had air conditioner, but that was vetoed by my family and they could’ve brought a fan as well so there’s that. But we picked the hotel because in one review someone said that they now had air conditioning that is false. MOST LOCAL PARIS HOTELS DO NOT HAVE AC! Also, FYI, if you use small face cloths, Paris hotels do not offer those either bring your own.

This hotel was good for a few night stay. The neighbourhood was nice, walkable to restaurants, the metro and close to an elementary school. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and were available 24/7. However, the room itself was very small, it was hard for 2 people to move around. The bathroom door was just a sliding door and there was a space between the sliding door and the wall so you could see into the room/bathroom on the sides which was strange. The fitted sheet was a little yellowed so we ended up sleeping on top of the flat sheet. It also could get a little noisy and we could hear the neighbours and cleaning staff in the hallway/other rooms. Despite these things, the hotel overall was completely fine for a few nights in Paris!

La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, rien à redire sur ce point. En revanche, l’isolation phonique est vraiment insuffisante : on entendait les valises rouler dans le couloir, le bruit de l’ascenseur jusqu'a 2h du matin qui reprend dès 6h, ainsi que le personnel de l’accueil écouter la radio. Les bruits provenant de la chambre du dessus étaient également très présents (chocs, pas, etc...).Cette chambre ne devrait pas etre louée on a l'impression de dormir dans le couloir. Too expensive for this kind of property. The rooms were really cramped. not much place to keep your stuff. If you have big suitcases, good luck. However, the staff were excellent. Hotel breakfas has limited options, its better to have breakfast elsewhere. At that steep price you would expect at least free breakfast.

Hôtel de ville, chambre petite sans climatisation ou ventilation possible. (chambre Italie) La salle de bain est minuscule (rugbyman), porte de douche qui ferme pas complètement, la pomme de douche est bouchée à de multiple endroit, ce qui fait que les jets sortant dans les trous dispo, sont ultra fin et piquant. Pas agréable et loin d'être relaxant la douche. Prochain besoin hôtelier dans ce secteur, se fera dans un autre hôtel.

Dieses kleine Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtip. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer immer sauber, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig, wobei der Frühstücksraum nie laut und überfüllt ist wie in anderen Hotels.Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris ist dieses Hotel wieder meine erste Wahl.

Sûrement la plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai eu à Paris depuis longtemps. Chambre au RDC (soi-disant la dernière chambre disponible alors que j'avais réservé en avance) juste à côté de l'ascenseur. Extrêmement mal isolée : on entend absolument toutes les conversations, les allers-retours des autres occupants, les vidéos du gardien de nuit, l'eau, les wc...Rideau qui n'occulte pas complètement la fenêtre...bref un vrai calvaire. Chambre à destination des personnes à mobilité réduite : le miroir est très bas. Note pour l'hôtel : les personnes à mobilité réduite ne sont pas toutes en fauteuil roulant. Un miroir plus grand en hauteur permettrait de répondre aux besoins de toutes les personnes que vous installez dans cette chambre. Toutefois, personnes de l'accueil très sympathiques. Petit dej ok pour 10€.

Séjour OK. L'hôtel n'a rien d'exceptionnel mais rien d'horrible non plus. Le personnel est très agréable et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est par contre pauvre et avec certains produits un peu limites (comme la charcuterie) et la salle de bain mérite clairement une rénovation ; la douche marchait à moitié dans ma chambre et n'était même pas chaude le premier jour ! Quant à la chambre, la température y était chaude sans aucune raison mais cela se resolvait assez facilement en ouvrant la fenêtre (aucun radiateur n'était allumé et il faisait à peine 10 degrés dehors donc mystère...)
