I booked the ‘Executive Room with Club Lounge access (high floor)’ but we were given room 604 (not a high floor) and the staff member checking us in did not inform us about any lounge access. We called from the room to check on the lounge access and the staff who answered did not seem to know anything or even want to help. She told us just to just go to the business centre (?) on the 9th floor and it felt like she just wanted to hand us off to someone else to deal with. We were tired from extensive travelling and did not want to deal with more drama so we did not escalate this then. I intentionally booked the Executive room (not a standard room) because we would be arriving in the late afternoon/evening had to leave early the next day to catch a flight, and thought to use the lounge in case we were too tired to leave the hotel. On top of this, there were no face towels, only one hand towel in the bathroom, and the hair dryer was hung up in a dusty bag, which triggered bouts of sneezing when I tried to remove it from the bag to use. The entire experience was very disappointing and I feel that I wasn’t given the room/facilities that I booked. We had to check out at about 5am because of our early flight and there was no one at reception to whom we could provide feedback. I will say that the male staff manning the ground floor entry and shuttle to Sandton City Mall, as well as the shuttle driver, were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary shuttle service was great.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel amenities were excellent with a gym and a great executive lounge. There is a shuttle to the mall which is very convenient.

Fina rum och bra med gratis shuttle. Dock inte ok att här har ni gratis drinkbiljetter, logga in på och sen tog de över telefonen och gav sig själv toppbetyg. Smutsiga handdukar vid poolen. Men mkt bra frukostbuffé!

I think the parking issue has to be cleared. At one point I was told I need my parking ticket to be stamped then I would be let out but when I did they still have to call the reception to open up for me to which I see no point in having it stamped in the first place. Another time one of the receptionist told me I had to pay for parking and when I mentioned I had never paid before she tells me ‘those that allowed me were just lazy to mention I had to pay’ when I leave there’s no charge on my invoice so it was just confusing honestly and I found her to be rude in the way that she said it

Our room was not ready at check in time. The executive lounge was unstaffed, unstocked, and littered with dirty cups, glasses, and dishes. This hotel is a far cry from the Radisson Blu hotels at Durban, Andermatt, and Rouen. The breakfast good. The parking garage was secure and easy to access.

La chambre était impeccable, avec baignoire et douche, j'adore! Literie parfaite, et ménage fait tous les jours avec eau gratuite et thé, café. Le personnel très aimable, sympathique, à l'écoute et serviable. les extérieurs sont tres agréables, le restaurant est délicieux. Je recommande vivement.

The staff was lovely and extremely helpful and the room was okay the only downside was the room was a little dirty, the shower had old soap stains, the bar soap provided was used and the fridge also smelled of old food. The bedding and other areas of the room was clean and the area felt safe with lots of dining options

The staff were very polite and friendly… from bell boys to check in. - The noise from the bar area was so loud it drowned out the reception area and the ability to hear what was being said. As a business traveler I missed the ability to get decent wifi. I was told by reception that it does not work with IOS devices (iPhones and iPads)

unfortunately the walls are very thick in this hotel. Each time I spoke with my husband I got nocks from the neighbors , room beside. All other experiences were very good. Best breakfast, best room , best view, safety and clean

Initial check in was excellent but multiple reconfirmations by 4 different staff members on extension of stay was a little excessive. Some including phone calls after 10 pm disrupting our rest others door knocks excluding my two visits to the counter to share payment confirmation and receipt from Radisson. Hotel super bem localizado, cama e banho confortáveis, com café da manhã bem servido. Os seguranças que ajudam com as malas e pedem o shuttle são super atenciosos. A Shakira na recepção do café tb uma simpatia! Acontece que o atendimento do room service e dos atendentes de cozinha (café da manhã) deixaram muito a desejar. Dos 4 dias que ficamos, 3 tivemos que pedir toalhas pois deixavam somente 1 em cada quarto e éramos 4, o problema era a demora para entrega da toalha… teve dias que descemos para tentar pedir pessoalmente e outro que demorou mais de 2horas…. No café da manhã tb muita demora para fazer omelete, hoje pedi ovos benedict e não vieram… fui lá novamente lembra-los do meu pedido… e nada!! Acabei desistindo. 😓😏 O ralo do chuveiro do quarto dos meus filhos parecia estar entupido, alagava muito.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for one week and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well as the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. The hotel’s central location made it convenient for both business and leisure. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would gladly return.

First, and probably last, time staying at a Radisson. Arriving ( a little jaded) after a near 20 hour journey the first room we were given was already occupied, the second didn't have a second bed for our daughter. Staff initially tried to blame that error on us, then finally conceded to bring the extra bed. Only 1 set of towels in the room, which whilst not unclean just felt a bit grubby. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent and the staff looking after baggage & airport shuttles were very helpful & courteous.

Great single night stay. Walking distance to Sandton City which is great. Only thing they need to work on is their inroom dining, I ordered a meal at 7pm, after it hadnt arrived by 8pm I phoned down again and it finally arrived around 40 minutes later. I was told it was a mix up with room numbers but surely a hotel brand of this calibre should have the room number show up on their switch board. Anyway this mishap aside the lamb was excellent and the carrot cake too. The staff where super friendly and all very accomodating. I will be back.

Very clean property. Room and bed very comfortable and bathroom is clean. The problem is restaurant. They served uncooked chicken and test of the food is terrible. Not professional staff in restaurant. Front desk people are excellent. Other than that very nice hotel.

Booked at your own risk but highly advised to STAY AWAY!!! HR or whoever if your reading this please retrain ALL your front desk receptionist on proper customer service, and the worst of them all is the skinny kid on night shift his just terrible

良い点、駅が近い、観光バスの出発地点になっているのでとても便利。改善が必要な点、ラディソングループ共通化と思いますがレストランでの食事は少し工夫が必要です。食器が冷たいためか、スープや、ステーキなど、盛り付けた段階で様てしまっています。また、レストランスタッフの対応にも工夫が必要な気がします。このホテルには喫煙室がまだ無いため改善に期待します。
