Great check in. Centrally located but off the strip one block so less noise. Many families were outside having gatherings and dinner outside on barbecues. Nice kitchenette and good breakfast.

They'dnoted when booking that the pool at the property was closed, but when we arrived we found they had arranged for us to be able to use the Parkinson recreation centre facilities for free, which was super and a couple of mins walk away. I liked the family activities - outside corn hole game, board games to play , picnic areas , just a very relaxing area and the staff were all very nice and helpful. being able to park right outside our door and unload our luggage was really nice.

It was a bummer the pool was not in service. However the communication that it wasn’t working came right after booking. Messaged the evening before our stay to see if we could maybe get an early check in due to being in town for a funeral. Already had a response by 730 am that they would see what they could do. They called before 11 am and said it was ready for us. Great customer service and communication.

This place has it all. LARGE rooms. we had kitchen separate bedroom, balcony and easy parking. good beds, friendly staff and clean pool ! We had use of pool, spa, showers (with lots of hot water) in pool area .for a buget stay this place had lots of towels, toiletries and other extras. Breakfast included ! new condition board games at front desk, plus oversized outdoor games and sitting area with umbrellas and picnic tables. and 24 hour coffee at front desk. We had it all.. very happy with our stay and we opted for an extra night as we loved this place. Looks like nothing on the outside so don't be fooled.

The suite was spotless newly renovated, full fridge and stove. The bathroom clean with good shower pressure and lots of hot water. The beds were comfortable with 4 nice size pillows each. The free breakfast was well stocked. Best deal I have ever had.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. They made our stay here very enjoyable. The property is quite old, but it is very well maintained and hygienic. As someone who keeps my own house very, very clean, I was happy with the upkeep of the bathroom and room.

The room was clean but had a very unpleasant smell. We tried a 2nd room and it had the same smell, so it's perhaps a combination of cleaning products and just old carpet, furniture, etc. We got some air freshener from the front desk and that helped, but each time we left and came back, we were grossed out by the smell. The staff was pleasant but I wouldn't stay here again unless they make some updates.

The price was right for this motel. Parking was convenient right outside the unit door. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The area is very quiet and we did not hear the neighbours. Two areas could be improved a lot: The room needs a major cleaning. Rugs shampooed and walls wiped of many finger marks. Breakfast offering could be improved with more variety like hot cereal pouches. I would stay here again.

A typical motel, though clean, with nice beds, TV, appliances (in a room with kitchenette). Breakfast is OK, not too fancy, but good enough to start the day. Rooms are a bit dated. Our A/C was ridiculously noisy - had to turn it off. The fridge was another source of noise, but manageable. The bathroom door was getting stuck, almost impossible to open. If not these issues, could be 4 stars.

the customer service was superb! while the room has 3 beds which was perfect for a family of five. my only concern was the air conditioning unit was not able to cool the whole room. its not recommendable on summer season.

Terrible staff service. We had not checked in yet and still received 2 phone calls from the staff. In the first call they said we need amex or visa for deposit. I think everyone knows about that. We go to number of hotels because of business meetings this is the first time I’m getting calls from their staff for no reason. And the second call was for that what time you are gonna arrive at the location like what? They should mention online if there is specific time for check in.

Great location, I like it’s away from the main strip so I found it very quiet plus there’s plenty of dining / shopping options near by :) I come to Kelowna several times a year and I will definitely stay again plus I’m impressed with the staff, very friendly and informative

We had high hopes based on some of the reviews, but our experience fell short. The biggest issue was noise — kids were constantly shouting and running around just outside our room, making it hard to relax or sleep. The room setup was also lacking: we booked for 5 people, but there weren’t enough towels or toiletries provided, which was frustrating. The lighting was poor, with only lamps available — no proper ceiling lights, which made the room feel dim and gloomy. Pillows were extremely worn out and flat, offering no support at all. Breakfast was another letdown. It was exactly the same every single day with no variety, which got old quickly.

This motel is a great location..with an excellent breakfast including hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit, muffins and coffee. The kitchettes are great if staying awhile. Although the rooms are well used, they are clean. The staff couldn’t be nicer! Good value if the prices stay reasonable.
