The staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Hotel seems very new and clean. Should try the spa and the massage, these are very good. Walking distance to old town, the street seems quite safe.

Really nice apartments. Good quality mod cons. Cleanliness is good but could be a little better, found quite a few hairs in the bathroom and bedroom, and a child’s sock under one radiator. Rooms are cleaned daily. Locations is pretty good, walkable distances or accessible to trams. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The apartments and Hotel Mosaic are not very accessibility -friendly. Many stairs to get up to the apartments (there is then a lift). Stairs in the hotel, no ramp. Doors quite narrow for prams and wheelchairs. But would stay again and would recommend.

Awesome room. You get a full two apartment. Separate bedroom with a door and TV in there. Kitchen with dishwasher. Even a washing machine. Beautifully decorated. Great area. Adjacent and coordinated through the Mosaic Hotel, so you get best of both worlds. A full separate apartment and hotel affiliation for restaurants, etc. ONLY issue is you do need to bring your luggage manually up one flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. This place is a great deal for the price of a regular room. It is like having a full resort suite at a regular room price.

Zu Fuß erreicht man jede Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.. Die berühmte Einkaufsstraße ist ca. 15 min entfernt.. Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwer zu finden. Ich fand nämlich keins im Hotel.. Man sollte daher lange vorher reservieren. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze auf der Straßenseite für 400 CZK und 600 CZK im geschlossen Parkhaus. Die Einfahrt ist ziemlich eng (2m Breit). Tipp: Ladet die App Citymove runter und sucht nach günstigen Parkzonen (ab 20 CZK/h). Vorsicht! Parkdauer beachten (max. 12h). Kennzeichen eingeben und die Parkdauer jederzeit ändern/verlängern. Alternativ gibt es „Mr. Parkit“ (Web-Browser) indem man das Fahrzeug den ganzen Tag abstellen kann. Zu letzt: Rechnungen/Trinkgeld nicht in Euro bezahlen..!

Amazing place in a very good location. Staff is super friendly, communication efficient and easy! Apartments are very spacious, well maintained and super clean! I also visited a private spa during my stay and I loved it! The cafe is also great with the selection of sweet cakes, good coffee and other drinks. Overall, 10 out of 10 for me!! Thank you.

Apartment was lovely. We really needed to do laundry and the washer worked well. Parking for check in was a bit of a pain but once checked in hotel parking was great

Wonderful location. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A washing machine is a plus, but no dryer. Racking the clothing is enough to dry them overnight. Good breakfast buffet at the sister hotel across the road. Only down points is parking. I had to park at the nearby Central Parking Prague about 4 mins away. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to haul them from the checkin hotel and walk across cobblestones (will kill the wheels) and up a small flight of steps at the apartment.

We absolutely loved everything about the Moo apartment. It was elegant, beautiful and spacious and the cow ornaments throughout the building made us smile every time. Location was perfect and an easy walk to main attractions. The building itself was incredibly beautiful with great shopping and restaurants around. The beer garden U Fleku just steps way had live music which we enjoyed on our first evening. There is also a cute charm store where you can make your own bracelet or chain with cute charms as mementos of your trip. La Silueta store was also a great stop where I purchased a beautiful bag. The apartments are serviced by the Mosaic hotel with great amenities to enjoy such as a spa. Staying here made our trip more special. We loved coming back every night.

Our second time here - just as good as the first. Large apartment with separate lounge. Great facilities - cooking dishwasher, air-con. Great location and very clean and comfortable, The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The QQ restaurant in the Mosiac hotel (Which is part of the same complex) is also fantastic. We'll come back.

Just returned from a long weekend and the accommodation was excellent! Great value for money, clean and the location was excellent. Mooo Downtown apartment was fantastic. The apartment was in a great location just a short walk from the river and on a street with great restaurants and bars away from the tourist trap places. Our apartment was a one bedroom which was roomy, well equipped apartment which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We slept so well. The staff in the sister Mosaic hotel were very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Prague and so we had no idea which area to book or whether to book an apartment or a hotel but I'm so glad we booked Mooo Downtown and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Prague.

We enjoyed our stay. We had minimal issues , and they did come to our room right away to check. The living room is a bit warm since the AC is in the bedroom, thankfully they had electric fan so it didn’t bother my son much. When we checked in , they already made the bed in the living room for my son which is great. I did see a used clothing left from previous guest on the floor inside the shopping bag next to my son’s bed. I didn’t call to tell them ( I didn’t see any point ) . We did call them twice for water heater and AC , they were there immediately 👏. To go to the apartment you have to check in across the street (Mosaic) and get your key to get inside the apartment bldg. You also have to navigate a flight of stairs before you reach to the elevator, it’s a little inconvenient especially if your luggage is very heavy. The shower area is a little bit tight. Other than that all went well and we enjoyed our stay. We were not in the apartment much since we are always out. One thing I think would be great is if they can make the breakfast a little bit earlier ( instead of 7:30AM) , it’s good for those who have pre-arranged tours that starts early. Most of the European country we visited they were open at 6:30AM.

보여지는 사진보다 객실이 몇 배는 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 위치나 객실 안이나 전체 건물이나 이보다 더 좋을 순 없습니다. 직원분들은 너무 친절했고 숙소 안에도 더 이상 깨끗하게 할 수 없을 정도로 깨끗했어요. 스위트 룸인 줄 알았습니다. 모든 요청사항도 바로바로 응해줬고 객실 안의 어메니티도 최고였습니다. 캐리어도 비행시간 전까지 보관해 주셨습니다. 보안도 철저하여 걱정이 없었습니다. 우리는 3명 머무를 객실을 신청했는데 방 2개 욕실 2개 화장실 3개였습니다. 다음 프라에 올 일이 있으면 무조건 이후이 호텔에 머무를 예정입니다.

Check in online was easy and made arrival very smooth. The entrance hall to the apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The apartment itself was modern and clean throughout with everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable and a great shower. Arrival bottle of prosecco, another on New Year's Eve and chocolates on checking out were lovely touches

We loved the MOOo Downtown!! The apartment was great and spacious. The location was amazing and easy to get to everything. If I had one concern, it was that housekeeping did a poor job with the floors. They did not seem to be swept or vacuumed. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was spacious, clean, quiet, and very well located with easy walking distance to tram stops and a metro stop. It is one tram stop away from the main shopping street. The staff was excellent to work with. The only negative is that the shower is a little small and we couldn't get the rain shower head to work while the hand wand holder was too low to shower easily only using it.

Really a cool apartment. Very large for European standards. Trolley stop right outside made getting around easy. Check-in process was great at the adjacent hotel since these apartments are standalone from the hotel. Would come back in a heartbeat.

With triple glazing and aircon this city centre apartment was super quiet and everywhere was only a 20 minute walk away along some of the most beautiful streets in Europe. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The apartment was newly fitted out in contemporary style and was very comfortable although as usual the sofa bed was quite hard.

Vi hadde veldig flotte dager i leiligheten som var over all forventning. Flott leilighet og beliggenhet. En skjult perle med egen terrasse godt skjult midt i en travel storby. Fantastisk utsikt. Det eneste vi kan si var et minus var at ac var støyende.

The apartment was fully outfitted with everything we needed and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Furnishings were modern and clean. Air conditioning worked great!! Bathrooms were luxurious and, although we didn't use it, the kitchen/dining area was really lovely, too.

Communication from the hotel was excellent and we were able to arrange an airport transfer in advance. The driver was amazing and gave us a warm welcome off our delayed flight. Check in was easy and the apartment was great.. very well equipped. Comfy bed, great shower, even a dishwasher and washing machine. Location was perfect. Lots of options to eat and drink nearby and a 15min walk to the old town. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re staying in Prague.

We stated at MOOOo Downtown for three nights. Overall, the entire experience was charming. A cute apartment in Old Town—it was clean, and felt quite safe. A few things—this property is not handicapped accessible, with the elevator only reachable after climbing some stairs. Pay attention to the check in instructions! I didn’t and had a hard time (you check in at the mosaic). While overall, clean, housekeeping did not show up after our second night 😐 All in all, almost a 5-star.

Everything was super. The penthouse was stunning and also the service was absolutely pro and excellent. The airport pick up & ride service was great and cheaper than uber, the driver was waiting for us with holding the sign my name on right infront of the exit, it was easy for a first time visitor. Stay was super satisfaction. Thank you and i will definitely stay here again when I will visit Prague again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had minimal issues , and they did come to our room right away to check. The living room is a bit warm since the AC is in the bedroom, thankfully they had electric fan so it didn’t bother my son much. When we checked in , they already made the bed in the living room for my son which is great. I did see a used clothing left from previous guest on the floor inside the shopping bag next to my son’s bed. I didn’t call to tell them ( I didn’t see any point ) . We did call them twice for water heater and AC , they were there immediately 👏. To go to the apartment you have to check in across the street (Mosaic) and get your key to get inside the apartment bldg. You also have to navigate a flight of stairs before you reach to the elevator, it’s a little inconvenient especially if your luggage is very heavy. The shower area is a little bit tight. Other than that all went well and we enjoyed our stay. We were not in the apartment much since we are always out. One thing I think would be great is if they can make the breakfast a little bit earlier ( instead of 7:30AM) , it’s good for those who have pre-arranged tours that starts early. Most of the European country we visited they were open at 6:30AM.

We highly recommend these apartments. So clean, comfortable , stylish. Beautiful building, well thought out from the front door to the apartment. There really is nothing bad to say. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely surprise of processco for my husbands birthday. We walked to everywhere from the apartment but you were also only a few minouts from tram stops, and about 5-10 minutes from a metro stop. Perfect location in a beautiful city xxx

Check in online was easy and made arrival very smooth. The entrance hall to the apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The apartment itself was modern and clean throughout with everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable and a great shower. This is a lovely place! Very courteous and helpful desk service. It is within walking distance to the main attractions if you enjoy walking in such a beautiful city, but also the tram passing in front takes you to the main train station, the metro B is a few blocks away, and many other trams pass one block away. The dining options around are great and there are a couple of good supermarkets around the corner. The decor of our apartment was wonderful, and the bathroom was luxurious. We are coming back!

We absolutely loved everything about the Moo apartment. It was elegant, beautiful and spacious and the cow ornaments throughout the building made us smile every time. Location was perfect and an easy walk to main attractions. The building itself was incredibly beautiful with great shopping and restaurants around. The beer garden U Fleku just steps way had live music which we enjoyed on our first evening. There is also a cute charm store where you can make your own bracelet or chain with cute charms as mementos of your trip. La Silueta store was also a great stop where I purchased a beautiful bag. The apartments are serviced by the Mosaic hotel with great amenities to enjoy such as a spa. Staying here made our trip more special. We loved coming back every night.

The MOOo Downtown was a neat spot. The accomodations were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The managing staff was helpful and cheerful. The morning breakfasts were great with an unbelievable variety of delicious, substantical food.

Nok det bedste hotel/ apartment jeg har boet på. Vi havde booket en lejlighed med seperat soveværelse. Vi fik en virkelig smuk og stilfuld lejlighed med en meget smuk udsigt til Prags tage og solnedgang. Der var også en lille balkon til. Lejligheden manglede ingenting og der blev gjort rent hver dag, hvilket vi ikke havde regnet med. Dertil kunne vi for få penge tilkøbe en lækker morgenmad på nabohotellet. Der var lidt problemet med airconditioning, men hotellet håndterede det meget meget fint og tilfredstillende for os. Fra start til slut var det et perfekt ophold og et sted vi meget gerne vil anbefale.
Nok det bedste hotel/ apartment jeg har boet på. Vi havde booket en lejlighed med seperat soveværelse. Vi fik en virkelig smuk og stilfuld lejlighed med en meget smuk udsigt til Prags tage og solnedgang. Der var også en lille balkon til. Lejligheden manglede ingenting og der blev gjort rent hver dag, hvilket vi ikke havde regnet med. Dertil kunne vi for få penge tilkøbe en lækker morgenmad på nabohotellet. Der var lidt problemet med airconditioning, men hotellet håndterede det meget meget fint og tilfredstillende for os. We loved it so much in Sept ‘24 that we returned in May ‘25. Even got the same apartment. Our only complaint is we couldn’t book more than 8 nights. We’d have stayed longer if we could have😊 Charming building in a great location, not especially touristy but still easy walking distance to everything, even Vyšehrad (1.3 miles) or the Castle (1.5 miles) if you’re up for it. If not, Tram station is less than a block away + lots more tram lines + metro station only a couple blocks away at Karlovo Náměsti. Literally a few steps outside are a bakery/cafe and a poké place; within 2-3 blocks you’ll find Czech food, Asian fusion, Italian, BBQ, a pizza/kebab place and a pretty decent supermarket (w/self checkout w/ English option). Tired but still want some great people watching? Grab an outdoor seat at the poke place and watch people stopping by to photograph Umbrella Man. Need solitude? Mosaic House across the street has a lovely little tea garden that offers a koi pond and tranquility. The apartment itself is plenty big enough for two with lots of closet space, newer bathroom (rainfall shower head + great water pressure,) and on our more recent stay, a washing machine was a nice surprise (no dryer but has wire rack and iron). Kitchenette had everything promised in the description. It is also the only aparthotel I’ve been to that has daily housekeeping! Bottom line, we feel like it’s our home in Prague and I hope we’ll be blessed to stay a third time. Thank yooo 🐮

We just spent eight nights at Mooo Downtown and we loved everything about it! We had a charming, spacious, clean, quiet one bedroom. We were on the corner (looking straight down on umbrella man!) so we had views in three directions. Just amazing! Walk six feet out the door and there is a Poke Haus in one direction and a bakery in the other. Within a block or two are several restaurants, a good supermarket (Albert) and multiple tram stops. Seems like most major tourist attractions are within a mile (at most!), yet the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Close the double windows and the blackout curtains and you have a peaceful oasis. Staff at Mosaic House are extremely friendly and helpful if you need help with anything (like getting the door unlocked!😂). Check out their secret garden! I should add that the water pressure is amazing and the hot water heater is large. Pro tip: there are a couple of mini markets within a block. Avoid these at all cost!!! They are a total ripoff. Go one block to Albert where you can buy a bottle of wine for less than these thieves charge for a bottle of water! Not to cast aspersions, but we encountered three separate southeastasian businesses and every single one either grossly overcharged or tried to short change us. BEWARE! None of that is Mooo’s fault. Everything within those four walls was brilliant. So sad to leave! Finally - if you want a treat - stroll to Charles Bridge at dawn and you’ll have it to yourself. WOW! We love Praha!

Staff at Mosaic House are extremely friendly and helpful if you need help with anything (like getting the door unlocked!😂). Check out their secret garden! I should add that the water pressure is amazing and the hot water heater is large. Pro tip: there are a couple of mini markets within a block. Avoid these at all cost!!! They are a total ripoff. Go one block to Albert where you can buy a bottle of wine for less than these thieves charge for a bottle of water! Not to cast aspersions, but we encountered three separate southeastasian businesses and every single one either grossly overcharged or tried to short change us. BEWARE! None of that is Mooo’s fault. Everything within those four walls was brilliant. So sad to leave! Finally - if you want a treat - stroll to Charles Bridge at dawn and you’ll have it to yourself. WOW! We love Praha!

Amazing place in a very good location. Staff is super friendly, communication efficient and easy! Apartments are very spacious, well maintained and super clean! I also visited a private spa during my stay and I loved it! The cafe is also great with the selection of sweet cakes, good coffee and other drinks. Overall, 10 out of 10 for me!! Thank you.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig im Zentrum. Das Appartment war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im kooperierenden Nachbarhotel ‚The Manes’ war spitze. Super ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit im nahe gelegenen Hinterhof.

Wonderful location. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A washing machine is a plus, but no dryer. Racking the clothing is enough to dry them overnight. Good breakfast buffet at the sister hotel across the road. Only down points is parking. I had to park at the nearby Central Parking Prague about 4 mins away. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to haul them from the checkin hotel and walk across cobblestones (will kill the wheels) and up a small flight of steps at the apartment.

Our second time here - just as good as the first. Large apartment with separate lounge. Great facilities - cooking dishwasher, air-con. Great location and very clean and comfortable, The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The QQ restaurant in the Mosiac hotel (Which is part of the same complex) is also fantastic. We'll come back.

We stayed for 3 nights and the location great. There is a tram stop not far from the building. Although it is not direct to central area but it is not far. It is really easy to get to the river side and stops that can exchange to another tram. There was a bottle of proccesco on arrival for us as well. It is great trip and lovely apartment. I would recommend to others.

Such a great place to stay in Prague. Location is great. We were on the 6th Fo and our kids were amazed at the apartment, the rooms, the view from the balcony. They had amenities that indicated thoughtfulness to travelers such as takeaway toiletries. The shower was really nice, and there was a much-needed washer and dryer. Bring extra washing pods or detergent sheets if you need many loads. Theirs was strong smelling which some may like. We tend not to. Still we appreciated that it was available. We absolutely loved Prague and if we came back (which we hope to!) we would love to stay again at this wonderful location. Much thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful 3-night family stay at MOOo Downtown in a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean, very tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the household appliances a family could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was another major advantage — almost everywhere in Prague was within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the city with the family.
