I had anticipated a restaurant on property. However only breakfast was served. But several eating locations around the area. Also fridge was smaller than expected. No in room coffee now but they have a 24 hr machine in lobby and filtered water for your water bottle! Gym was small and bike needed service. But you could still accomplish a workout. Pool was great!

Great stay! Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower was good, got water when needed. Pool was clean and adequate with a bathroom located close by with hair drier. Towels for after swimming are provided in the pool area. Fitness room has plenty of equipment... 2 treadmills, Pelton bike, and a universal workout station. There are also hand weights available. Water station is in the fitness room. A bathroom is also near by with small towels provided. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection... juice, coffee, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, beans, waffles.

Very nice, clean and apparently modern hotel close to the highway but no traffic noise. Good free hot and cold breakfast. Small pool but enough for a quick dip after a long drive. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Beds were vey comfortable too!

We stayed in a king suite that included a jacuzzi tube. By the 4th night, we noticed a brown ring around the tub, so obviously they don't clean it every day when they change the towels. Hotel was quiet all week until the weekend when it was invaded by several families (assuming) of kids who spent their time running up and down the 3rd floor hallway. Friday nite we let the noise pass but lodged a complaint Saturday night and were told that that nothing could be done about the noise until it was after 10 p.m. I told them that I wanted a refund of my $200 per night for Saturday because I certainty didn't pay for the noise. I was told that I would need to speak to management who conveniently took Saturday off. I realized Sunday morning that it is only a 3 star hotel so I can't really expect much.

Location is perfect. It is just off the highway. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff were exception. Very helpful and friendly. Cody, at the front desk is a gem. I would highly recommend. BW is not our first choice, but we went with the reviews, and they were not wrong. Breakfast is also quite good.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic all through the night. Downtown is a drive way and the local dining options are really only fast food.

No bathtub. The shower insert was poorly installed causing water to pool on the bathroom door. This causing a slipping hazard. The floor is sloped toward the hallway and would cause water to pool in this area which will eventually cause damage.

we enjoyed everything about our stay when it comes to how clean it was, the staff was great. the only thing we would have a negative review on was how uncomfortable the bed was, like sleeping on a rock. everything else was great even the pool was nice and clean. a suggestion would also to have a extra blanket in the room & when two guest are staying in a room there should be enough face clots and towels for both people.

Eight months ago we had a wonderful stay here. This time was a disappointment. Unhelpful staff and a long walk to the room. It was at the very end of the hall. My husband is 81 and has COPD. He had a difficult time walking that far. The room was 32 rooms from the elevator.

Front desk staff was lovely. It was Christmas Eve and I was greeted with huge smiles and I was given a gift for myself and my dog. She even offered to watch my dog while I brought my bags in from the car. Fantastic customer service, I will stay here again.

this is very conveniently located to the Trans-Canadian Highway and Rte 17 and it occupies a large piece of ground. Rooms are also spacious, almost minimalist (a plus for me) and quiet inside. Just two or three miles from the waterfront and the quaint part of the town of Woodstock. And the price was reasonable and the staff extremely helpful and friendly giving directions etc

The staff were all extremely friendly. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. On a quiet safe street with lots of room to park. Pet friendly and lots of space to walk our dog without worrying about traffic. The room was very clean and the hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. The pool was clean and nice. The free breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Kind of loud and the hallways smell like spilled beer and cigarettes. Other than that, it is pretty clean and comfortable. The "free" breakfast was pretty gross. No coffee, congealed beans from a can, many items gone in the middle of breakfast service. I had a yogurt and went to MacDonald\'s.
