What an amazing hotel! The staff were amazingly exceptional and wanted to accommodate however they could. My kids and I loved the huge swimming pool- water was comfortable not too cold at all! They also had cornhole activities and a basketball court. Full size bath products available in our suite made it so convenient. Nice happy hour in the evening the night we went as well as a great breakfast the only thing is that it closes at 9 am which is too early in my opinion. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Great breakfast every day. Friendly staff and very nice rooms, especially with the little kitchen. We had space and felt comfortable. Also, the pool was warm, relaxing, and not crowded.

We did not have a good experience. We only stayed one night while we were in town to go to the theater. When we returned and went to get in the bed there were live bugs under the pillows in our king suite. We were told there were unable to move us because our reservation was for a king suite and there were no other king suites available. So all 4 of us attempted to sleep on the pull out sofa bed in the other room. When we went down to get coffee after a sleepless night there was no creamer. When we asked the manager on duty for some coffee creamer she brought us 3. When then asked if we could have more for our 4 cups of coffee and she brought 3 more with a heavy dose of attitude. When we told her about the bugs and showed her pictures, we were informed there was nothing she could do since we booked thru a 3rd party. So no, I would no recommend staying here. The experience all around was not a pleasant one.

Customer service was good. Room space was good enough for 4 people. Breakfast was good, there’s some room to improve. Beds & mattresses were just fine, they were a little noisy! Not sure if it's doable or not, or how, but Hotel management need to do something on not allowing people to vape or weed inside the building or their rooms. You could smell it easily in some hallways and also during the night even in my room unfortunately!

Hotel Stay Review Upon arrival, I appreciated the ample parking and smooth check-in process. The front desk staff were very nice and efficient, which made for a great first impression. However, when I got to the room, I was shocked—it hadn’t been cleaned and looked like it had recently been used. There were pizza boxes and overflowing trash in the kitchen, dirty towels on the floor, and an unmade bed that clearly had been slept in. I was worried someone else might still be in the room. I immediately called the front desk and went back down. Unfortunately, they had no other king rooms available, which we had originally reserved. We were given a double queen room instead. It was clean and decent, but the smaller beds meant we had to sleep separately, which was not ideal. The next morning, breakfast was good and check-out was just as easy as check-in. I was told I would be compensated with reward points for the inconvenience, but I had to leave early for the Capitol and never received any follow-up, so I’m unsure if that ever happened. If it weren’t for the issue with the dirty room and the downgrade, this would’ve been a great stay. The staff were professional, but management needs to improve housekeeping oversight and room readiness.

The refrigerator was very load, something was very wrong. I thought about unplugging it. Also there must have been a soccer tournament in town because kids were running up and down the hallway for two nights.

Very loud people in room above us. Was kept up 2plus hours of our final night. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Hotel did offer Hilton Honors points which we accepted because purely exhausted and didn’t want to argue. Should have asked for partial refund.

Great accommodations. Not fancy, but very functional and practical for a trip down with family. Central location to downtown, the domain and northern Austin like Georgetown. Having a separate living room from the bedroom with a toddler & dog is nice. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Out suite fit 6 comfortably, and everything was clean throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was more than a basic continental breakfast. 15 minutes from the Domain and 20 from West Campus. We’ll be back.

The stay could not have been worse, as there was no stay at all. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were full. Yes, apparently, you can get bumped from an hotel. They sent me to another hotel, quite substandard, where for three nights I was listening to gurgling toilets and a roaring freeway. Buyer, beware: with this hotel you might not get the very room you reserved and paid for. At all.

Front desk staff is very rude and dishonest. Female that checked me in on 4/4 failed to mention that the room that I booked and PREPAID was unavailable. When we went back to front desk, she advised us at that time that if you book through Expedia you are not guaranteed the room that you selected and that they are only required to provide you with a room. Expedia called front desk and the black guy advised Expedia that we were advised this when we checked in. The room given was a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower right by the back door. We explained to them repeatedly that we had a younger child and needed a bathtub. They could care less. We asked for a manager and were told there was not one and we were given a card with the managers number that RINGS BACK TO THE FRONT DESK. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have always booked Homewood through Expedia and have always been given what I paid for. This is the WORST Homewood. Never again. I wish I could give them zero stars!!

Conveniently located in North Austin, close to I-35, grocery, and coffee. Comfortable stay, great showers, big room. I think the walls and floors are a bit "thin" compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was fine, your typical fare at this type of level hotel. I would stay here again but probably would look to try others first.

Overall it’s a nice facility, clean and quiet. Not much is within walking distance given that it’s right off i35. This is especially awkward since they don’t have a lounge/restaurant to stay in, but the suite we stayed in had a small kitchenette with dishes/cutlery etc. Like everywhere, prices were massively over market for the Grand Prix weekend. 2 of the 3 car chargers were laying on the ground with damaged heads, leaving only one that was usable.

The rooms were nice with a full kitchen. I love that the beds are behind a door separating the beds from the kitchen/living room area. 12PM check out is also awesome. I didn't like the breakfast options :( Very limited choices and too little food for the amount of people lined up ready to eat.
